98% of audits are just videos of buildings snd then the auditor exports it to an external drive and no one very sees it.

What I love about this encounter is that the police made contact at 13:24 and then at 16:40 it was all over. In 3 minutes and 16 seconds, they were able to investigate, defuse, and de-escalate the situation, educate the uninformed about the law, express that they were fans of Sean's channel without spending any more time on that, and then leave with everyone involved feeling heard. 3 MINUTES! That means they have more time to take care of more pressing tasks. No waste of taxpayers money. No ego. No star-struck. No cop splaining. No bossing around. No tyrant behavior. Just professional! What a contrast to most other videos of encounters with the LE! LEO's all over the world should watch this video and learn from it. This is how you make your workday enjoyable and effective! And this is how you stay safe and build trust with the citizens.

Speaking as a former officer, I just want to say that this was a textbook example of how to police a situation. Most of the time, officers don't want to have praise showered on them for doing their job correctly, neither do they wish to be berated for getting it wrong. They just want to go in, explain the situation, check that everything is calm and then get out again. It doesn't need people to come up and tell them how amazing they are. The best feeling I used to get in a situation was when I went in, did my job, and then left without anyone really noticing I was ever there. The best policing is policing you don't notice.
The best praise these two officers can be given is that they did their job to perfection, with the minimum of fuss and interruption to everyone's day.
