If you don't remove the crankshaft pulley and only had to do some work on the cams, do you still need to do anything to set the timing on the bottom end besides put in the one tool to hold the crankshaft at TDC? I'm assuming you can just use the tools on the top-end to set the cams and phases and then slip the belt back on?
Don't listen to him. The bottom crank is not keyed, or marked. You need to treat this engine like you are doing a full timing job. If you don't lock that crank, it will move, a lot.
It holds the crankshaft at TDC there’s another tool that goes on the pulley too to set the ignition timing. I will recomen you to get it too. I didn’t used it cuz I had a mark on my harmonic balancer
I couldn’t get to you sooner. I don’t remember from the top of my head I want to said is a 10 mil or 11 mil. I’ll be at the shop tomorrow and will tell you for sure the exact size

If you locked the crankshaft and do not remove the pulley it will be ok. The pulley has the engine timing and the ignition timing too.

Tengo uno en tienpo pero no prende pero si si lo adelanto prede
Usaste la herramienta para ponerlo a tiempo o así al ojo lo pusiste a tiempo en la polea.
