Such a fulfilling workout! I'm so happy I can do these without stopping them, I remember how 2 years ago I had to pause every few minutes or so, thank you so much for all that you've helped me achieve over these years!!
I liked how it worked every leg and booty muscle and got so sweaty,yet I didnt feel that usual pain like in other leg wo's. Which is heaven!! Going to do this more often.
I only do UA-cam workout videos and I just found this page today and honestly there great!!! Some of the moves are stuff I've been doing forever but they put a small twist to it and I feel it working so much more! Thanks glad I found you guys
Just wanted to quick comment that I adore you both! You are such true inspiration and you and the TIU community motivate me everyday. Especially seeing the TIU transformations! I'm going to be visiting California for a week on June 7th, and I'm pumped! I haven't been there in about 15 years! Are there any good beach recommendations that you have? Actually, which beach were you at when you filmed the Rose with K&K - Finding balance and the BEST workout for busy days video? Lots of love to you ladies and absolutely everyone at the TIU HQ! XXO

Hey Danielle~ I'm visual too. I don't know if this might help... I always watch new workouts, any kind (TIU, yoga, etc.) at least once before attempting to do them. I find it helps some. Yes, it takes time, but I find it's worth it. Good luck!

In the mornings I like to jump into the workout and with TIU workouts I feel like they take longer to get done until I've done the video a few times versus other fitness youtubers who break it down a little more. Who knows maybe the other videos take just as long as it takes me to watch & rewind a TIU video, haha. I need to go back to working out to their print outs.
Hey Danielle~ You are so welcome, especially if I helped. When you think about this being a lifestyle - eating healthy and working out, etc. - and something you'll do for the rest of your life, is it easier to care less about it taking a bit to get familiar with new workouts? There are a number of ways to approach new workouts. You can slow down and do each move. You can put the video on to run and keep up as best as you can, knowing that doing something is better than nothing and that eventually you'll be able to keep pace and feel you're doing an efficient and effective workout. It's all good! ;)
went back to working out after awhile of not exercising as regularly and this was definitely challenging, had to stop a few times so i wouldn't crash, but then i pushed through and made it :D
Just have to finish making my lemon green tea and then I'm off to get my burn on! Been excited for this one since I saw it was coming out...oh my gaaarsh! ♥

Love the bursts of cardio. Legs feel strong. And a little like jelly. Another great booty workout!
