- As more individuals are having spiritual awakenings, the term ascension has become more relevant and popular. So today I will be explaining what Ascension means and at the end of this video I will share the esoteric meaning of light in the ascension process.

This would be more along the lines of the BioPhysicial/Electro-energetic psychological, "issues" which is what needs to be addressed first and foremost.. (due to subjective reality, free will & what many are believing as "objective reality", because THEY themselves have come to "accept" the way they have manipulated "self", in order to "fit in/be-a-part-of" something, ANY thing.. at #ThisPointInHumanHistory2022, is bluntly obvious & absurd.)
My apologies, as a "parent" in my own childhood, SHOWED / PROVED to me- [in hindsight, I comprehend/innerstand the "why" behind this NOW] but this "allowed me" to become "materialistically detatched", from belongings, putting "labels" on others-
(..of which, I- being the 'other fractal' OF that 'human'..) should have NEVER done to begun with..
However, this has allowed me the availability of time, energy, effort, to focus on my own inner creativity-
starting from childhood-
Someone ASS-umed, that they COULD- "buy my love, attention, affection, time, energy, etc"..
...as a, "Parent".

Yes please on the "physical ascension" video...thank you very much. 3 yrs 4 months of eye opening freedom and I'm 55 yrs old and for the first time I've had someone consistently present information that is broken down to simplicity so this old fart can understand exactly what you're talking about. I would like to hear about the changes in the physical body. :)
I feel my momentum into ascension increase by the moment. Every energy I feel I go within immediately, be with it, embrace it and Pure Love it baby. Im 3 tics up and 1 tic down. I have been passing through the storm now for the past 3 years of inner work, getting closer to the eye and feeling more powerful, god conscious (my power only used for good!). All DNA strands online and active - fully immersed with all the Ds. I am fully synched to every conscious cell in my body. My heart and Minds are in coherence. My reality reflects the Unconditional Love I have for myself and Every soul I meet on the street. They know me as gringo here in Colombia - even the man who sniffs glue I greet and Hug knows only the Love I have for him. I am you, you are Me - togethers we rise - no man left behind . I love you X (edit as this point) I feel resonance with every word you speak dear - i am talking to myself! Its no coincidence that this beautiful vid landed at the top of my Y.T feed. Thank you!! Sarah resonates in/on a high level and coherent frequency. In turn when/if we feel such resonance, then that is a golden key to correctly absorbing and understanding. She IS a high level and older soul, in my eyes! Worthy of respectful viewing as a MUST!

I've exposed myself to a wide variety of information and been fully immersed in looking for understanding regarding what has been so far for me an incredibly painful and confusing experience .

When you brought up the fear and how it's normal, giving it love, and all that.. I couldn't help but start to cry. I believe I've been ascending slowly over the last couple years. This was accelerated after meeting who may be my "twin flame" (I've grown doubtful and fearful of that particular concept, currently facing that fear). Things got so intense and so terrifying. I've been alternating between sitting with it, facing it, and giving it love to completely retreating, coocooning, and wanting nothing more than to turn it all off and run away. However, I notice that whenever I do that, I'm not filled to the brim with that pure sense of love and connection. I lose touch with it, and it's replaced with this all consuming emptiness and despair, loneliness. I've been a stranger to loneliness for a long time. I knew instinctively I never was nor have been alone. Still, when I run from that fear, that's the result. When I face it, I'm just.. Sobbing. It makes me feel weak and pathetic, but I know that's not the truth. In a way, it's strength.
I know what's being asked of me. I'm being asked to fully heal, to let go of my attachments and bad habits, anything that hurts my body and mind, to develop a better lifestyle. I've been resisting that process, reluctant to give up on certain things even though I know they don't serve me and only hurt me, exhaust me, and bring me down. I know it's because it's familiar to me and that familiar things, even if ultimately detrimental to us in nature, will act as a type of pacifier during this process. I'm aware of it, but I do nothing about it sometimes, and then I beat myself up which sends me further into my shell. I know it's not helpful. I know I'm contracting, and lately? It's been more often. I used to be expanding more often, but.. After meeting him and coming face to face with so much, with how intense everything became.. I just stopped. I paralyzed myself. My pattern flipped on its head.
I'll still be blessed with epiphanies; my guides giving me insight and advice. The most recent one, which I believe came from Metatron (I feel closely connected to Metatron tbh), was, "Loving yourself is equal to having faith." Learning to love yourself begins with you as you know you, your persona and ego. Your past, your faults, your appearance and things like that. But the word "yourself" as I know and understand it now isn't merely what's attached to my name. So, in a way, learning to truly love yourself is equal to learning to have faith, to learn to love and accept what you truly are in wholeness. My guides have been working with me hand in hand, and they became especially clear upon my meeting that man (not in a worship way btw, equal ground). I dislike my urge to turn away from them and everything.
Like.. God, it's so fucking beautiful, you know? I know what awaits me at the end is all I've ever dreamed of and more. I know it is, and I know my life and state of being would vastly improve.
It's just.. God, it's so fucking intense and terrifying. It brings me to tears at times, freaks me out, and makes me feel like I'm burning up or being ripped to shreds from the inside out. I've been so damn scared.
But I think I'm ready to tackle it with awareness and love again. Bit by bit.

You mentioned a child being unable to tap into your ascension.
I was 5 years old when I recognized that an enormous Oak tree behind my school was the higher being.
I talked to him in a bad thunder storm. I screamed at him " why have you not been able to see the abuse? " I have never forgotten that.
Each year after that my situation improved. When I was 10 I became free and have had a wonderful life and I know I am related to all of you.
Expand and contract...I always felt like it was something like that. Never had the right words for it, thank you!

I've been having some experiences recently that have tested my attachment to my physical form. It's hard for me to truly let go and give into the experience and I'm scared everytime I attempt to do so but I'm getting more comfortable with it on each attempt. Wow. This video is a HUGE synchronicity for me. My favorite book is Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robins, and yesterday I literally drew a feather on my wrist with the word "erleichda!", a fictional word from the book that means " lighten up!". I drew it because in my ascension process I have come to realize my need to feel lighter of heart and I am thinking of getting a tattoo to help me remember. I can feel the affirmation from the universe through your words, thanks you!

I personally resonate much more to this form of free flowing monologue, than the other videos that are more of a reading a written essay to the camera type of format. Both are useful, but this feels way more engaging.
Please expand your teaching. I have been “healing and rising” a year now. I became very sick last summer. I lost all fat and considerate muscle mass. 41#.
Today I am small. Even my feet are reduced to size 5 from 7. I’m very peaceful and sense God and the Universe in my presence at all times. Nothing bothers me now. Except the world’s turmoil momentarily. I exude love and peace. ✝️ Love and light.

An evil fear filled face popped up in my meditation last week and freaked me out releasing those emotions....instead of opening my eyes and ending it, I stayed with it and said I felt sorry for him being in a sad state of being and sent him love....extreme emotional reversal then. Super aligned with what you say...love your stuff.
