ICC Sydney - ISPRM World Congress Sydney 2024 I BESydney

We are thrilled to have hosted the 18th World Congress of the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) for their very first time in Australia!
Over 1,500 delegates gathered at this landmark at ICC Sydney, with an impressive 65% of delegates flying in from overseas, contributing A$7 million to our local economy.
As a global authority in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM), ISPRM collaborates closely with the World Health Organization (WHO) and serves as a pivotal umbrella organisation for PRM physicians that plays a crucial role in advancing international research, enhancing professional education, and fostering scientific progress.
Commenting on ICC Sydney as the venue of choice, ISPRM Congress President John Olver said, "When we looked at the size of our meeting, and the diversity of activities that are going on within our meeting, ICC Sydney offered a variety of environments. It's in a lovely area of Darling Harbour, ideally located as well with restaurants and its proximity to the city (…) is really spectacular."
