Wow that this is solid. I’m afraid of the cost? I know cement cisterns are mandatory down there, but can’t be cheap

Was this type of wall at an extra cost? Would it have been cheaper to make from concrete block? I'm curious, because we have a 6' high build up of caliche to level our lot, and a step wall is needed.
Yes it would have been but we did it this way because it will be part of the front boundary wall sometime in the future and my wife likes the look.
