Love this & saved the lesson to file. Presently without guitar. Old man here, raised in part by a Mexican immigrant as a foster kid and always remember Him and his parents with love. Man, the guy was the only son and had nine sisters. The parents came across on foot, started a potato plantation in eastern Washington state and were never financially rich but they were workers and had heart. I do a search from time to time and discovered he passed into spirit. May the best foster dad I ever had rest in the peace and security of God. I never learned Spanish although he spoke it only with his white American wife who was just not in my opinion a good choice for him. She spoiled her sons and they were lazy but I loved working the small more or less hobby farm they purchased and the dad seemed to just smile in a way he didn't with his own kids. They 1:41 ended up divorced, the youngest went into law enforcement becoming a sheriff and then chief of police. He was a kid when I last saw him so it was wild to do a search and see him grown up and a police officer as a sheriff and now chief of police near Seattle. Funniest memory was when Tony was very little and a old widow on the acreage next door called asking if we were missing a kid. Bobby and I looked out the window to her property and there was naked Tony running around in the weeds with a huge sombrero dad had as pretty much a joke and never really wore. He was ducking down and pulling it over him hiding, jumped up and ran repeating. we laughed and went and got him. Hate to see kids grow up but it happens to us all, At least he got a college education, a degree and a career and as far as I know serves honorably. There is so ,much negativity these days I wanted to share something good about immigrants who back in the day were not gang members but hard working people with heart. I'm disabled with spinal stenosis inside the spinal column so it's inoperable and eventually enough pressure gets put on the spinal cord and it's lights out. I'm at peace with it but sure wish I had a guitar as a companion. I'm in a small storage room in ,y daughters basement and the condition is unpredictable so work is not a option. I lifted three dinner plates from the dishwasher and it struck the spinal cord dropping me to the floor. My hope is I go all at once and not end up paralyzed as I'm broke and broke means as in mo disability as you can't prove a case without ability to pay for ,radical and ,y daughter has four kids and Works like crazy to make ends meet. If it wasn't for the internet I would go crazy because I miss working with my hands, did ,mostly labor construction. If I'm very cautious about how I ,ove I might make it a few years. Being broke is mo fun but at least I can enjoy hearing you and others play and I enjoy a variety of styles but never tried Spanish guitar and this tune is feasible for a old cuss to learn if God would have me with a guitar. If so I'm thankful and if not I'm thankful. Life is a challenge for everyone in some form or another, we all have tests and I seem to have a soft spot and appreciation for those who labor and those with a appreciation for ,music and God. Don't blame the boss and be able to laugh at yourself. Thanks for this lovely tune, hope to learn it soon, maybe I will get a surprise for Christmas but expect nothing and always tell my daughter to just take care of the kids and I'm good with good food for the holidays. She laughs, and makes street tacos for ,y birthday and one of ,y grandsons loves them as well. If it's not Italian or Mexican it just lacks something. I enjoy another guy with a UA-cam channel, Ben Perea. Think the last name spelling is off. he's a incredible , musician of many styles and instruments but mostly bluegrass and occasional Spanish but doesn't give lessons. I just enjoy his playing and the guy has a smile that's genuine.
