@4:20 not sure if this is what you're talking about, but the issue of one side of the spacebar ticking or squeaking I found is actually the rubber bumpers on top contacting with the keycap. Problem drove me crazy for so long, then on a whim I cut a sticky label I had lying around and just put it on top of the rubber, and boom. Instant silence. A more permanent solution might be to sand away the part of the spacebar ribbing that's directly above the rubber pads, hell or maybe just lube the pads lol. Haven't tried it. Other than that, I've found 95% of all stabilizer noise comes from having imbalanced wires.
Damn that must have been frustrating as hell trying to debug that! If i'm understanding correctly it seems that either the spacebar or the stabilizer plunger or both had some sort of tolerance issue with them not properly engaging each other. I found that adding extra 206g2 to the void where the first two 90 degree bends sit is the best solution for fixing the issue I was runnig into on a semi-regular basis.
Is there a reason you use 206 g2? I was wondering if I could use dielectric grease or Xht bdz and get a similar result (what I have used for my mx boards)
Bdz is thicker so it should work as long as you apply a lot. If I could downpack bdz into a syringe I would probably switch to it, but I'd be extremely worried about getting the lube into the area where the stabs slide up and down as to not affect the key feel, mainly on the 2u stabs.
As for dielectric grease, you should never use that in conjunction with standard topre domes. The silicone in grease is absorbed by the domes and they become deformed.

@@Ross-wi9vt no, avoid dielectric grease completely. The domes under the stabs will deform around the edges
