I like the more positive title :) you make great content and I think having a positive title more accurately reflects your personal brand, and gives your content more longevity.
100% agree! If anything, these titles irritate me 🙄 and make me stop watching the youtube creator for a while (generaly speaking). This video title could be easily rephrased to “I’ll help you navigate through UA-cam Shorts” or similar. Positive approach, not using tricky titles and influencers names. But I understand why content creators are still doing it. Anyways, I like your content, I learn from you in every video! 😊
Video Notes: Concise, but informative as always. Distinct lack of Spud, Bean, and Mozzy appearing onscreen, so 0/10. Need to be progressively overloading the kitty content.
Just a thought on the single leg RDL: the number one reason I prefer unilateral moves are asymmetries in the human body. We all have them so with bilateral moves we will always prefer our strong side and neglect the weaker side to some degree. Unilateral moves give me the chance to work both sides equally or even target my weaker side more with some exercises, making sure I reach hypertrophy on both sides and it can even improve symmetry in the body as a whole. I also very much prefer it because of the stability aspect, it requires you to activate your stabilizer muscles and prevents you from falling into any patterns of compensation because that would cause you to lose balance, so in my opinion it actually improves form and prevents back injury due to lacking core activation. To me that is worth the extra practice to get it right. You also need less weight to reach the same goal which might be better for the back as well.
Agree! What I’m enjoying at the moment is a B stance RDL which is a happy medium, I’m not off balance but it’s still predominantly a single leg movement and it’s a tad harder to stabilise that a regular RDL, I can push closer to failure than I would with a full single leg variation but I am also working on my balance through other means simultaneously so I may use the full single leg variation at some point
I added this to my watch later and did the title just turned to the dark side, all of sudden lol. Even with the negative title your videos still make me happy. Please do a review of Reincarnation fitness guide.
Hip thrusts uses deep RoM (range of motion), while KAS bridges are short RoM or pulses “you lift and lower your hips just a few inches in a slow, controlled manner in a Kas glute bridge. In a standard hip thrust, however, you lower your butt toward the floor and explosively drive your hips up toward the ceiling.”
The senada full body are generally circuits for fat burning I do her programs from time to time and full body’s day is more of combines movements for a higher energy and just movement day as apposed to other days which are the usual glute and leg movements:)
Would you mind telling me what that extension is? I HATE the shorts, and I think it’s so sneaky that they haven’t created an option to get rid of them.
Great comment question! I've been in therapy for years and never really had a bad therapist. My current therapist is awesome! Harry I have a comment question this week. How do I get my husband to gain weight??? He has a wonky appetite and a physical job. He is underweight at the moment. He would like to gain 15 to 20 pounds. Any tips?
Harry please help! I have googled and researched this to death and everyone contradicts each other. So, is it bad to do some running after lifting? Or not? I have always hated cardio but have enjoyed doing a tiny bit of treadmill after leg day recently, and I swear it’s to improve my heart health-I’m small so not trying to burn anything. I do wanna know if this will inhibit hypertrophy-as many sources claim! I was doing it after cos I felt like I remembered you saying to do it after to not fatigue before lifting… but can u clarify? (Or anyone else reading this) 😅😊
Natacha Oceane has a great video on this, I think it's called "How I balance weightlifting and running". Her videos are not just entertaining but fact based, she will often list studies in her videos. Hope this helps!
Hey I wanted to ask something :) if in order to optimize muscle growth we should be doing exercises to the point of musculer failure then how is RDL a good exercise fot the glutes? The grip almost always gives out before the glutes, I'm confused
As someone who solely works out from home and doesnt have access to a cable machine, what exercise would you recommend as being best for hypertrophy of the Triceps if not the Dumbbell Tricep extension?
Yes! The only PP stuff I see is so basic and generic it’s bloody useless… it’s like straight out of an MD’s pamphlet. Or it’s influencers sharing their own PP journey. Which is great, but all our bodies suffer differently through pregnancy and birth. So it often doesn’t give you any tools to troubleshoot for problem areas, and tailor your own workouts to remedy specific issues you might be having. Especially after a particularly traumatic birth if you’ve had severe tearing, nerve pain/damage etc. or anything else on the laundry list of possible PP complications.
@Meghan I agree. Everyone is so different postpartum. I had a traumatic birth with my last and had to have 2 hernia repairs. Obviously the generic PP exercises wouldn't help me. Megsquats has some stuff. But I personally don't think there's enough qualified and quality content on UA-cam.
Curious if anyone subscribed to the tfnl home program? How long, in general, is it taking you to complete the workouts? I’m very interested but I have to be up at 430 and omw to work by 6. I’ve got about 45 minutes to get it done.
1:50 The dumbell hex press isn't supposed to be a chest exercise. It's simply a pronated-grip version of a close-grip bench press, and meant to target the triceps. Understand the exercise before critiquing it. Flat bench, bring the dumbells down lower (closer to the sturnum), and extend the arms. Minimal chest activation, but solid tricep targeting. Now you know. Just because you don't understand how to correctly perform an exercise, doesn't make it "useless".
Nightgrow addressed it, but videos are based off audience suggestion, and with majority of audience being women, it makes sense they mostly request videos on women influencers as well. On occasion men have been covered, though those videos don't do nearly as well unfortunately.
The vast majority of his followers are women and most requests to do a video about influencers are female too. Sure he could ignore the requests and only review men. But why would he do that?

It's changed apparently? 🙃 Do you remember what it was before?
So true. I’m so tired of seeing click-baity thumbnails and titles.
It was the hidden gems of UA-cam shorts before 😕
Thank you! Too bad, I would have liked that title...

Tips for training back at home that isn’t just a bunch of row variations? Minimal equipment, dumbbells, bands, kettlebell.
Nice video Harry. I appreciate your content always. 👍🏻👍🏻

I have a stupid question: what’s the difference between a hip thrust and a KAS bridge? Visually it seems the same to me 😅

That's why it's recommended to use straps to limit grip as the limiting factor! 🙂
@@austinhenshaw2140 thank you :)
Try an RDL on a belt squat machine with a straight bar from the cable machines. Game changer for my grip strength VS my ability to do an RDL.
