  • Eero goes through one of the most painful healing practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Would you do this?
    ----
Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field for over 8 years. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.
Although our training goes deeper than the surface and offers unique ways of developing the body and realizing one's potential, we also have complete beginners starting out with our methods.
It doesn't matter whether you are in the beginning or at advanced stages in your physical journey, sky is the limit for all of us and we all want to look better, feel better and most importantly move better.

I’ve had this second treatment from my grandmaster (3times) I was screaming it was excruciating yet straight after I could feel the flexibility and benefit.
If I didn’t have this I may be not able to walk. Now I am free and stable after 5 years of qi gong and these treatments.
    Painful but works

If you cannot demonstrate your claims with evidence, it’s not knowledge, It’s a placebo.
If you can clearly show the benefits with evidence it’s becomes medicine.

That's why billions of people got injected and we are know seeing raised mortality in the countries who did. Science bitch! As would say Jessie Pinkman.

      Replication crisis in science.
      Drugs have the most evidence.
But no smart man no longer believes in pharmaceutical drugs as a tangible solution.
They fix only the symptom and cause more harm.
The less drugs you need, the better.

@@Vahvafitness I think you have a miss understanding of what modern medicine is for. Pharmaceuticals are the fix to acute problems that arise because of genetic or lifestyle choices. Modern medicine is not ment to be a lifestyle. Some medicines do mask symptoms as this is to reduce suffering to the patient while other measures are taken to fix what is broken.

The replication crisis in science does not invalidate the scientific method buddy if not people could eat shit as a "non-pharmaceutical" medicine and your argument would work to defend that. Smfh

As a medical professional in the USA, I will be the first to say that the musculoskeletal system is not taught nearly to the same extent as the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, pulmonary, or endocrine systems in medical schools.
Orthopedics is definitely an established field when it comes to repairing or replacing a completely destroyed joint. However the aches and pains and muscle tightness that plague most middle aged folks are treated with anti-inflammatories and/or narcotics.
My personal opinion is that massage therapy, yoga/mobility drills, and strength training are really underrated and can work wonders for the musculoskeletal system. In my experience, cupping therapy has worked for some muscle tightness that I was unable to relieve through traditional massage, foam rolling, mobility and strength training.

Properly localized inflammation is actually a practice that can help in some situations. For example, there is now a therapy that involves the use of microwaves for warts removal, and it literally cooks the skin and has better results than laser ablation because the inflammation process rebuilds the tissues leaving minimal to zero scars. This practice, most likely, has similar effects. If you think about it, an intense work out breaks muscles tissues only to reform them bigger/stronger. Same story here.

Will there be a follow up video? We’d like to know how this course of treatments has affected your state of health & being.
I recently began a regimen of daily slaps & taps, using my own palm or fist, and it feels AMAZING. I’m of a constitution where I have poor circulation, so it’s energizing to start my day with this boost, where my body feels loose & relaxed afterwards, and skin invigorated.
I don’t leave marks on myself, but I can definitely feel the difference, and this occurs instantly, so for anyone reading this, you can give yourself a full-body massage in about a minute by giving yourself a head-to-toe slap & tap! 🖐️
This is an invaluable self-care regimen that’s both FAST & FREE, and you can do it all from bed, right after waking! 🥰

In Greece, we practice the stinging nettle whipping or scrubbing for back, soulder, knee or neck pain relief or even as a treatment for arthritis. Also, athletes do a lot of suction cup therapies. Another very old method for pain relief is to get stunged by bees to the suffering area.
