Try this Tomato soup rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and E. It is very good for heart patients. In this recipe chef, Sanjeev Kapoor has added carrots to make it more healthy. @@kabirsingh1331 my mom passed away few years before my marriage, she taught me cooking well. Since I got married in to a different state and I don’t know how to cook their food. before even my mother in law had chance to teach me we have move somewhere. no smart phone days, no internet recipe days, calling anyone to learn recipes is out of question, phone calls were very expensive those days. Yes, I learned a lot from that show. That was almost 25 years ago! You stay happy healthy too.

We add a little cream or milk to make it a creamy tomato soup here in the U.S and we make a little thicker not as watery,the cream or milk helps with that. To thin for me we have grilled cheese or pimento cheese sandwiches and crackers,some even have peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches with it don't knock it till ya tried it

I have tried this recipe multiple times. Every time a hit.

I made the soup it was excellent. I made tomato chutney for dosais with the strained sediment. Turned out equally tasty. You should season it afresh with mustard seeds, urad Dal,curry leaves after adding Turmeric chilli powder and salt to taste. Zero wastage.
