I believe that you will always be connected to that person and will be reunited ,thats for sure 💖 Like gods word states ,our connection will be alot different with our spouses .we will recognise each other in heaven . There is pure bliss and joy in heaven with god . Like when we greive we are told to keep the faith strong in god and keep strong.

I think in heaven we'll be so engrossed in the wonder of Jesus and very aware of God's intense love and glory. I think its more than even what we can feel here
Genuine question. When I hear Christians speak on how in Heaven our one and ONLY focus and desire is the lord, doesnt that mean our loved ones are truly dead? I lost my partner. I miss her dearly and will be waiting to reunite with her in heaven. While your words sound great, it also sounds like shes truly dead forever to me since we wont be having any desires to be together. This is the main thing ive been struggling in my faith. Maybe im just not understanding right.
There must be marriage in heaven. Jesus is looking for a bride himself when he returns. So there must be marriage. Why would jesus be married and no-one else?

We won't be in heaven for ever. There will be a new earth and God will be on earth in the new Jerusalem.
