Bilateral hip prosthesis with large periprosthetic fluid collections around both hip prosthesis on the right this measures 8.5 cmx 6.7 cm x This extends into the right iliopsoas bursa. There are large periprosthetic fluid collections bilaterally extending into the iliopsoas bursa with extensive adjacent soft tissue necrosis and loculated fluid collections with synovial thickening with complex adverse local reaction with hypersensitivity metal products findings compatible with metallosis.
