I did not know about breaking the beak! I just made a border of 320 flying geese (1.5 x 3") for a king size quilt, too!!!! Next time I'll know! Good videos.

Yes, we talk about pressing in detail in most of our video sessions. As I have said many times, I have seen more quilt blocks ruined with the iron over most any other way. Professional pressing techniques are vital to great quilt piecing.

Thank you! This is very helpful! I need to make a 12" finished block on point square in a square with flying geese going out from all 4 sides & half square triangle for the rest. Where can I get this ruler? I also love the pressing tips. Great videos!!
