    The comment about not worrying about what friends or colleagues think about you hopping back on the healthy eating rings so true for me! I eat well 90% of the time for digestive issues and when I eat badly I feel so unwell but I feel embarrassed sometimes to bring out my healthier food around friends, god knows why!! It's not a diet, it's a life style choice and a great one when we can be consistent! Great video xx

    1 100% needed this. I've lost 2stone with 1;1 diet and the 3rd stone seems impossible..I'm putting in 100% from today 💪

    Thank you so much for this, I really needed it! It’s such a positive way of looking at it and the advice to love yourself and take pride in your appearance as you are now is absolute gold. Trying to lose weight shouldn’t come from a negative, self loathing place, it should come from a loving yourself and believing you deserve the best and you really reinforce that SJ, thanks. 💜

    What a fab video!! I’m nearly at the end of my second trimester and had really got out of control with my eating and couldn’t stop thinking ‘oh well I’ve done the damage now I might as well carry on’ but no!!! No I can’t do my old diet plans to get my body back just yet, but there’s no reason why I can eat well, look after myself and my baby, and then when I can lose weight again I’ll thank myself for stopping it going any further.
    I massively second not waiting to treat yourself too. I got my nails done for the first time in months and it’s made me want to look after the rest of myself even more!! I’m going to buy those jeans that are the right size, even though they are a size bigger than I’d like and I’m going to feel good in them rather than uncomfortable and guilty in the smaller ones.

    SJ thank you so much this video appeared right when i needed it! I gained 5 and half stone during pregnancy and have now lost 4st 4lbs BUT i keep eating junk again and making excuses and i feel gross today! Thank you for your tips I am back on it today😍

    I'm convinced that we need to look at our whole menstrual cycle when planning our weekly menu. For example, the foods we need/crave during the 'PMT' week is very different to the foods in the week after our period. It's something I'm looking at the moment to see whether it makes a difference to my eating habits. A great book is Moon Time by Lucy H Pearce. It doesn't talk about food specifically but she takes a holistic look at our whole cycle and ways that we can help our mind, body and spirit through each week. Just thought it might be worth mentioning. P.s love all your gentle parenting vids xx

    I can’t believe how much I needed this today! I lost 6 stone on Cambridge by the end of last year, but have recently been gobbling up junk for the past month and feeling very fat! Was going to wait until Monday to get back on step 3, but watching this there’s just no point and I will start today. Thanks for the kick up the you know what lol!

      Aramide Cloude feb was so bad for me too! I had flu and just slipped out of habits and into bad ones!!! Definitely start Today; you will feel amazing by Monday x

    This is perfect right now because I had been eating healthy and working out for about two weeks and lost a little bit of weight and then I got the dreadful flu and I just eat everything in the kitchen and now I’m having a hard time coming back to that lifestyle so this video really helps❤️

    Needed this today! I've lost nearly 7 stone in 10 months but this past week or so I've had my son's 1st birthday and my partner's birthday so it's been a naughty one! It's been the first time I've had more than one day off track since i started, I even stayed on plan over Christmas! I've had 2 days back on track but it was soooo hard to snap out of the bad habits. I'm still feeling myself wanting to swan dive face first in to the snack cupboard. I've only just over a stone and a half to go til I reach my final target so I need to give it my all now! xx

    Thanks for doing this video, struggling loads first time being fat shamed at the weekend and it totally has knocked my confidence. I should be like right I’m going to show you but just in a viscous cycle of eating to feel better but it makes me feel worst. Why do people have to be so mean.

    This is good about the buying clothes advice. It’s my husband who’s on the diet here. I told him not to bother buying lots of clothes until he has lost 2 stone! Because he still has chinos and jeans with tags on that are waiting on his goal!!! He lost 2 stone once before (7yrs ago) and I will try to turn it into a positive for him as you said this was good to do!! All worth a go!! He is just always falling off the wagon! I pack a healthy lunch for him and cook all healthy suppers, but it’s what he eats alone at work that is piling it on him! X

      Ingiemummalove ah it is really hard to resist temptation when you’re busy at work. Yeah I bought new clothes all through my weight loss even if I was in it for a few weeks I found when I liked what I saw in the mirror and started getting compliments on my clothes/weight loss I found it way more motivating. And doesn’t need to be expensive xxx

    perfect timing. I'm albs away from losing 2 stone, and my husband is going to australia for 12 days today so last night we majorly binged - massive garlic bread with cheese, burgers and chips and then chocolate, with wine. ate so much i'm not even hungry now. decided i need to be 100% strict on the 121 diet while he is away cos i want to lose this two stone and then i'll only have 4 lbs to my goal weight. I'm now back in my pre pregnancy clothes and look like me again so i've been slipping. Lx

    Loved this video! Was going to wait for summer to get my hair highlights sorted out but because of this I've just booked for this Saturday and bought this dress I've been lusting after for a while! Would love if you could speak in a video about 'destination addiction' where you tend to say "when ___ happens, THEN everything will be perfect!" I feel like it feeds into weight loss a lot as the more weight I lose the more I worry that my insecurities and problems will still be there once I reach my goal Xxx

    Just starting the FODMAP diet and dreading it! But I think I need to change my focus and concentrate on how much better I will feel after getting through the first few weeks. Thanks for this video, excellent timing for me!

    I've found that its really important to be eating healthy food that you enjoy rather than trying to force yourself to eat something that you arent loving but think you should be eating. Ultimately that is not sustainable. For me cravings for junk food are really difficult. What I ended up doing in order to kerb my cravings was to try and create healthy less fattening versions of what I would choose to eat. For example I got a small pitta bread, loaded it up with veg, sprinkled on a small amount of cheese and grilled it to make pizza. Once a week I have a quorn burger and soften some tomatoes, onions, peppers and spinach in fajita spice and use that instead of relish or ketchup on a wholemeal bun which satisfies my craving while not being anywhere near as high in fat, saturates or salt as the real thing and gets good stuff into me at the same time, meaning I am not spending the rest of the week walking past McDonalds desperate to get myself a Big Mac. Having go to staple meals that you love and know are good for you and will help you with your weight is so important so that eating them becomes more habitual than eating the other stuff. But it also helps if you have boundary lines for when you will allow yourself the treat. For me I dont go out with my friends all that often so I know that allowing myself to order what I want from the menu when I do go out with them is ok because it will be months before I do that again and I also then dont feel like I am missing out because my friends are all eating the food I really want to eat because thats the time when I eat it to.

    Hey! I love your videos so so so much...✨😘 You seem so lovely and kind! And you are so beautiful! I have lost a little over 3,5 stone... But now I have regained about 5-6 pounds, but I'm glad that I have stopped at only a few pounds!!! ... But now they are going away! I'm never going back to that heigh weight again....

    I lost 5 stone and then since being in a new relationship gained a stone back and i feel absolutely disgusting lol, definitely need to force myself back onto the weight loss again to get to my 9 half stone goal xxx
