Well...I am from Andalucía. This recipe looks amazing but I wouldn't say it's the traditional gazpacho. We never add spices or herbs and we wouldn't use that bread. Also it should be more liquid, you need to add water. It is for drinking in a glass. When it's thick you call it Salmorejo and the recipe would be slightly different. Onion can be added but most people do not use it but a clove of garlic.
Person by person. I have made it with and without bread. I don't add onion and certainly not a great idea before milling the soup. I have also had it where the tomato broth is slightly cooked down and cooled prior to making the soup.
Made gazpacho two weeks in a row. Different recipes. I love this stuff! After the first go…I planted the chunk of bell pepper seeds into a spare pot. Second week was seeds from heirloom tomatoes. Both pots are growing. Next batch will use Anaheim peppers. All batches use a mixture of regular basil and Thai basil. I will add coriander to the next batch. And see the results ❤

Varun my man. You got the oil part wrong. After you purée the veggies you are supposed to drizzle virgin olive oil like how you make mayonnaise. You need to emulsify . A good 250 ml or more goes into the blender. Also they use sherry vinegar and not white wine or balsamic and the coriander leaves is a big no no. Also adding bread to the soup makes it SALMOREJO. In Andalucia many people use stale bread for salmorejo. Gazpacho is tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, garlic, sherry vinegar, salt, pepper and virgin olive oil. Not extra virgin nor olive oil

Strawberry ice cream 10. Dark fantasy milkshake 11. Snickers milkshake 12. Chocolate brownie 13. Sizzling brownie 14. Fruit salad 15. Churros with Chocolate sauce 16. Ragi malt 17. Onion paratha 18. Aloo paratha 19. Dhokla with pudina chutney 20. Paneer paratha 21. Was it your intention to cook hospital food? Forget abt sugar, the Spanish will be after you for making such a dull Gazpacho. There are so many things that you can do with a Gazpacho, never is my life will i cook such a dull Gazpacho. Are you a chef or a homecook trying out new recipes?
