@@JoseGalvez-w9r It did work on this truck, he said he did it again to keep the injectors clean. His truck has been running good and it cleared the check engine light and passed inspection

@@Tony-m5z2s I bought these car from a dealership and they didn’t even try to fix it or couldn’t fix it. The car ran fine for a while and it would loose power and cut off. Seems like the alternator couldn’t keep up but that wasn’t the case. Never sputtered and didn’t have any other codes. I think you might have a different problem

@@jamelleloveable did you engine overheat? Is so, I will recommend you to take it to a machine shop. it’s not needed if the engine didn’t overheat. Just make sure you clean the old head gasket thoroughly. And the cylinder block too.

@@jamelleloveable however I will take it to a machine shop and have them replace the valve stem seals. These first Gen. engines have a tendency to leak through the valve stem seals. And have the valves seated and resurfaced while at it.

@@santosreyna1523 did you do all the new timing components too? Chains, guides, tensioners etc. do you hear a rattling noise on start up? did the machine shop seated the valves properly?

@antonioaguirre6166 yes everything good valves were serviced good I even checked them pouring gasoline on every valve port before installing and no leak.

@antonioaguirre6166 only thing I didn't check was the movement of the cam phasers but I'm going to check out that today.

this the first time I hear this, could be but I would just take it to someone that has experience on electrical problems

Fyi, I did check dipstick, and transmission level is fine right at the top of full while running and upto temperature. Oil looks clean but with bubbles lower part of the dipstick 🤷

@@OutdoorBoys.308 these transmissions are very high maintenance in the sense that if you drive them with low oil or don’t service them on time. they will destroy them selves internally. That’s why is very important to service it regularly and replace the filters at its appropriate intervals. Most likely your transmission is done

@@OutdoorBoys.308 are you a DIYer? If so, what I would do is to drain the transmission fluid into a clean pan and remove the transmission oil pan. If you find metal shavings that means the transmission is done. If you don’t find metal shavings you can replace the 2 filters and maybe that will take care of your problem

@@isrealGamin I won’t called them mod but these are some things that are different. Air intake Water pump Thermostat outlet Engine oil filter housing Oil pan And the coolant pipe coming out of the water pump. I will suggest you to leave it in and just redo the heater hose like I did. If it’s not on this video, it should be on the other one. I think that’s all, I hope this helps

@@jobergman7379 the O-ring was fine, it was missing a bracket and was vibrating loose every time. I used the old system from the 07 - 08 dodge ram 6.7 Cummins and it worked just fine. Never had a leak again

@ I have the bracket to hold it in place but at certain angles it starts leaking so was thinking it might be the o ring that went bad

@@jobergman7379 yes, start from there. I see it’s a common issue with this trucks after the EGR is deleted. I couldn’t find a real solution on the internet that’s why I did my own solution. Thank you for watching

@@CR-rc5ch yes it brakes all the carbon out of the valves. Believe or not that’s one way to clean the valves if you don’t want to remove the cylinder head and it has worked for me

@@rvasquez010985 looks like you have 3 wires, white/ Dk blue for low beam. White/ Lt green for high beam. And black/ lite blue for ground. I will check for voltage in the white/ dark blue wire and a good known ground. If no voltage present check your fuse box for a fuse

sounds like an old school mechanic. The CVT transmission is metal with metal contact, there is always going to be wear and tear, once the outside filter gets clogged with fine metal, the transmission will not get any lubrication causing it to destroy itself, it is a must to do your maintenance and replace the filters on the CVT

@@stephenmyers7255 no program needed, order it from you local dealership that way they can provide you with the right one. As far as I know the part number has been updated

it's really not that bad, once you do like 3 of them, it's going to get easier from there, practice, practice, practice makes perfect,

@@CR-rc5ch I am just making sure it passes the cylinder leak down test. Making sure the valves are properly seated and no debris is in between the valves and the valves seat

@antonioaguirre6166 so striking shakes loose or knocks off carbon build up and then let's the valve fully seat? Is that why you said something sounded better because it had less air escaping?

@@jdmturbo6020 yes, you can pick it up with the engine hoist, you might have to disconnect the heater hose that goes to the cylinder head. The 90 degree so it won’t brake. It will come right off

@@rosieclark3661 are their any codes present? If so yes, it’s a good idea to do the pressure switches. I would recommend you as well to drain an refill the transmission since the filter is not serviceable

@@antonioaguirre6166I don’t see the similar sensor that this Ford Escape has on the negative wire.

The answer is will nope. It’s different, I don’t remember the fusion having this problem. But I have not run into that problem with the fusion yet.

@ Thank you. I hope one comes so I can understand the problem. At first, I thought it was the wiper motors, on getting a new one and installing it, it still didn’t work. So I saw your video that this can be a sensor issue, I will have to check to see if it connected to the battery which would make sense and just get a replacement. Thank you again for your video

I did find the part number and called the dealer, the dealer wanted $1200 for the sensor. this is not part of the of the system, this is a recall from ford, some cars have it and some don't, you should call your local dealership and find out if you have a recall

its running low on fluid, the 2012 should have a dip stick, check the fluid level to make sure it is full. if you over tighten the AT oil pan bolts, it will pull the threads out, double check your work, go back retrace your steps and see what you did wrong

@@jeffreylacourse6478 you will have to secure the engine from up top because the engine mounts have to come off

@@jeffreylacourse6478 it’s very hard to remove the the engine oil pan on this engines while in the vehicle. I hope this helps

are the window motors replaced? if so where did you get your parts?

@@antonioaguirre6166no i did not replace them.. ford told me the fuse will go first to protect the motor. I usually buy my parts from rock auto better than a regular part store
