Sinding Larsen Johansson Syndrome

There is evidence of patellar tendinitis proximally from its site of origin from the patella with edema within the anterior proximal aspect of the Hoffa's fat pad. There is fragmentation of the inferior patellar pole findings compatible with Sinding Larsen Johansson syndrome.
