Always fatigued, gassy, heartburn, itchy, tingly, warm parts, dizzy, blurry vision, waking up feeling hung over, out of it, ear popping ugh! I’m just glad i finally know what it is!

Extremely tired most days & bursting with energy other days. Purging stuff I really just don’t need, people included & it’s been brutal. Insomnia, tossing and turning body sweats, vivid dreams, sometimes can’t even remember them. Been feeling it for a few months & it’s really increased this month. Ringing in the ears & other strange noises & interference on phone calls with people. Body aches, headaches, neck, back, legs feel like lead, itchy skin. Seeing auras with vibrant colours around everything, especially in nature. Really emotional & not wanting to be around some people, & feel them sucking energy out of me & I know I won’t see some people in the future. A bit of vertigo too. All that and more for me....and its been VERY bad these last 3-4 years, and been feeling it for 6-7 years......the last couple months have been debilitating in the extreme......the last week, i have left the house 1 time. I am SLAMMED, here.....just CRUSHED. Sleep 5-6 hours, up 4-5 hours, sleep 5-6 hours.....rinse/repeat
First pressure in head and ringing in ears. Colors are super bright. I'm getting my vision back. Hot flashes and sweats. Can't sleep. Have a twin flame that activated me. The emotions are so intense. Like hit straight in the chest that takes away your breath cuz you care bare to be without them. Despair and longing to be back together. We've done this many times. This is different. This is our last mission. Then we have forever ❤️

Constant ringing in ears for last month. Bad headaches and tension in neck and occipital area, (base of skull). Transient shoulder and low back niggles. Waking frequently and remembering vivid dreams. One was seeing an eagle fly overhead screeching! Intolerance to negativity, fake news, violence. More connection with animals. It feels like I know what our cat is thinking and asking!
For months now I have experienced EXTREME exhaustion, insomnia and a hyper sensitivity to the idea of violence of any kind so much so that I went through all of my movies and books and eliminated all of them that had to do with violence: murder mysteries, forensics or any disrespect to women. I've also had to eliminate all caffeine (coffee, tea and soda) from my diet as it was causing extreme anxiety.
I feel so blessed to find this video today. I have experienced everything said in it. Ascension is a powerfull process. Let God Angel protect me while I am asleep and awake during this cleaning process.Amen
This is now my 9th year of physical symptoms in the ascension process. There are numerous symptoms you could do another video or two about. Such as hearing dyslexia, weight gain and / or loss, skin problems, heart palpitations, dizziness, appetite changes, food cravings, insomnia, angry outbursts, sleep paralysis, intense bouts of loneliness, anxiety, panic attacks and body twitches.

I am experiencing tiredness, neck pain, itching skin, droping things like keys in my house, anxiety, isolation. I feel all alone, but I love being in nature, exercing and begining to meditate ( to relax, close my eyes through guided meditation).
Thank you for sharing this. It truly helped me. It’s hard navigating this physical realm when you’re always wanting to be in the Spiritual. I hurt so bad my skin itches and my veins are bulging and hurting too. I don’t even go outside my house unless I really have to. I’m married for a long time too and she doesn’t understand. She’s a realist and just doesn’t get it. I met my twin flame and that’s what started my Awakening. I’m so tired and in pain. Can’t wait to get through this. I also love Jesus so much. I’m so grateful for him and my Awakening.

I have been experiencing "I'm not grounded/floating" feeling on the top of a few Asthma attacks. I thought I was dying, getting very weak, no physical connection to the Earth, no realistic feeling. I felt I was not here anymore. But where I am. Now, I know what's happening on me. I will take your advices to go through and to get to know new myself. Thank you very much.
Experiencing all of these and more... severe headache, toothache, backache, pain in legs....heart palpitations and insomnia...it has been more than 8 months... wonder how long it is going to continue...carrying out routine activities becomes a herculean task...
Extreme lower back leg nerve pain, vertigo, sensitivity to sound, smell, my environment, and food. For about a year of my ascension process, I lived with a roommate, she's been my friend for several years, well, as I was ascending she was descending I guess you could say. In the beginning, we had a rule that our home was our "safe place", nobody was really allowed to come over to our house, especially not without first checking with the other person first. This sounds extreme, but she and I had both experienced domestic violence so this was an essential part of our healing and feeling of safety. October of 2020 she really started going downhill. All of sudden she was letting anybody and everybody come over, most of the time these people who were strangers to me would just walk right into our home. This was particularly difficult for me seeing that my bedroom was right next to the front door! I could feel everybody's energy and intentions, and they were not good! I tried talking to her about it, but she just didn't care. On one hand, I was bothered about how this affected me, but I was also trying to get her to understand what she was doing to herself and how much she was changing (for the worse). It was like watching a car crash in slow motion and not being able to do anything about it. December of 2020 I started to take a Reiki course and this is what REALLY changed my life. Reiki gave me the ability to clear myself of the toxic energy I was being bombarded with on a daily basis while also helping me heal my past Trauma clearing the way for my ascension process. I care very much about her, but her energy made it very difficult to be around her. I don't understand why but for some reason I have a strong energetic connection with her. For months I didn't realize that much of the difficult emotions and strange physical sensations I was feeling were actually coming from her! Our rooms were on opposite sides of a really big house, so it surprised me when I discovered I always felt it when she was having strong emotions (which was QUITE often). One day, I was outside working in the yard and all of a sudden I became REALLY angry, I had NO idea why. First of all, I don't get angry, I get anxious, I work hard to NOT feel anger (past DV issue), so for me to feel anger was when I knew these were not my emotions! That's when I realized it was from her, so I marched up the stairs and yelled at her to get herself under control because this was B***S***! For some reason, she found it comforting knowing I felt her misery. I did NOT find it comforting! So I went back outside, I love nature, and working in the yard was where I could go to immediately ground myself from everything, except at that moment apparently. I finally got my own place with the help of my angels. I don't have a yard to play in anymore, but my anxiety is nearly 100% gone, which is HUGE for me! The past couple of weeks though I've been really fatigued, have had a lot of body aches, headaches, neck pain, and sudden bursts of tears. Thanks for listening to my ramble above, I think I needed to talk about this. I guess another symptom of ascension is not having someone to share this weirdness with.
I cant believe you didn’t get one comment on your story…….. I’m going thru the same thing. It sure would be nice to have someone living with me be on the same journey. It makes it tough going at it alone! I’ve heard this from many people!

Just being able to say the weird stuff out loud to someone who is not going to judge, condemn, or call you insane allows you to just accept and surrender to the process which makes the whole experience smoother. But I think part of the reason many of us are alone during this ascension process is so we discover our own personal truth and not be mislead by someone else's. I think the ultimate goal is the discovery not a kingdom in heaven. My sister would say that is blasphemy (and probably never speak to me again) if she heard me say that.

Your just stating it might not be as important as the discovery of ourselves. Which I think we need before we even reach the Kingdom of heaven. Anyone experiencing fatigue and opposition as if someone is pushing you down when you are trying to move forward. I feel discomfort everyday I feel as if I am fighting for my spirituality every minute of everyday. I feel so mentally tired and drained from so may dreams and no sleep. This explains everything I never even thought that this was what I was going through without even knowing it. Because I am now so in-tune with my sprituality and have been training to self-realize again I am fighting even while sleeping. I am experiencing day dreaming often so much in fact my children have to snap me back into reality.
Yes - it is common that your higher selves are fighting with your lower selves all the time. It's part and parcel of the spiritual ascension experience. Give yourself a little time and let yourself ease in to your newfound realizations. Once you get through ascension symptoms, it gets easier and easier. Sending you prayers and blessings. 🙏
I am so glad I found this information.I did not want to go to the Dr. and be put through tons of expensive tests, only to be offered more medicine and made to feel bad because I will not take their Shots.I pray that God will guide me through the process. The multi symptoms and pain are debilitating.I even went and got my burial insurance taken care of because sometimes I feel like I am dying. Thank you all.
The sun is much brighter for me. Sometimes it is so bright that I need to stay out of it because it causes visual problems and yes dizziness and confusion. I need to lie down, close my eyes until it goes away. Yet I still enjoy seeing the bright sun. And the extraordinary feeling of God.
Back neck leg aches, extreme fatigue , overactive mind , digestive issues , cravings for sugar, urge to take deep rest and long hours sleep as it feels like I have overworked but I actually I haven't move my body . Can't connect to my friends and family members.
Ears ringing. The world seems super noisy. Love being outside. Legs ache and I dont have any desire to eat meat. So different. Friends are a challenge because it is true about not resonating with them. I'm excited about the future and they seem stuck in the same old.

I been having these symptoms and was not sure. I am glad I am finding this out. I noticed my diet has changed, no longer want meat or soda or caffeine. Also having a hard time dealing with people who are negative but I just let it go also accept what is. A lot other stuff has changed. I am grateful for finding this video. Thank you so much 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I've had most or all of the symptoms the past few years...lol...lately its been heavy legs and tingly sensations in my legs too...that's a new symptom but followed a deep transmission meditation connecting to the Divine. Trying to not judge and asking for a bit of 'ease' from my angels. Some of my colleague also experiencing heart symptoms. Pain. Pressure. Definitely there is an increase in intensity the past while. Global shifting of consciousness. Hang on for the ride!!! :)
😳 Omg these symptoms are eerily similar to a clinical disorders. I am now legit worried but I refuse to take any man-made medication that will strip me of my awareness and or self control.
A lot of people do not understand that there is a fine line between ascension and disorders. We need to have more empathy towards those having different experiences so we can support spiritual growth.
Ringing in my ears. Very emotional like crying for no reason at all. Can not be around people that I use to be around. U hear spirit speaking thru me when I talk to others now. Sound healing is helping and it is also slowly turning into a job that I can use to help heal others in return. I wonder ifbi should just focus on me first but I have a need to help. I also am going thru some physical challenges with my stomach. Lost a lot of weight. I could use some guidance on how to handle this. This video really helped me thank you.. I was experiening 90 percentage of above symptoms last 5 months. I was very anxious and fearfull whats happening to me. Now I realise God brought me into higher spiritual dimentions. Maybe that is why I have chronic pain in my neck down to my back. I am only 34. I work all night so I'm up at those times by necessity. Dreams have been vivid my entire life, though. Memory loss is a big one.
I have experienced back and neck pain. I have received numerous downloads and guidances from what can only be explained as being from my higher self. I left my job of 23 years just 7 months ago and told by my higher self to cash out my 401k and reinvest in precious metals and cryptocurrencies, which are to bring massive wealth to aid in helping others. Things seem to fit together. There is clarity on all fronts. I notice great discernment. It’s effortless. I can read people. I can tell you that I know when others lie to me. There is much joy and peace in it for me but also a bittersweet feeling that others are not ascending and are stuck in the old energies. I noticed them constantly struggle but remember that I used to as well.

I have moments where the ground suddenly feels like...I’m walking on something inflated..? Almost like vertigo..but not vertigo. Like if you were standing in a bouncy castle, and some one walked by you, you’d feel a bit of a bounce/wobble lol. Don’t know if that makes sense, or if anybody else has experienced that!

Im going through every single symptom you mentioned in this video. Each time you spoke I felt such a deep connection with every example you listed to the point of smiling tears in disbelief. But now I believe. I felt compelled to not comment on this video because I'm trying to steer away from the whole social media technology scene but how else do we get the message out in this day and age? Do the same as the cabal and utilize these resources, but for positive intentions instead of negative. People are waking up. I'm a prime example of a non believer turning full believer in much more than just UFOs in our sky. It is our destiny and our combined efforts that will allow us to live through the solar storm. No more violence no more arguing my fellow human race!

Aches and pains shoulders lumbar. I call these dreams outstanding. I wake at 0300-0330 every night. ✝️never afraid. Empath/RN. People drain my energy often. Emotions on a constant roller coaster 🎢. I feel like I don’t belong here anymore. I’m displaced. Daughter’s perfumes and strong laundry detergent make me cringe. I don’t deal with toxicity at all. I’m closer to ✝️ and pray 🙏 continually some days. My symptoms speak for themselves.
Yeah been with some of those symptoms for the past several months. It's been escalating that this month, August, the energy is so intense that I had this body ache. And the sleep pattern turns erratic , though I have this 3-4sm waking hours starting 2 years ago til now. I guess the chanellings keep we still balance 😁 and not panicky. And most of all I can still live a life in a lower vibrations. The transition is really challenging moreso I have seen and validated what's changing in me. There's still a resistance that I have to deal with. So aside, from our angels who keep us company, it's better we lightworkers /old souls could communicate with one another to support each other as we face and experience these symptoms. Namaste. I’ve been having the vivid dreams every night and waking up at around 4am and 6am... I really don’t like it as it’s mentally exhausting and I feel confused, lost and detached from reality every morning. Does anyone relate?
Yes i can relate to that! Vivid dreams as well, consciousness in those dreams, meeting my mum, and others i have known. I was tumbling through the times, meeting all kinds of souls i once was close with. Quite special, touching and inspirational.
Twitching, nausea and vertigo. But, also waking up totally elated once. I feel like I'm not operating from my intellect anymore. I met a person just a few weeks ago and I felt an instant connection. I feel incredible love for this person and am more worried about them than myself. I'm afraid I'll say something wrong, or overwhelm and cause them to be wary of me.
Yeah, wake up at 2:223:33 and 4:44 or 2:343:45 or 4:56. I deliberately stay awake and poke tongue out at these times, which I see when I look at the time only. Funny isn't it how patterns can rule us and or command our attention as the VIEWER noticing how 3 6 and 9 are numerological devices always behind these weird times and 9 is MASTER
Difficult making living when you never know how you will feel.......20 yrs active symptoms. God always provides...... But, you must live with constant uncertainty. Relying on God instead of wallet. Bryant
I’m feeling almost all of those symptoms plus the symptoms of fibromyalgia…..so I’m experiencing a double whammy. I basically rest in bed because I then don’t feeling as much pain. My third eye is opening and that’s fun. I’ve been praying for years for something like this. I didn’t know it was the Fifth Dimension. Even though it’s uncomfortable…I’m so happy that it is happening. That kind of keeps me sane. Luckily I am retired so I can rest. Hang in there guys….we are in for a wonderful ride.
I’ve had all of these including no thirst or appetite. Pain in my solar plexus area and pain under my rib. It actually got so bad i went to the hospital and they couldn’t find anything. My daughter along with myself often have soft tissue, ligament and joint pain on one side of the body. We get injuries easily in the body. I know it’s part of the process but we are ruling out any potential autoimmune disorders. We live in the north east where everyone has been bitten by ticks so tick born diseases are something we all struggle with. Not to mention the freezing and extreme weather conditions with very little sun up this way! We need some fresh air and vitamin d!! ☀️ Thank you for this video. I have been experiencing pain in my shoulder joints and low back and left hip. I also wake between 2 and 3am. Can't go back to sleep for hours. Headache from time to time and just recently have been dreaming vivid dreams. I haven't dreamt in many years...
I knew before I watched this that everything mentioned would be exactly what is happening with me. It has been going on for the last ten years, but has exponentially increased in the last six months.
It makes sense whit most of what's happening in my life right now , but letting go of whatever it is happening in your life is so hard , but is worthy of the effort you gonna have to put in to it.

Zero perception of time. I can't remember if something was 2 days or 2 weeks ago. Also, extreme brain fog. The smallest, simplest, everyday tasks seem so complicated. For example, I work in a kitchen, and when I am closing up/cleaning up at the end of the night, its like the brain fog kicks in, and it's like I don't know where to start, and suddenly just cleaning becomes so complicated and confusing as if I have never done it before. This goes for a lot of every day things, thats just one example. Obviously I get it done but still, just the underlying feeling makes day to day life draining. Can anyone relate to what I'm saying at all??? I have yet to find someone who relates, so if you do, please tell me it would help me feel alot better . And yes I have all these symptoms in the video too
Stay grounded through earthing. Eat nutrient dense foods to stabilize your energies and get enough sleep. Spend time in meditation so you'll feel connected with Source.
I have been having issues for 15+ years with chronic lower back pain and passing out. In September 2021 I got “sick” light headed waking up with a hangover feeling. Walking around the block was the equivalent of drinking a six pack. My anxiety was going through the roof. Couldn’t walk into a store without feeling like I was gonna pass out. Even had what emts considered a grandmal seizure in the doctors office. 4 months later they diagnosed me with POTS Syndrome. I’m wondering if any of you have had the same diagnosis or know of anyone going through ascension that have me diagnosed with POTS
Last two weeks i started to wake up night around 6-10 times. I feel like a have brainfog more often. And I have stopped caring about negativie problems. 🤎
Seeing humans doing amazing things for others makes me cry uncharacteristically for me. I am always alone and can not get to nature where i live right now, but have spent a lot of my past time prior in nature were i feel at one with everything. Recently had immense stomach pains and i believe my body was cleansing itself, now my stomach feels bruised. A few times with one recent hearing Morse code in my left ear for around 3-4 minutes before sleep. Hearing other rhythmic code sounds that awakened me, i understood what was happening at this time and sent thankfulness. I am an organ recipient patient unfortunately, but have been trying natural ways to cancel out some of the drugs i am taking. Its not easy, i do not want to destroy my human suit but a celestial chamber may be the way to repair the body. Everyday is a blessing and i am at peace and it is fascinating to read humans comments that understand, We are family and all ascending to 5D, Love you all ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have more energy, ups and down of emotions, memory loss. Deeper thoughts about life, truth, love etc..become more philosophical.short tempered and exhausted. I feel different wholly.
When I came across the Mayan Calender and the subject of spiritual ascension into 5D ten years ago or more I thought at the time (going through all my reiki attunements up to Karuna) this felt and sounded great!! Today, with a major acceleration of shifting energies and solar flares, I find nothing enjoyable about living life at a faster pace. If we're going to have to live a faster weeks and months I rather be out of it!!!
Nausea. Buzzing ringing ears. Headache. Waking every night about 3:30am. I’m getting stronger. I’m upholding myself. Relationship changes with family and friends. Back shoulder and legs hurt.Cannot tolerate perfumes and certain foods I had enjoyed before. A feeling of being prepared for????
I had a near death experience and from that very day- I have seen and been through every one . I let go of friends that I’ve been with for 40 years . I asked the (for lack of a better word ) from the universe for irrefutable proof that I can never argue. I don’t drink never have and never in my 57 years taken any illegal drugs. This evidence occurred within 24 hours when a tall white tunic with a golden stipe on its side floated into my daughters room on my 19th year of my NDE. I saw this at around 1111 hours on May 2nd 2007. Just the tunic so close I was on the bottom of the stairs and could actually see an Irish pen-net coming from the bottom of the steam. ( for those military out there you know what it is). The white color was not of this world with brightness so beautiful. My NDE -I was a police officer who was left for dead by the criminals. Since the NDE I’ve seen too many things and seeing this being was the last true confirmation. I hope this brings light to all that read it . And by the way my daughter was born 1/11 and now a behavioral analysis working with special needs children . There’s so much more !!! You must open yourself and believe. JB M.Ed

Lack of energy through spiritual ascension is common. Moving around a little will keep the energy flowing. Our bodies are the vessels of our spiritual selves after all.
I've had most of those things i felt weak headaches tired my stomach had small pains on the lower sides left and right I've been deeply emotional and i cried a lot
I'm feeling EVERYTHNG in this list-- EXCEPT memories of past lives.. other than I was on the bottom level of TITANIC, and that's why I hate being too close to large bodies of water.. streams etc. are fine-- but I don't like being near large rivers, oceans etc.. and I hate extreme cold.. use to walk around barefoot in snow and sleep with my windows open- but the last few years can't stand even mild cold. and EMOTIONAl-- that is an understatement.. Can'tlose friends- don't have any-- relationships- the two I have are probably not good for me in any way anyhow.. so that's where I am with this- at 65..
Thanks so much for your sharing. It sounds like you could have past life traumas and it can be cleared out with Saint Germain's violet flame. At 65, your ascension signs still point you in the direction of being a force for good. It's also pretty common to be emotional so feel those emotions, acknowledge them and let them pass. Thankfully my symptoms have been occurring over the span of several years which I believe has made them milder than if condensed down into just a few years. All the symptoms in the video are part of my experience but recently the most prevalent is the discomfort in my neck and back...upper, middle and lower. The new experience for me has been just in the last few weeks and it is the jumpy/twitchy legs when I am trying to relax into sleep. I also never have had trouble sleeping before in my life, but now awake around 3:00 am and am unable to sleep again until around 6:00 am. I feel that the heart palpitations and constant ear-ringing is yet another of these symptoms. Most symptoms can be lessened by meditating I have found.
Oh my God 2 and 3 is my big problem for last 2 years, I have never slept super good because of my kids but never bothered me, but last 2 years I have a feeling like I don't sleep at all. I stay to peek at something in second i forget what I want to do, I'm 37 I'm doing sports I try to keep myself active and healthy and I keep wondering for a long time what's wrong with me. I was very creativ, I'm not doing anything creative for a last 2 years, sometimes without no reason I feel like I am dizzy, but not really dizzy just like I am watching myself from outside (I dont know how to explain). I was afraid to carry my kids because I was afraid that I will collapse, (I never did and I was always carried my kids but I was always careful). Symptoms ? Are you serious! Oh not much. lol Laughing crying talking to plants bees birds horses dogs cats. Feeling a blissful love I had no clue existed. Archangel Gabby is all about the place. I call Her my Big Sister Archangel. I love her so much and I hope if you haven't already you connect with Your Archangel.Border line pain in the ass lol in a most wonderful way. Just do what your Angel suggests, they are relentless. I have fallen in love with a GSD puppy a 6 yr old and her momma, 40 yrs my junior. Yes, I realize Spirit knows no age but Gabby are you SERIOUS! For a relatively cool worldly guy I have become a complete Bliss Ninny. I notice babies and puppies pick up on it right away. Adults are just like I dunno it just good to hang out with you> I laugh a great deal. It is wonderful. Such a blessing. Wherever you are on your path let me say this in closing. It gets better and better and better. Each hour each minute each day. The New Testament takes on an entirely New Meaning. Like John 4:48. I can't remember my dreams,I get body pain in places, I know things intuitively, being around people anoy me, I have been in isolation for over 4 years I only go out to work and perform, I have been cutting along of relationship ties, I miss home wherever that might be, I feel uncared for by everyone near and far as if they all are telling me lies. I'm stagnant no matter how hard I try to move forward nothing seems to work out, and I've been experiencing lost of loss and delays and developing excessive mucus in my nose, throat, and lungs. I can't wait till I'm on the other side of this. I've gone through shifts before but nothing quite like this, I feel empty headed like I'm dumb all of a sudden and I feel disconnected from source yet connected at the same time. Extremely tired most days & bursting with energy other days. Purging stuff I really just don’t need, people included & it’s been brutal. Insomnia, tossing and turning body sweats, vivid dreams, sometimes can’t even remember them. Been feeling it for a few months & it’s really increased this month. Ringing in the ears & other strange noises & interference on phone calls with people. Body aches, headaches, neck, back, legs feel like lead, itchy skin. Seeing auras with vibrant colours around everything, especially in nature. Really emotional & not wanting to be around some people, & feel them sucking energy out of me & I know I won’t see some people in the future. A bit of vertigo too. I keep saying I want off this place, please, please take me home.

All that and more for me....and its been VERY bad these last 3-4 years, and been feeling it for 6-7 years......the last couple months have been debilitating in the extreme......the last week, i have left the house 1 time. I am SLAMMED, here.....just CRUSHED. Sleep 5-6 hours, up 4-5 hours, sleep 5-6 hours.....rinse/repeat
First pressure in head and ringing in ears. Colors are super bright. I'm getting my vision back. Hot flashes and sweats. Can't sleep. Have a twin flame that activated me. The emotions are so intense. Like hit straight in the chest that takes away your breath cuz you care bare to be without them. Despair and longing to be back together. We've done this many times. This is different. This is our last mission. Then we have forever ❤️

Constant ringing in ears for last month. Bad headaches and tension in neck and occipital area, (base of skull). Transient shoulder and low back niggles. Waking frequently and remembering vivid dreams. One was seeing an eagle fly overhead screeching! Intolerance to negativity, fake news, violence. More connection with animals. It feels like I know what our cat is thinking and asking!

For months now I have experienced EXTREME exhaustion, insomnia and a hyper sensitivity to the idea of violence of any kind so much so that I went through all of my movies and books and eliminated all of them that had to do with violence: murder mysteries, forensics or any disrespect to women. I've also had to eliminate all caffeine (coffee, tea and soda) from my diet as it was causing extreme anxiety.
It helps greatly to shift your diet. May you be well as you ascend to new heights!

This is now my 9th year of physical symptoms in the ascension process. There are numerous symptoms you could do another video or two about. Such as hearing dyslexia, weight gain and / or loss, skin problems, heart palpitations, dizziness, appetite changes, food cravings, insomnia, angry outbursts, sleep paralysis, intense bouts of loneliness, anxiety, panic attacks and body twitches.

Wow. Yes I am currently experiencing at least 90% of these symptoms . I am a very sensitive Cancerian empath. It can be very challanging.
I am experiencing tiredness, neck pain, itching skin, droping things like keys in my house, anxiety, isolation. I feel all alone, but I love being in nature, exercing and begining to meditate ( to relax, close my eyes through guided meditation).

I hurt so bad my skin itches and my veins are bulging and hurting too. I don’t even go outside my house unless I really have to. I’m married for a long time too and she doesn’t understand. She’s a realist and just doesn’t get it. I met my twin flame and that’s what started my Awakening. I’m so tired and in pain. Can’t wait to get through this. I also love Jesus so much. I’m so grateful for him and my Awakening.

Extreme lower back leg nerve pain, vertigo, sensitivity to sound, smell, my environment, and food. For about a year of my ascension process, I lived with a roommate, she's been my friend for several years, well, as I was ascending she was descending I guess you could say. In the beginning, we had a rule that our home was our "safe place", nobody was really allowed to come over to our house, especially not without first checking with the other person first. This sounds extreme, but she and I had both experienced domestic violence so this was an essential part of our healing and feeling of safety. October of 2020 she really started going downhill. All of sudden she was letting anybody and everybody come over, most of the time these people who were strangers to me would just walk right into our home. This was particularly difficult for me seeing that my bedroom was right next to the front door! I could feel everybody's energy and intentions, and they were not good! I tried talking to her about it, but she just didn't care. On one hand, I was bothered about how this affected me, but I was also trying to get her to understand what she was doing to herself and how much she was changing (for the worse). It was like watching a car crash in slow motion and not being able to do anything about it. December of 2020 I started to take a Reiki course and this is what REALLY changed my life. Reiki gave me the ability to clear myself of the toxic energy I was being bombarded with on a daily basis while also helping me heal my past Trauma clearing the way for my ascension process. I care very much about her, but her energy made it very difficult to be around her. I don't understand why but for some reason I have a strong energetic connection with her. For months I didn't realize that much of the difficult emotions and strange physical sensations I was feeling were actually coming from her! Our rooms were on opposite sides of a really big house, so it surprised me when I discovered I always felt it when she was having strong emotions (which was QUITE often). One day, I was outside working in the yard and all of a sudden I became REALLY angry, I had NO idea why. First of all, I don't get angry, I get anxious, I work hard to NOT feel anger (past DV issue), so for me to feel anger was when I knew these were not my emotions! That's when I realized it was from her, so I marched up the stairs and yelled at her to get herself under control because this was B***S***! For some reason, she found it comforting knowing I felt her misery. I did NOT find it comforting! So I went back outside, I love nature, and working in the yard was where I could go to immediately ground myself from everything, except at that moment apparently.
I finally got my own place with the help of my angels. I don't have a yard to play in anymore, but my anxiety is nearly 100% gone, which is HUGE for me! The past couple of weeks though I've been really fatigued, have had a lot of body aches, headaches, neck pain, and sudden bursts of tears. Thanks for listening to my ramble above, I think I needed to talk about this. I guess another symptom of ascension is not having someone to share this weirdness with.

Just being able to say the weird stuff out loud to someone who is not going to judge, condemn, or call you insane allows you to just accept and surrender to the process which makes the whole experience smoother. But I think part of the reason many of us are alone during this ascension process is so we discover our own personal truth and not be mislead by someone else's. I think the ultimate goal is the discovery not a kingdom in heaven. My sister would say that is blasphemy (and probably never speak to me again) if she heard me say that.

Anyone experiencing fatigue and opposition as if someone is pushing you down when you are trying to move forward. I feel discomfort everyday I feel as if I am fighting for my spirituality every minute of everyday. I feel so mentally tired and drained from so may dreams and no sleep. This explains everything I never even thought that this was what I was going through without even knowing it. Because I am now so in-tune with my sprituality and have been training to self-realize again I am fighting even while sleeping. I am experiencing day dreaming often so much in fact my children have to snap me back into reality.
Yes - it is common that your higher selves are fighting with your lower selves all the time. It's part and parcel of the spiritual ascension experience. Give yourself a little time and let yourself ease in to your newfound realizations. Once you get through ascension symptoms, it gets easier and easier. Sending you prayers and blessings. 🙏
I am so glad I found this information.I did not want to go to the Dr. and be put through tons of expensive tests, only to be offered more medicine and made to feel bad because I will not take their Shots.I pray that God will guide me through the process. The multi symptoms and pain are debilitating.I even went and got my burial insurance taken care of because sometimes I feel like I am dying. Thank you all.

The sun is much brighter for me. Sometimes it is so bright that I need to stay out of it because it causes visual problems and yes dizziness and confusion. I need to lie down, close my eyes until it goes away. Yet I still enjoy seeing the bright sun. And the extraordinary feeling of God.
Back neck leg aches, extreme fatigue , overactive mind , digestive issues , cravings for sugar, urge to take deep rest and long hours sleep as it feels like I have overworked but I actually I haven't move my body .

Ears ringing. The world seems super noisy. Love being outside. Legs ache and I dont have any desire to eat meat. So different. Friends are a challenge because it is true about not resonating with them. I'm excited about the future and they seem stuck in the same old.

I been having these symptoms and was not sure. I am glad I am finding this out. I noticed my diet has changed, no longer want meat or soda or caffeine. Also having a hard time dealing with people who are negative but I just let it go also accept what is. A lot other stuff has changed. I am grateful for finding this video.

I've had most or all of the symptoms the past few years...lol...lately its been heavy legs and tingly sensations in my legs too...that's a new symptom but followed a deep transmission meditation connecting to the Divine. Trying to not judge and asking for a bit of 'ease' from my angels. Some of my colleague also experiencing heart symptoms. Pain. Pressure. Definitely there is an increase in intensity the past while. 😳 Omg these symptoms are eerily similar to a clinical disorders. I am now legit worried but I refuse to take any man-made medication that will strip me of my awareness and or self control.
A lot of people do not understand that there is a fine line between ascension and disorders. We need to have more empathy towards those having different experiences so we can support spiritual growth.

Ringing in my ears. Very emotional like crying for no reason at all. Can not be around people that I use to be around. U hear spirit speaking thru me when I talk to others now. Sound healing is helping and it is also slowly turning into a job that I can use to help heal others in return. I wonder ifbi should just focus on me first but I have a need to help. I also am going thru some physical challenges with my stomach. Lost a lot of weight. I could use some guidance on how to handle this. This video really helped me thank you.. Maybe that is why I have chronic pain in my neck down to my back. I am only 34.
I work all night so I'm up at those times by necessity. Dreams have been vivid my entire life, though.
Memory loss is a big one.
I have experienced back and neck pain. I have received numerous downloads and guidances from what can only be explained as being from my higher self. I left my job of 23 years just 7 months ago and told by my higher self to cash out my 401k and reinvest in precious metals and cryptocurrencies, which are to bring massive wealth to aid in helping others.
Things seem to fit together. There is clarity on all fronts. I notice great discernment. It’s effortless. I can read people. I can tell you that I know when others lie to me. There is much joy and peace in it for me but also a bittersweet feeling that others are not ascending and are stuck in the old energies. I noticed them constantly struggle but remember that I used to as well.

I have moments where the ground suddenly feels like...I’m walking on something inflated..? Almost like vertigo..but not vertigo. Like if you were standing in a bouncy castle, and some one walked by you, you’d feel a bit of a bounce/wobble lol. Don’t know if that makes sense, or if anybody else has experienced that!

Im going through every single symptom you mentioned in this video. Each time you spoke I felt such a deep connection with every example you listed to the point of smiling tears in disbelief. But now I believe. I felt compelled to not comment on this video because I'm trying to steer away from the whole social media technology scene but how else do we get the message out in this day and age? Do the same as the cabal and utilize these resources, but for positive intentions instead of negative. People are waking up. I'm a prime example of a non believer turning full believer in much more than just UFOs in our sky. It is our destiny and our combined efforts that will allow us to live through the solar storm. Aches and pains shoulders lumbar. I call these dreams outstanding. I wake at 0300-0330 every night. ✝️never afraid. Empath/RN. People drain my energy often. Emotions on a constant roller coaster 🎢. I feel like I don’t belong here anymore. I’m displaced. Daughter’s perfumes and strong laundry detergent make me cringe. I don’t deal with toxicity at all. I’m closer to ✝️ and pray 🙏 continually some days.

Yeah been with some of those symptoms for the past several months. It's been escalating that this month, August, the energy is so intense that I had this body ache. And the sleep pattern turns erratic , though I have this 3-4sm waking hours starting 2 years ago til now. I guess the chanellings keep we still balance 😁 and not panicky. And most of all I can still live a life in a lower vibrations. The transition is really challenging moreso I have seen and validated what's changing in me. There's still a resistance that I have to deal with. So aside, from our angels who keep us company, it's better we lightworkers /old souls could communicate with one another to support each other as we face and experience these symptoms. Namaste. Twitching, nausea and vertigo. But, also waking up totally elated once. I feel like I'm not operating from my intellect anymore. I met a person just a few weeks ago and I felt an instant connection. I feel incredible love for this person and am more worried about them than myself. I'm afraid I'll say something wrong, or overwhelm and cause them to be wary of me.

I’m feeling almost all of those symptoms plus the symptoms of fibromyalgia…..so I’m experiencing a double whammy. I basically rest in bed because I then don’t feeling as much pain. My third eye is opening and that’s fun. I’ve been praying for years for something like this. I didn’t know it was the Fifth Dimension. Even though it’s uncomfortable…I’m so happy that it is happening. That kind of keeps me sane. Luckily I am retired so I can rest. Hang in there guys….we are in for a wonderful ride.
I’ve had all of these including no thirst or appetite. Pain in my solar plexus area and pain under my rib. It actually got so bad i went to the hospital and they couldn’t find anything.
My daughter along with myself often have soft tissue, ligament and joint pain on one side of the body. We get injuries easily in the body.
I know it’s part of the process but we are ruling out any potential autoimmune disorders.
We live in the north east where everyone has been bitten by ticks so tick born diseases are something we all struggle with.

I have experienced pretty much all of these, now I have begun to se things out of the corner of my eyes...my sensitivity in every sense is becoming profound.
I have been experiencing pain in my shoulder joints and low back and left hip. I also wake between 2 and 3am. Can't go back to sleep for hours. Headache from time to time and just recently have been dreaming vivid dreams. I haven't dreamt in many years...
An internal shaking and feeling like crying immediately afterwards

Zero perception of time. I can't remember if something was 2 days or 2 weeks ago. Also, extreme brain fog. The smallest, simplest, everyday tasks seem so complicated. For example, I work in a kitchen, and when I am closing up/cleaning up at the end of the night, its like the brain fog kicks in, and it's like I don't know where to start, and suddenly just cleaning becomes so complicated and confusing as if I have never done it before. This goes for a lot of every day things, thats just one example. Obviously I get it done but still, just the underlying feeling makes day to day life draining. Can anyone relate to what I'm saying at all??? I have yet to find someone who relates, so if you do, please tell me it would help me feel alot better . And yes I have all these symptoms in the video too
Stay grounded through earthing. Eat nutrient dense foods to stabilize your energies and get enough sleep. Spend time in meditation so you'll feel connected with Source.

I have been having issues for 15+ years with chronic lower back pain and passing out. In September 2021 I got “sick” light headed waking up with a hangover feeling. Walking around the block was the equivalent of drinking a six pack. My anxiety was going through the roof. Couldn’t walk into a store without feeling like I was gonna pass out. Even had what emts considered a grandmal seizure in the doctors office. 4 months later they diagnosed me with POTS Syndrome. I’m wondering if any of you have had the same diagnosis or know of anyone going through ascension that have me diagnosed with POTS

Last two weeks i started to wake up night around 6-10 times. I feel like a have brainfog more often. And I have stopped caring about negativie problems. 🤎
Feeling fatigue waking up at night and having dreams I remember and sometimes don't remember. Oh yes body pain.
Seeing humans doing amazing things for others makes me cry uncharacteristically for me. I am always alone and can not get to nature where i live right now, but have spent a lot of my past time prior in nature were i feel at one with everything. Recently had immense stomach pains and i believe my body was cleansing itself, now my stomach feels bruised. A few times with one recent hearing Morse code in my left ear for around 3-4 minutes before sleep. Hearing other rhythmic code sounds that awakened me, i understood what was happening at this time and sent thankfulness. I am an organ recipient patient unfortunately, but have been trying natural ways to cancel out some of the drugs i am taking. Its not easy, i do not want to destroy my human suit but a celestial chamber may be the way to repair the body. Everyday is a blessing and i am at peace and it is fascinating to read humans comments that understand, We are family and all ascending to 5D, Love you all ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

When I came across the Mayan Calender and the subject of spiritual ascension into 5D ten years ago or more I thought at the time (going through all my reiki attunements up to Karuna) this felt and sounded great!!
Today, with a major acceleration of shifting energies and solar flares, I find nothing enjoyable about living life at a faster pace. If we're going to have to live a faster weeks and months I rather be out of it!!!
Nausea. Buzzing ringing ears. Headache. Waking every night about 3:30am. I’m getting stronger. I’m upholding myself. Relationship changes with family and friends. Back shoulder and legs hurt.Cannot tolerate perfumes and certain foods I had enjoyed before. A feeling of being prepared for????
You'll get through it. Ascension symptoms are quite common.
I had a near death experience and from that very day- I have seen and been through every one . I let go of friends that I’ve been with for 40 years . I asked the (for lack of a better word ) from the universe for irrefutable proof that I can never argue. I don’t drink never have and never in my 57 years taken any illegal drugs. This evidence occurred within 24 hours when a tall white tunic with a golden stipe on its side floated into my daughters room on my 19th year of my NDE. I saw this at around 1111 hours on May 2nd 2007. Just the tunic so close I was on the bottom of the stairs and could actually see an Irish pen-net coming from the bottom of the steam. ( for those military out there you know what it is). The white color was not of this world with brightness so beautiful. My NDE -I was a police officer who was left for dead by the criminals. Since the NDE I’ve seen too many things and seeing this being was the last true confirmation. I hope this brings light to all that read it . And by the way my daughter was born 1/11 and now a behavioral analysis working with special needs children . There’s so much more !!! You must open yourself and believe. JB M.Ed
Blessings everyone. I've had quite a few of these symptoms. I.e waking up at 3 am along with sore back etc. One question for anyone is I ve gained weight and have not changed diet at all. I thought we were suppose to get lighter. Welcome feedback.

Lack of energy through spiritual ascension is common. Moving around a little will keep the energy flowing. Our bodies are the vessels of our spiritual selves after all.
I've had most of those things i felt weak headaches tired my stomach had small pains on the lower sides left and right I've been deeply emotional and i cried a lot

I'm feeling EVERYTHNG in this list-- EXCEPT memories of past lives.. other than I was on the bottom level of TITANIC, and that's why I hate being too close to large bodies of water.. streams etc. are fine-- but I don't like being near large rivers, oceans etc.. and I hate extreme cold.. use to walk around barefoot in snow and sleep with my windows open- but the last few years can't stand even mild cold. and EMOTIONAl-- that is an understatement.. Can'tlose friends- don't have any-- relationships- the two I have are probably not good for me in any way anyhow.. so that's where I am with this- at 65..
Thanks so much for your sharing. It sounds like you could have past life traumas and it can be cleared out with Saint Germain's violet flame. At 65, your ascension signs still point you in the direction of being a force for good. It's also pretty common to be emotional so feel those emotions, acknowledge them and let them pass. Food intolerances..sickness ..I am still healing ..I struggle to eat meat ..Aches ..wrestless some nights ..
Thankfully my symptoms have been occurring over the span of several years which I believe has made them milder than if condensed down into just a few years. All the symptoms in the video are part of my experience but recently the most prevalent is the discomfort in my neck and back...upper, middle and lower. The new experience for me has been just in the last few weeks and it is the jumpy/twitchy legs when I am trying to relax into sleep. I also never have had trouble sleeping before in my life, but now awake around 3:00 am and am unable to sleep again until around 6:00 am. I feel that the heart palpitations and constant ear-ringing is yet another of these symptoms. Most symptoms can be lessened by meditating I have found.

Oh my God 2 and 3 is my big problem for last 2 years, I have never slept super good because of my kids but never bothered me, but last 2 years I have a feeling like I don't sleep at all. I stay to peek at something in second i forget what I want to do, I'm 37 I'm doing sports I try to keep myself active and healthy and I keep wondering for a long time what's wrong with me. I was very creativ, I'm not doing anything creative for a last 2 years, sometimes without no reason I feel like I am dizzy, but not really dizzy just like I am watching myself from outside (I dont know how to explain). I was afraid to carry my kids because I was afraid that I will collapse, (I never did and I was always carried my kids but I was always careful). I'm sorry for long comment but I am glad that I finally can say that to anyone who understands 🤗

Symptoms ? Are you serious! Oh not much. lol Laughing crying talking to plants bees birds horses dogs cats. Feeling a blissful love I had no clue existed. Archangel Gabby is all about the place. I can't remember my dreams,I get body pain in places, I know things intuitively, being around people anoy me, I have been in isolation for over 4 years I only go out to work and perform, I have been cutting along of relationship ties, I miss home wherever that might be, I feel uncared for by everyone near and far as if they all are telling me lies. I'm stagnant no matter how hard I try to move forward nothing seems to work out, and I've been experiencing lost of loss and delays and developing excessive mucus in my nose, throat, and lungs.
I can't wait till I'm on the other side of this. I've gone through shifts before but nothing quite like this, I feel empty headed like I'm dumb all of a sudden and I feel disconnected from source yet connected at the same time.
