    I started a split focusing on 2 muscle groups but i thought about mainly focusing on compound exercises to better save time. Thx for sharing this info!

    Hi Eric can a beginner follow these workouts, would it be too much weight or reps at the beginning? I wouldn't want to not be able to move the next day lol. Been there, done that not fun.haha

    Im glad you mentioned the less reps heavier weight so many fucking peopl dont understand that. They think more reps equals better period and dont get what you just said you mike mathews and handful of others are the only ones ive herd that sctually kniw this i know this wasnt the point of the video but thank you cause i got sick of people acting like i dont know what im talking about saying stupid shit like ill pnly build strength in 4-6 reps im like how the hel do you think your getting stronger good video sorry for the rant lol
