I love the episodes where Clair does not have a breakdown. It looked like Clair had so much fun making the ice cream for all her friends in the BA test kitchen. Also the chemistry between everyone in made this episode the best so far.
I think there's equal parts satisfaction seeing her breeze through an episode or struggling through an episode. What makes the show so great is that it doesn't matter which kind of episode you get - you end up feeling satisfied by the end result regardless.
I agree. It makes me nervous when she is stressed out in her videos. Jelly Belly episode was hard for me to enjoy because I could see how stressed she was. I want Clair to know that she is awesome and her fans wants her to enjoy what she does

I don't think the show's concept was very well executed to start. The idea was to improve upon popular snacks, but they kept choosing finicky things that need industrial equipment. I agree that they should focus more on things that can actually be improved by high quality ingredients

I love that this is a gourmet version of B&J! It's finally going back to the show's roots. I rather see foods improved than watch poor Claire suffer to try and make something exactly like the original.

i remember when i was super young my local grocery store accidentally ordered all chunky monkey, like they tried to restock every single flavour but instead got an absolutely insane amount of chunky monkey, so they put them on a crazy sale at cost to get rid of that mistake. My mom saw how cheap it was and bought a ludicrous amount of it, so all i ate for one summer was chunky monkey and it was great
