Trouble really does not last forever. There isn't one storm that began in 1972 that is still blowing and raining today. Pain ends. Struggle ends. Bulls get paid. Groceries come. Kids do straighten up. Marriages heal.

Thank you so much for this! I was thinking about you the other day. I start chemo on Thursday and was going to see if you have any content on how to nutritionally prepare before then. I was also recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. So, a bit concerned that I'm not eating enough to keep up my strength. Despite that, I actually have more peace this second go round.
