Im not sure if you've posted this but thoracic outlet syndrome next please! I have this weird thing where my shoulder and shoulder blade bone would bump into each other at certain angles. I'm assuming its thoracic outlet syndrome because I can't find anything else that makes sense.

Hey Dr. I was wondering if you could do me a huge favor and take a look at an x-ray of my spine and give me your opinion on the potential cause? I would send you an email or message on any social media platform? Please just take a quick look and give me an opinion. Your care and knowledge is masterclass and my local chiropractor seems to just be out for my money and not trying to help me.

Hi, I’m too old, stiff and overweight to get onto the floor and I wonder if it’s possible to get these stretches, but not on the floor… standing, sitting or in bed?

    • @Enoch940

Surface should be more solid then a bed. Standing or sitting won't work as weight part of healing. Place ropes from a tree and create something to wrap arround shoulders to help with movement and getting up. No easy way out . Do not hang yourself by accident.

I got a question for you! I I was using a diving board and landed on my head on sand not to hard but I noticed the next day my neck was sore it’s only on one side doesn’t hurt unless I turn my head the opposite direction from the side that’s sore. I can hear a small cracking noise which does have any pain but it’s been 7 weeks and has gotten less sore but just won’t go away. What may this be? When I stand up straight and turn my head and put my arms out straight to the side and turn my hands in opposite directions it relieves it temporarily do you think if I keep doing this it’ll fix the problem?
