- So I guess my Guitar buying days are still around. I find these guitars that I really like I want to try and some of them I keep some of them I sell. But ever since I purchased the last guitar, which was an Ibanez classical guitar, I have been looking at this Tim Henson signature model for a couple of reasons… First and foremost it has the electronics on it that the other guitars that are priced $200 less do not have. And of course, the aesthetic features which would be the tree of death inlay on the walnut fretboard. This literally is a really cool looking guitar and sounds good just about with any amp I would imagine and definitely sounds great in my line 6 spider V 120 modeling amp.

have you checked out classical dragon by Marcin featuring Tim Henson? Tim uses that guitar in that song and it's his most recent piece with the TOD10N. Enjoyed the preview of the guitar hope to get it soon.
@@BryceCarter-eh9hv Tim Henson is a very new artist for me and I’ve not yet delved deeper into his music. I have a pubic playlist here that I’ve saved a few videos with him in them. He is most definitely one of a kind imho. I’m definitely going to check out classical dragon for sure. Thx for letting me know about this.
The neck is so pretty. Does your son play too would be fun to listen to a jam session with you two.

Not sure I've ever told you this story Brian, I used to deliver 9UPS) to a company fantastic guy Larry S. owner of Pearl Works, this man was one of the most down to earth humbled smart men that I ever met, if you could see the work that they did on the frets PRS, Martin. One of his guitars was a inlaid floral vine inlaid with gemstones beautiful, that was a couple decades ago. Another guitar that you can see (Santana) is gold eagle in flight to its landing, real gold I remember making deliveries and seeing the equipment covered in plastic to catch any gold shavings, he would collect them then send them to be smelted back down for use. Many stories one I will take with me for sure was a personal one on one story of his story and his father questioning his carrier choice, unfortunately his father passed before he saw Larrys accomplishment's. Like his father Larry passed many years ago to early as his father did.
@@SleeperBBQ wow. Too cool Lance. It is amazing what people can do with the artwork on a guitar, including the fretboard. Most often times those are more expensive. One could say that I have champagne taste on a beer budget!

@@gharv1313 hey Gorge I really hate this heat that we are having in Oklahoma! It’s not as bad as it could be but it’s still sucks. Thank goodness I have air conditioner that works so far! This guitar seem to be pretty well built for that price point. I just had to adjust the truss rod, which was no big deal and so far it’s doing fine. the first song I recorded was under 60 seconds so I just made a short out of it for UA-cam. Appreciate you always supporting and commenting!! 🍻

@@hikingoutdoorfamily hey I appreciate you stopping in! Yes, this guitar sounds pretty good. You really have to have it plugged in though to get any kind of real sound out of it. But that’s OK. It’s very comfortable so far to play and it looks pretty darn good as well!
I really do love the inlay on that. It's very pretty. It sounds like a nice guitar too. I do think it's funny that you are still buying guitars. But it's hard to pass up on something you really enjoy collecting. And in your case actually use. I don't really know much about guitars or would even really know what to look for, but it's interesting to hear you talk about these and what you kind of like and/or look for in an instrument. And while I may not know what to look for, I can definitely hear what sounds good. I think this one sounds pretty good. That one bit of music you played gave me a Marty Robbins vibe. You should play one of his songs with it sometime. Thanks for sharing all the info on the guitar.

I’ve been trying to sell off some of these guitars that I don’t play very much but then I picked one up the other day that we put on marketplace and been playing it for two days and have been telling my wife that I might not sell it. Of course, she just rolls her eyes! 🤣 hey there’s a channel you really need to check out @flatpickingNM Darrell definitely has a Marty Robbins vibe and at times sounds just like him! He does some of his covers and original music as well. He is one of Kevin‘s Man Kitchen Recipes cousins. I’ll have to think about how to incorporate something he has done with what I do.
