Ah, the joy of good, well-made tools. This thing looks really solid. Can’t wait to see the final table with it in place. 😎👍

Dang, the price! Even in the US. I may be upgrading my router table in the near future.
Adding a router table to the wing of my table saw was the best addition to my little shop. It may seem redundant to have a second tool that can do many of the things you can do on a table saw, but having the option is invaluable. The two tools may do the same thing but they do it differently and that's what makes having the option so great.

Thank you! That’s what I’m finding too. Especially in a small space, anything that reduces the friction in starting a project - or making a cut in the best way - is a worthwhile addition. Also, the fun of making the tool or jig in the first place.

I hope they make one for a full sized router. Great review, thanks.

Im totally confused when it comes to router lifts. I wondered if most of these lifts are designed for the 1/4 sized routers, i got a half inch that I'd love to get a lift for

Thanks for your video! Could you say me the dimensions of the router table ? There's no information on banggoods site. And the diameter of the hole ?(Without bags). Thanks a lot !

    Will the dewalt dcw600 fit

It's a stoater! Clyde-built. That's about what I paid for a router plate alone for the Triton router that also puts the lift socket under the fence.

I suspect it’ll grace more than one iteration of my router table in future!

I have been looking at getting one of these lifts but I'm not sure off what motor will fit. What have you used yourself

This is a manual lift with a crank handle to raise and lower! That’s enough for me, but it’d be a fascinating project to see if it can be adapted for motorised use.

The lift is designed for palm routers only and is supplied in either 65mm or 69mm diameter. I know the 69mm fits the Dewalt palm router, because that's what I use, and the 65mm is suitable for the Makita palm router.

@@michaelbehan4021Does anybody know if they make one for a full size 3-1/4hp Makita?

did you ever think about discussing how to install a trim router into the lift other than the ritual of opening a box and explaining what's inside. I mean, that's the purpose of purchasing the lift in the first place, right? Not a single UA-cam video comes close to explaining router installation...except for the one in Italian. And my Italian is lacking.
