No wild land all landscaped. 5 minutes to several of our best beaches. Quiet safe area too. We live about a mile down the same road. Just say the full lengths that’s posted on the material you start telling people the actually exact size and it’s going to confuse them considering it’s taking in account for the joint most people won’t know that and it might confuse them when you tell them one size and they read another lol some people will overthink it but you so great work keep it going
