I just did both those fluid changes too on my 2014 dodge grand Caravan sxt 3.6l it's a great feeling doing it yourself because you know what you're putting in and that you're going to take your time to do it right!
Agree. Most of the time I do. I have eight. But I got lazy. BTW. with the wheels on there is enough clearance for me. Also with two jacks on the frame, just one is enough to lift the van. Still I agree, jack stand would be safer.
Ta, mate- I found the video to be very helpful and also learned from the comments. Humour is very important in life and I found the conversation between the two of you at the end of the vid to be quite champion! God bless, keep safe-
Safely first, Jack stands. They make a pan for the 62 E that has a drain. You will need to change the filter per manufactures instructions. But you can dropped the fluid twice or more every year without a mess.
I apologize if I missed , I re watched looking for where you actually added transmission fluid, I see where you put dipstick and what you replaced but did not see transmission fluid added. Thank you. helpful video
@@princekhan5063 thank you for answering, one more question if I may, I clearly saw on your video where you checked under the hood with dipstick ( I know there is not a dipstick, but a cap) I can not find where that is on mine. Well if you were not stupid, you would have NOT loosened the (2- left in bolts ) more than one thread. Then pry the pan lose. Then loosen the 2 remaining bolts very slowly. You said you got it worse before. You don't learn very fast. Pretty good video. Thank you.

Very thorough instructions. I like it when people don't edit out their mistakes. Shows humility!👍🏼😁

How do you feel about using a gasket instead of RTV when replacing the pan?

6 litros me recomendó la agencia

No jack stands on uneven ground, just let the old fluid drain all over the ground. Jess this could so easily turn into a horror film🤣
That's what I was rooting for. A snuff film.
Please use some sort of support for the vehicle when working underneath

I am not sure. I didn’t have any codes when I did this.

but you dont need drain entire fluid just 1/3
Yes. Only about 1/3 is stored in the pan. Rest is in the radiator, torque converter and trans. Which doesn’t come out when I drop the pan.
