      Yes that can be done,

      When u add tomato in tadka(before adding bhindi)let it dry completely till oil comes out...and don’t cover it while cooking.....if it is burning from the bottom just add some oil....hope it will help...🙂

    • @mandipkaur3774
      @mandipkaur3774 5 років тому

      cook bhindi in mustard oil (make it hot before adding defrosted bhindi) I would suggest that you only use bhindi and nothing else like tomatoes or onions. Cook it in a wok over high heat and add dry masalas at the end. Avoid covering the utensil while cooking.

    Can we not Blend the material.. Rather than Filtering the material ??

    • @sushmitamajumdar3650
      @sushmitamajumdar3650 6 років тому +2

      diksha chaturvedi I guess that's because blending it will give it a thick and uneven consistency.
      But nevertheless when at home we like to blend it to avoid the wastage. :)

    • @ishanbhadra
      @ishanbhadra 6 років тому +4

      See if you blend it then the spices too would be converted to fine particles and would give a very sharp taste of spices. If you mash it for around 10min then the veggies to pass through the mesh and would give the soup it’s required body.

    • @deepalijoshi2264
      @deepalijoshi2264 6 років тому

      I think blending will ruin the taste as he has added whole spices, especially badi elaichi.
