- Jodi shows you Option 39, the Trumpet block. Now you can drop these in the corners of a quilt or block to spice up your quilt. They are easy and can be done in any size.
REMEMBER, WE USE JUST ONE TOOL for all of the Options - it is the Original Square in a Square ruler - bit.ly/r8ruler
For all of the "charts for Option 39" you will need the Diamonds by the Square Reference book - bit.ly/DiamondOptions
Want ALL the OPTIONS and the Original Ruler - bit.ly/rulerkit2

I’ve bought sooo many different rulers. Now learning your method I don’t need any of them and so much easier and Faster. Thank you.
I really like the trumpet border! I'm always looking to do something fun with borders. If you have any more ideas for borders a video would be great! I really like your fabric with the wording, too. Thanks for your great videos!
Hello Cindy, all of the Options can be used for borders. I made Borders by the Square book over 10 years ago and it is of course out of print. I started an update to that book a year ago but it has not had much action lately. If you have the two Reference books you can make the Options in any size; if you need help on making a border prior to a newer book coming out, let me know and I can help. Thanks for watching! We are just starting a Premium Club Membership Block of the Month this week - of course, you can join at anytime. Details on www.Facebook.com/squareinasquare OR web is www.squareinasquare.com
Thanks....I just found the border book on eBay and purchased it.
Your strip method reminded me of Kaye! ❤ 😢
Would like to see a video on the trumpet block border😊
You can do a border with the Option 39 trumpet block but we've not done that as a class. It is common to use in the corners of borders. Send me an email if you need help jodi@squareinasquare.com
