Lumbar spondylosis.
L2-L3 disc bulge indenting thecal sac with mild neural canal compromise on both
sides.
L3-L4 disc bulge indenting thecal sac with moderate neural canal compromise on both
sides.
L4-L5 disc protrusion indenting thecal sac with severe neural canal compromise on
both sides and compression of bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots.
L5-S1 diffuse disc bulge indenting thecal sac with severe neural canal compromise on
both sides abutting bilateral traversing nerve roots.
Spinal canal dimension reduced at L4-L5 level.
These can be normal too.. Consult in-person a local ortho..
