      I started martial arts at16yrs old. I am still training at 66yrs old. As well as training in Wing Chun, TKD and Shotokan I have, for many years also practised Yoga after spending a few years in India learning it. I know a real master when I see one and I agree with Robert. This man is the real thing!

    Golden Bell kungfu style.
    It reminds me of Gold Dragon or Shi Hei Long - is one of KungFu comic character created by Tony Wong.
    It says that he masters the kungfu style of Golden Bell Armour.
    So when a weapon, a sword or even the killer blow from his opponent struck any part of his body, the chi inside his body protects himself from injury, being crippled or death.
    So when the fatal hit/ blow happens, a big golden bell is vaguely drawn by the to give an impression to the readers that Gold Dragon,
    You guys need to read those series.
    Tony Wong is the creator.
    The Oriental heroes is the original title.
    Tiger Wong was the title here in Indonesia, back in early 90's.
    And the drawing is insanely awesome.
    Never thought that kungfu style did really exist.
    Great video!
    The technique, the philosophy, the mindset, the power, the art ...
    Immaculate !! ✨

    I believe theres an inner teacher in every one of us. But thers also an inner student and reaching to the inner teacher is probably one of the hardest tasks to accomplish. So I am greatfull and happy to have "outer" teachers and even masters like you. I feel so small at times, it seems impossible to ever reach the inner teacher again. In that kind of moments, "outern" teachers can be the representation of the light of God.

    hey VAHVA Fitness, what is Jiang Yu Shan's perspective on Bodhidharma's final years? It seems like all of this physical training was a tool to help prepare for lengthy (9 years in one claimed case) meditation sessions in order to achieve 'self-enlightenment/realise the 'real self'; however, I find that Jiang does not meditate at all (or maybe he does, or considers treating the qi gong as 'meditation'). It is clear that Jiang is to become a master of life; however, does Jiang hope to master the mind, realise the 'real self', or has any intentions to such things?

      Definitely, Jiang Yu Shan is actually a master of countless kung fu styles. It's very limiting to just focus solely on 1 style. In ancient Shaolin temple for example everyone knew Lohan Quan and after that they specialized in other styles

    • @bryansinger8906
      @bryansinger8906 4 роки тому +1

      I figured. I mean most students of Shaolin know multiple styles which is a given and then specialize. What other styles is he a master of?

    Es gibt 2 Arten der Kampfkunst die man lernen sollte wenn man in die Materie eintauchen will, eine ist das Körperliche sowie Technische Training um Fit zu bleiben wo Qi Gong - Loh Han Formen sich perfekt dazu eignen Körper und Geist ins Reine zu bringen und zu stärken, die andere Kunst besteht im Vollkörperkontakt, übt man beides entsteht ein starkes Gleichgewicht. Ich war selber mal in einer Kung Fu schule und Boxen und habe verstanden das man nich nur Fäuste in einem Kampf benutzen kann, aber ich habe auch gelernt das Kampfkunst nicht sehr viel mit Straßenkampf zu tun hat, darauf baut sich das Kung Fu auch wenig aus. Es lehrt dich deinen gesamten Körper so gut wie möglich zu Trainieren um in einem Kampf Fit zu sein und einzusetzen was man in der Technik gelernt hat, das sollte man immer im Kopf behalten bevor man zu viel Chackie Chan Filme geschaut hat und das ins Reale Leben übertragen möchte. Diese Techniken sind nur der Grundstein einer Attacke, sie auszuführen ist immer Situationsbedingt so wie jede Kampfkunst oder Attacke oder Griff.

    • @Vahvafitness

      The course is Qigong and mostly practical techniques and exercises. It shouldn't interfere with your religion or beliefs.

    • @erekthus
      @erekthus 4 роки тому +1

      Depends it shouldn't, unless your chanting mantras over your life like some yoga

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  4 роки тому +2

      Inside the course, there is a Buddhist mantra people can recite but I don't see any problem why people wouldn't be able to recite their Christian prayers during the form as well. This way it actually becomes a form of worshipping Christ.
