I usually do high intensity workouts, but yesterday I decided to do your inner thigh workout, and I definitely felt the burn! Today I can feel the aftermath of it! Great job ladies!

Alissa Hayes you probably wont be able to work out without getting muscle strength..thats a good thing..muscle is lean tissue that apparently aid in fat burning
Alissa Hayes what professionalmartinez said it true- working out will tone up muscles, but that is a great thing. Your body will look so much nicer with toned muscles and when your muscles are toned you burn calories faster...even when not exercising! And the exercising will help burn calories which will make you lose weight. However, if you still eat a lot of carbs and fatty foods you might not notice as much results very fast as if you cut simple carbs and eat lots of fresh veggies. Combining both is best. You won't get bulky big muscles unless you use really heavy weights. These lighter weights will only help you tone up and get a nice look...like these girls showing the exercises have.
Alissa Hayes my advice is to do workouts that get your heart rate up so u will being doing a inner thigh workout while burning tons! like blogilates squat challenges get me sweating like no other videos!
I loved it and loved it! I could feel it burn all the way! But I couldn't do the side plank position and lift my leg up, it was really hard. Can I do something else insted?
