Im wondering because I play soccer and I don’t wanna be more slower, looking to have functional muscle
You do know the neural adaption you mentioned gies away within like the first 4 months f lifting right? There not that different 😂 they go hand in hand i like you but dint make it more complicated than it has to be

wouldn't an accurate volume mesure be weight * reps * sets per muscle group?
Hey eric I have a question. Does it matter if i do Bulgarian split squats with one or two dumbbells? I’ve been using one.
Usually two allows you to lift heavier & have more balance :)
