Hello Anna. Can you please guide thoes who are sun sensetive and should avoid sunbeam directly, how they should wear in summer, and what kind of gloves and hats. Thank you.
The thing is you shouldn't have to dress a certain way to earn respect which is why this video confuses me. She is a feminist and that kind of contradicts her whole point. why would she teach people mainly women how to dress in order to gain respect when shes saying women should already be respected. Shes contradicting herself.
@@crazyhorse3384 I disagree. You see, feminism challenges the inequalities that women face on a daily basis. If you read between the lines, it is all about women having the freedom of choice without the disdain of being looked down or judged, it's all about empowerment. Feminism arose from the restricted rights of women. Although today, there are a lot of varying ideologies of the movement, it boils down to one point- and that is choice. Why choice? It's because when there is freedom of choice in women, it means there is equality to the rights of men. Men have it better, men and women will never be equal, because they were not made to be equal, both are different. And with Feminism- which is the freedom to choose what you want to do (as long as law/morals permit), you can do practically anything you want that "men" are stereotypically the ones deemed valid to do. I don't think Anna's message contradicts that at all. You see, she teaches modern elegance, that's the main idea of her channel. She doesn't teach women to dress this and that to earn respect from others. Respect starts from within. She is just providing help when you want to elevate how you feel with yourself, to strive to be more confident and in order for you to feel that way so people will feel that way about you because that's the message you want to deliver. But here, it's okay if you don't agree with her, because that's also your choice and I respect that. I'm just trying to give my two cents. 😊 Btw, she has podcast that actually tackles a similar issue/ contradiction on her beliefs which I believe really helps if you want to understand her stance 😃
@@crazyhorse3384 For the part of "women should already be respected" yes that is true. She advocates for it. AND she always follows up with the fact that being respected also comes with the work you put in. It comes in all ways, i.e. politeness, respect for others. She says that women should be respected because she believes that they must be respected (and they must be). Now, for women to work on being respected is another story. You can't just act rashly and barabaric, then demand to be respected. That doesn't work right? Again, respect comes hand in hand with the work you put in to achieve that. If you want to be respected more, then respect yourself more and the others around you. You need to act like someone who deserves to be respected at the utmost level if you want to be respected at the utmost level. The respect you give out, and the respect you show you give yourself will always come back, if you do it the right way.
@@crazyhorse3384 Your interpretation lacks nuance. Firstly, be mindful not to refer to feminism as though it were a 'hive mind' as it most certainly is not. There are a *significant* number of feminists who vehemently oppose many of the values taught on this channel. In fact, many of the teachings here are in direct opposition of 3rd wave feminism. Secondly, do people deserve respect, regardless of attire? Absolutely. From a humanity standpoint, that is a given of standard morality. But that is not what is being referred to and this is why your ideology, in it's literal form, is flawed. If a woman goes into a corporate job interview wearing a belt width, tight skirt, visible, riding-up thong underwear, and breasts near popping out of a torn, stained, t-shirt. I assure you, her appearance is judged negatively and it unquestionably impacts the interviewer's impression and consideration. It would be unwise to take things in a literal sense, when the subject itself requires critical thought and a consideration of intended nuance.
That's your opinion because you believe that people owe you certain behaviors for just being which is not at all a reflection of real life. The truth is, people will treat you the way you treat yourself and those who don't get a rude awakening.

I would like to have a video about how to look elegant living in a tropical country. All videos about elegant outfits for "hot weather" are "summer/beach/vacations" like instead of things that we can use in more formal scenarios.
I think this would be an excellent idea for a video. It would also work for those traveling to those climates for vacations or work but aren’t going to spend their entire time on a beach. Plus there are plenty of tropical locations that don’t even have a beach. I do think individual local cultures should come into play when it comes to wardrobe, though.
Hello Anna! I started watching your videos since summer and you motivated me to lose weight I lost 12kg, and I changed my style and went from "practical and boyish" to "practical, feminine and classy". It made my demeanor unlock and it showed my beauty and the beautiful elegant woman I always wanted to be. I get many comments daily now! I'm still learning everyday and I'll work harder and harder. I love you, thank u.
Even if we aren’t necessarily the most elegant in everyday life, these videos are really helpful for different formal events and for workwear! I have a feeling these habits will eventually take over my entire wardrobe though!
I dress in a 1940s style every single day. I have found so many styles of clothing that look elegant, feminine, and luxurious. One of my favorites is the look created by Dorothy O’Hara - she was the queen of draping and “glorifying” the feminine figure. It just goes to show how you can absolutely be seductive and elegant without needing to show much skin at all.
LOL, I did not know Anna was/had been staying in Austria. I kept staring at her yellow top and thinking it looked like some traditionally inspired Austrian shirt/dress. I was trying to imagine what the whole outfit looked like, and I'm most certain it was purchased there. As an American, I lived in Austria in 2001, so perhaps that is why I was thinking that.
I LOVE THE SEGMENT WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT "SEXY" it feels like what everybody is doing. It's so easy to look sexy today. Wear revealing clothing, we have tacky cuts in our clothes. That actually makes women look like a BARGAIN !!!! Love love love how you explained it Anna !!!
I’d love to know what makeup you are wearing, especially your lipstick. Would you mind doing a makeup tutorial on your look in this video? You look so radiant xx
Ladies if you havent checked out Annas podcast please give it a try. She digs much deeper into her philosophy on elegance but its presented in a more 'lets have a chat' kind of way. I, myself very much enjoy it 😊
I love this video! I’ve struggled with elegance because I’m also very artistic and prefer to be distinctive and unique. I was fooling myself by believing I couldn’t be both. The main ideas that have helped me the most are dressing for my body type in my color palette; add to that the natural fibers and personal artistic style and I feel that I have found myself! Thank you Anna!
Thanks for pointing out that we can look classy in colours! It's like everyone on youtube and instagram wears neutral now. I've even heard some 'fashionistas' said only neutral colours will make you look 'expensive'... It's so boring to see everyone look the same.
My style is the feminine classic. I’m in my forties and feel I recently really honed in on my style. I wish I would have learned more about this when I was younger!
I just love you and everything about you! You're like a girlfriend who gives honest and valuable advice. I play your videos while I'm cleaning and organizing or just having some personal time... And listening to your content just mages me so happy. Thank you so much! Can't wait until you start your school again! ❤️
I think there is another style you've missed: The Classic Elegant Minimal style. The woman who exhibit this style are Angelina Jolie, The Duchess of Sussex and Katie Holmes. I'm very attracted to this style.
I needed this video ! Could you make a video about what to wear and what to avoid on various occasions such as : meeting in laws, to a lunch/ diner date, running errands... And videos about each different elegant style more in depth with exemples, what to avoid, what to wear in order to fit in the specific elegant style presented. If there are any grammatical mistakes please feel free to correct me English is not my first language ❤️✨
I was so concerned when I first saw your videos because I thought it would make feel non femininine women like myself feel out of place but you truly empowered me into accepting my femininity and being proud of it. Being around guys so long made me lose that part of me and it’s been hard to get it back but your videos are the greatest help I could get.
I'm an artist and I definitely identify with the flamboyant style! For so long I just could not find my style. I liked elegant and simple fashion but I just felt so boring and not me. And now since watching your videos I realise there is a wide range of elegant fashion and ones I can find that show my artistic flare!
Curating a wardrobe takes a lot of time and thinking. It's a slow process regardless of financial means. It should not be rushed. Trial and error every time we add a piece. Personally I spend a lot of time on Instagram and Google looking for outfits or simply combinations that can work for me or I may search for inspiration on how to combine pieces that I already have.
After doing Anna's quiz my results came out as Elegant Feminine Seductive, which fits my aesthetic perfectly! 👄 I love it how elegance comes in many different styles, fitting every lady according to her personal aesthetic ☺️
I really like how you broke down these style personalities. My professional style is different from my personal style and these categories are helpful for me when I am creating my closet. Btw....you looked stunning ☺️
I am classic feminine, so I own some neutral pieces and some colorful and a few patterned pieces in my wardrobe. It keeps my style fresh and up to date. I tried some more seductive pieces over the years, but never felt comfortable and confident wearing them so I simply donated those pieces. I’m confident and outgoing, and I feel that my personality shines through wearing the classic feminine style. You are so right Anna, being elegant makes others instantly look at you with a different eye, and treat you with more respect. That is, if you are yourself respectful of others 😊
We’re on the same wavelength! Until this video I thought Elegant is beautiful and timeless yet safe and could be sometimes boring. But this video bunks all those myths! Thank you Miss Elegance! ❤️✨
Feminine classic over here! Now I understand why I love your channel so much! Each one of these elegant styles is so spot on, and I love the idea that you don't always have to be just one of these types all the time. Mix it up according to your mood or desires, but always stay elegant and a cut above the rest!
OOh I'm elegant classic! Thank you however at 62 I don't feel old, I believe what you wear underneath your clothes and the perfume you wear, helps you hold yourself well as well as feeling more feminine. 🙏🌹
Anna, you are so gorgeous here🤩⭐️⭐️Thanks for another empowerment 🌷In a world, where it is quite hard to thrive as an independent woman, you are my guiding light💫
I took the quiz and I find it interesting that I got the Feminine Seductive Elegant personality style. I've never really struggled with my feminine side but I did sometimes struggle with the more "sensual" side. I found that I was doing too little then too much with that side because I was dressing like everyone else and it obviously wasn't coming off elegant at all. It's not the style that fits me best & honestly dressing what everyone else considered "sexy" made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where, if I went out in public, I wanted to go home. I tried to convince myself that it looked good but I wasn't even able to fool myself! This video has really helped me find a style that works best for me and makes me feel good, thank you.
Recently I heard very nice compliment from an elderly woman: „Miss, so elegant! Nowadays, young women rarely look elegant.. instead they wear... those big shoes etc” 😂❤️
The introduction is everything. I like using the word ''femininity” instead of ''sexy''. I love your videos Anna. They really make me feel as being proud to be a woman.
Can you also make a video on ,"how to dress elegantly in your 19s and 20s " please 🙏,because when i try to dress elegantly, sometimes I end up looking like I'm more older than what I actually am😥
I just love this!! ❤ You are such a delightful lady! I enjoyed this video and content. I always thought of elegant in one specific way. Thank you for opening my eyes and educating me on this!! Keep inspiring g us and have a blessed day!😊
The points you made are clear and flexible with a wide range of ideas that are all encompassing to any woman. This is definitely a choice video.👌🏻 Beautiful, Anna 💜
I feel like the best rule for sensuality in the outfit it's to think beforehand about one feature of your outfit that says sexy. It can be showing legs or a little bit of cleavage or maybe extenuating your waist. It can be adding those high heels to a midi dress to elongate your lines or even styling your hair into the main piece that will bring focus to you. This way even if you cover everything else you still exude all that feminine energy ❤️
I took the quiz and got the elegant classic! Which I already figured because I'm obsessed with Kate Middleton style! She truly exudes future queen of England. I love dressing like a royal! 😉
Anna, I'm so grateful to you for helping me feel empowered to embrace my style-personality variations in an elegant way. 2020 has been a crazy year of self-discovery and I am feeling the most feminine I have ever felt, thanks to putting your wisdom into action!
my tip: if you want to add more patterns but are unsure if you can tell which ones look expensive, you should add them in small amounts- i mean scarves, shawls, etc. it spices up your outfit but it isn't as noticeable if the pattern isnt expensive looking. edit: I really love what Anna said at around 11:00! I feel like in the western culture people really only dress for themselves, not taking into account whether people around them are comfortable or not. Thank you.
I’ve done the quiz and it came out I’m Feminine Seductive, which I totally agree with! ❤️ What I need now, is to develop and invest more in my wardrobe.
Thank you this is just what I needed. I always go for more of a classic, plain look, so I don’t look “like a bargain”, but I would like to combine trends in an elegant way sometimes to keep it young and fresh. I’m still working on finding that balance
I’m 22 and I felt the “dressing up like the Kardashian’s.” Every time I go out or go for a drink at the bars, everyone my age dresses up with leggings and tight crop tops while I wear my fashionista feminine clothing... I feel too young (and even embarrassed) to dress up and wear a pair of heels because my casual is not everyone else’s casual 😅🤦🏻♀️
Try going to more upscale places as well x then you're also likely to meet women who are similar to you. (I'm 21 and I dress well, I avoid venues and events with anyone under 30 because I refuse to follow trends)
I'm kind of shy person and I've always love neutral colors and simple style so people often think that I'm elder or boring . I'm 20 and they think that I should show more skin and I used to feel a bit insecure about it but thanks to your videos that insecure has gone.

Not at all it’s all about cuts and fabrics
I'd use lightweight cotton or linen blouses/shirts with a skirt or lightweight trousers/culottes. Or elegant shorter dresses.
Oh, and elegant longer (bermuda/city) shorts might work too.
@Harshit Kapoor that's not elegance for you to tell everyone about your poor living, but may Allah ease your financial problems dear.
👏
Even if we aren’t necessarily the most elegant in everyday life, these videos are really helpful for different formal events and for workwear! I have a feeling these habits will eventually take over my entire wardrobe though!
I dress in a 1940s style every single day. I have found so many styles of clothing that look elegant, feminine, and luxurious. One of my favorites is the look created by Dorothy O’Hara - she was the queen of draping and “glorifying” the feminine figure. It just goes to show how you can absolutely be seductive and elegant without needing to show much skin at all.
Omg Anna what a glow up after the Austria staycation!!❤️❤️❤️😱😱
I tought the same!!!❤️
Does it show that much? 😃
@@AnnaBeyOfficial yeeeeeees ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@AnnaBeyOfficial yes! You have a total wonderful new light! You are literally glowing!❤️🔝😍
There is one in her channel
Her makeup in the video is the beat I have ever seen on her !
Best*
Me Now it’s the whole look together that is working for her - plus her attitude!
She has a video where she explains her make up routine. Unfortunately her lipstick is a semi-permanent tattoo.
Anna, I'm starting to love and respect you more and more. Thank you so much for being mentor for so many women to find how valuable they are.❤
Anna, u changed my life. After being hurt and I want to level up myself, I found your channel and I learnt many things here. Really thank you
Ladies if you havent checked out Annas podcast please give it a try. She digs much deeper into her philosophy on elegance but its presented in a more 'lets have a chat' kind of way. I, myself very much enjoy it 😊
This was so refreshing. I'm so glad you became more inclusive about color, pattern and a more artistic look.
Who else loves the introduction: “my dear elegant ladies”? 🤩
My goal is to look elegant not "expensive"
@@katherineklevenow1808 yes but when you look cheap you dont look elegant.
neutral is what's trending for this season :) you def don't have to follow trends :)
When you said “looking tacky & looking cheap” my first thought was fashion nova & pretty little thing clothes... 😬
Pretty little things are the worst...🤦♀️
🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧
@@szechanchan Agreed! And the quality of their clothes is terrible too!
I heard girls at my work talking about fashion nova and how much they love it and I am over here like🙄
My style is the feminine classic.
That is traditional classic
I love the way you greet us with a sunny smile and also thank you for acknowledging that we all have our own type of energy!
Thanks to you I’ve finally discovered I’m a elegant fashionista. I’ve always admired Victoria Beckham style even since she was the posh spice
If there are any grammatical mistakes please feel free to correct me English is not my first language ❤️✨
examples not exemples, small mistake
I was so concerned when I first saw your videos because I thought it would make feel non femininine women like myself feel out of place but you truly empowered me into accepting my femininity and being proud of it. Being around guys so long made me lose that part of me and it’s been hard to get it back but your videos are the greatest help I could get.
I'm an artist and I definitely identify with the flamboyant style! For so long I just could not find my style. I liked elegant and simple fashion but I just felt so boring and not me. And now since watching your videos I realise there is a wide range of elegant fashion and ones I can find that show my artistic flare!
Anna always looks so stunning.. always on top of her game!
I enjoy being situational and thus incorporate all the styles depending on where and what I am doing. Thank you for your beautiful videos Anna.
Ana it's amazing how you cover a wide personality. Seeing Lupita made me sooooo excited... flamboyant!!!
Anna's laugh/giggle gives me life
I treat myself with respect, And Expect to be treated with respect ! Powerful Message Anna ! 💞💞💞
Your videos are life changing, Ana. Please never stop making videos ❤
Literally the most needed video for every lady ... thank u anna once again.... sending virtual hugs and lots of love for Christmas in advance❤️❤️
Love that you are bringing out your personality more and more in videos!
I took your quiz and I'm an elegant classic! I love it and I love Kate Middleton's style. 💖
And I love colour, too!
I appreciate the increase on the diversity of the models chosen in the new videos 👍🏼
Imagine being only 15 and you have found Anna she is so amazing I have learnt a lot manners and etiquettes following her videos
Wish i had her advice when i was young, would have helped with my self confidence.
OOh I'm elegant classic! Thank you however at 62 I don't feel old, I believe what you wear underneath your clothes
and the perfume you wear, helps you hold yourself well as well as feeling more feminine. 🙏🌹
How did you take the quiz I tried so many times and it didn't go throw

Great video! Thank you for your work Anna, its fantastic how you wake up the best in women!
I been wating for this and the intro is everything.
Love u Anna.
I dressed up with one colour and omg the compliments I got, thank you so much.
To anyone wondering where Anna's top or dress is from. It's from Rotate Birger Christiansen Tracy top or dress (comes in both versions).
❤
Can you also make a video on ,"how to dress elegantly in your 19s and 20s " please 🙏,because when i try to dress elegantly, sometimes I end up looking like I'm more older than what I actually am😥
Check out ThePinkPill here on UA-cam :)
Ahh....your videos are making my way to become an elegant lady more easier....love from India❤️
I enjoy your videos and they have made a difference in my life and how I dress now. Thank you Anna Bey. 🤗❤️☺️
You make things easier to be understood, I do appreciate everything and I love your introduction. Thanks
Love that you mentioned there’s no “one size fits all” for elegance. That should be said!
Sincerely, an elegant classic fashionista
".....all those elements that make a woman 👏🏾 feel 👏🏾 like 👏🏾 a 👏🏾 bargain." I felt those words....that's it EXACTLY!
Her top is amazing ❤️
Love your lipstick and the color of your top, very pretty 😍
My elegance idol is Dita Von Teese.❤☺
Me too
Yes She will be feminine seductive . I love her too as well as monica Bellucci
She is THE seductive woman. How cool she is
I enjoy your videos so much
"You can be elegant in any culture." 💕💕💕💕💕
How can i take the quiz? Can you post it here, please?
Thank you this is just what I needed. I always go for more of a classic, plain look, so I don’t look “like a bargain”, but I would like to combine trends in an elegant way sometimes to keep it young and fresh. I’m still working on finding that balance
I paused the video to take the quiz: Elegant Classic. I’m super pleased 🥰
I love your blouse! It’s sooo pretty and you are absolutely gorgeous wearing it.

I’m 22 and I felt the “dressing up like the Kardashian’s.” Every time I go out or go for a drink at the bars, everyone my age dresses up with leggings and tight crop tops while I wear my fashionista feminine clothing... I feel too young (and even embarrassed) to dress up and wear a pair of heels because my casual is not everyone else’s casual 😅🤦🏻♀️
you will stand out from the crowd in a really nice and admirable way!
Try going to more upscale places as well x then you're also likely to meet women who are similar to you. (I'm 21 and I dress well, I avoid venues and events with anyone under 30 because I refuse to follow trends)
Be yourself wherever you go. You will stand out from all of the others that look the same as all the others.
Sounds like you’re on a different level...so get a new crowd that is up to YOUR standards!
I'm kind of shy person and I've always love neutral colors and simple style so people often think that I'm elder or boring . I'm 20 and they think that I should show more skin and I used to feel a bit insecure about it but thanks to your videos that insecure has gone.
Anna u look amazing the new diet worked wonders💯
