So many 60's and 70's songs had sitar solos. One of my favorites is BJ Thomas "Hooked On A Feeling", and one of the most used in commercials is Pat Metheny's "Last Train Home". In concert he plays an old Silvertone electric sitar. That's one of the few guitars I've never owned, but now, you've inspired me to look for one. That one looks like it's not as much of a maintenance nightmare as the old ones.

Thanks for your time. Instantly made a donation to songbirds young children need music. My high school by the time we came around had threw em in a messy dusty pile in the corner of the gym balcony and without my mother enrolling me in the summer program to clean the school to reduce the tuition cost I would of never seen how music programs in school were done away with. Music is very important, and instruments were always my own personal Mr. Miyagi. With that said an early introduction in a teaching environment is necessary. Peace.

You’re playing in the same room I played in at Carters Vintage Guitars! There was a Gibson Dove that I played there that was the most beautiful sounding guitar I ever played.

That Landau guitar is made in North Carolina. Could be the best deal in the store, top top top. I'd go back and grab it.

I went to Nashville for my bachelor party last year, my main priority of that trip was to check out Carter Vintage Guitars, and I was glad I did. Very cool shop!

There is no way I would EVER buy an electric sitar, but I hope you enjoy yours for a very, very long time!
