    Dude overhead pressed some dude's max deadlift pr with no leg drive whatsoever and starting from his upper chest; now that's biblical strength.

    • @dleonardo3238
      @dleonardo3238 2 місяці тому +5

      Yeah, I don't even get how Larry's ohp is even compared to this one. The way Larry does it is much easier😅

    • @ChicagoScorpion
      @ChicagoScorpion 2 місяці тому +5

      @@dleonardo3238 yeah this guy is like the only guy that I've seen so far that can overhead press 405 + lbs over his head with literal strict form (starting from the clavicle/upper chest). Everyone else that I've seen do that is either using leg drive (essentially push pressing it) or doing it in a jerk like motion or starting from their throat or chin instead of upper chest.
      Granted regardless all of those feats are still impressive to move that type of weight but his is even more so.

    • @carlcarlssen4299
      @carlcarlssen4299 2 місяці тому +1

      There's this Canadian bloke that can press over 400lbs just like this guy. I think he weighs like close to 500lbs though. I can't remember his channel name but I swear to you I think it's also Richard.

      @@carlcarlssen4299 yeah he's that fat dude. He's strong but he presses the barbell off pins/spotter arms and from his throat.

    I've seen people flexing their "overhead lockout press" so many times acting as if it is as hard as a true ohp. This is the first guy I see doing full rom and being able to do these weights. Respect, this should be the OHP standard, like with the bench you should touch your chest, with ohp you should at least touch clavicles or upper chest

    • @aborigine777
      @aborigine777 2 місяці тому

      Why the fuck you didn't make a video showing you touching your chest/clavicles with a 400lb standing barbell overhead press jackass?

      Yep, I find it easier to get from my clavicle to my forehead than the part from my chin to forehead so why not do the full rom anyways 😁

    • @josemarialaguinge
      @josemarialaguinge 2 місяці тому

      That gives you a better stretch reflex tho, so you could argue it's easier.

      @powerup9035 poor form, plus overusing the front deltoids from doing many push-ups without balancing the work load. In other words even if I mentally tell myself to focus on my chest, my nervous system would resort to activating the parts that are over stimulated
