I think the last one was the easiest to arrange separate sleeping/living spaces. I like that you included the floor plans. It's so much easier to conceptualize the spaces for comparison.
Great Video! I really enjoy looking at the architecture in each historical building. To answer your question I would love to see units in Coney Island as well as Staten Island. Also, highlighting areas near dog parks for my two fluffy ones.
It might take me a little while to get to Coney Island or Staten Island, but I'll add it to the list! And you'll love my next video about Fort Greene, there's a great park there!
I lived in that second building pre covid and my rent was $2800 no light tho and honestly didn’t like living with soooo many other people. Also the elevators to the upper floors have issues.
Had a friend live in the financial district. I couldn’t understand why people had an aversion to it until about 6pm. New York may not sleep but some areas definitely become desolate at a certain hour. That was 8 yrs ago; I wonder if it’s still the same.
I actually like the desolateness of it, but it isn't worth the price, unless you work there, considering that Queens is actually closer to a lot of midtown, and more people work in midtown now than downtown.
@@hayley_bailiff thank you 😊 when you grow in the country it’s hard to live in the city 😞 I like my space , we once live in town and it drove me crazy , I heard things that no one wants to hear 🤣 I was in NYC when I was around 17 yrs old and it was interesting, first time going on a subway 😫 it was nice to visit but I would not survive there 😞 have you ever been to California 🌴 ????
I went out to the West Coast for the first time last year and it was gorgeous! Definitely hoping to spend some more time out there either this year or next. We drove up the PCH when I went which was definitely a dream.
I'm not very familiar with the Bronx so I'm not quite sure what management companies I can ask to show some units, but if I do head up there I'll keep this request in mind! I'm finishing up a video on Murray Hill today and my next apartment tour video will be on Brooklyn Heights since I already started recording those videos
The apartments are newer which I happen to like but they don’t have great views but are basic decent places to live. I happen to love this neighborhood and if I ever moved back would want to live in financial district as number one choice
Since its summer some of these units are around $3300-$3400 now, but will likely dip back down to $3200 again next winter. That's when buildings have the best deals, and this client was looking at the end of January.
All of these units are waaaaayyyyyyy over priced . Never pay over $400 for a studio even if it's in Manhattan. I know I lived here all my life and the prices just keep getting worse every 6 months .
Love how straight to the point you are
I love browsing floor plans, so im glad you include them.

I lived in one of those buildings 20 years ago. It as a 2bd 2 bath for 2400 a month!!
I like the last one best.
its Unit 3 for me, best view. So many gorgeous lobbies and the gyms, must be nice!
Great tour and thank you. Used to live in the city and always enjoy hearing about NYC apts.

Your voice + the music was so relaxing lol
I haven't added background music to videos in a while but now I might have to start again lol
Just a request. One bedroom, pet friendly with a washer and dryer in unit.
You gave a very informative tour of each building. I'm definitely subscribing. Peace!
Thank you so much! Happy to have you aboard!
Cool vid!

The units are nice for people that like city life 👍 I live in California 🌴 in the country our neighbors are acres of vineyards ❤️
That sounds gorgeous! City life definitely isn't for everyone, and I'm happy it sounds like you live somewhere that's perfect for you!

Thank you for sharing these nice apartment.😊
On the bright side there's some pretty good coffee around there lol
Can we see apartments in the Bronx, near Yankee Stadium?

Hi. I enjoy your whatever, snippets. Are you from New York?
Could you show some nice apartments that are 2/2. Thank you.
Any units 2 bedroom with vounchers
Every voucher has unique requirements/budgets and needs to be reviewed before suggesting units!
2000-2500 would be great!
Thanks for the suggestion! I have my next few videos already in the works but I'll add this to my list for the near future!
These Units are nice! I would choose the first one for sure!
Great choice!
I don't understand much English. I want to ask is this a rental? For one month $3030?
Yes, they are all rentals that range from $3000 per month to $3250!
Buen dia. Se pueden rentar solo un mes?
Unfortunately no, the buildings were all looking for 12 month leases!
Broom closets
So 3200 gets you a studio. I find none of them appealing. But your video was a good overview.
I found all of the units to be sterile in character. They seemed like long-stay units in a hotel for business people.
$3,200 per month is cheap the financial distric, I thought it was more.

@@hayley_bailiff I'm shocked that studio isn't priced at 5200 per month just because it's near Wall street.
Calling it a walk in closet was a stretch. Surprised she didn’t call it massive
You must be completely obsessed with nyc and never visited other ways of life to go with these places.
Too small , too expensive , kitchen and bathrooms need updating 👎👎
Yall are getting scammed 3200 for a literal closet then to doge homeless people on Water street …hard pass lol
These units for this price for rent lack charter very boring.....no brick walls fire places nothing just blah! No thanks
What do you mean by lack charter? I don ‘t understand
@@AdrienneMint I think they meant to say “character”.
@@NanaLaEnana thank you so much! I should have figured that out- but i didn’t❤️

You won’t even get a corner of a dumpster in Bushwick for $400 a month in 2024.
The only way you are getting a studio in Manhattan for $400 a month is with a Time Machine to 1974. Come on.
This comment is just so out of touch. You’re not going to get a studio for $400 even in the middle of nowhere
