I do not represent JW. In Isaiah day Jesus did not acquire Mighty God, Eternal Father and the others. Notice carefully (WILL BE CALL, Witch mean future). (1) He will be call which mean future (Mighty God, not almightily God) (2) He will be call which mean future (eternal father) when the mightily God father human at resurrection to eternal life. (3) There are many mighty gods but one almighty God. Mighty and almighty are Gods differ in power. (Use a dictionary. (4)What does Immanuel mean? God is with us. Jesus is a God John 1:1 two Gods mentioned there. Satan is a god, 2 Corinthians 4:4 Exodus 4: 16 and 7:1 Mose was a God. (4)What does Immanuel mean? God is with us which mean the mightily god will be with us. It can also mean the almightily is with us by mean of the mightily God. Matthew 17:5 He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son,[a] with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.” Luke 1:35 Before Jesus' birth, the angel Gabriel tells Mary that her child will be called the Son of God. In Matthew 3:13-17, Jesus goes to John the Baptist at the Jordan River to be baptized. John initially resists, but Jesus insists that his baptism is meant to fulfill all righteousness. After Jesus is baptized, he emerges from the water and sees the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting upon him. A voice from heaven then says, "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased".
I have to say, although I haven't been a jehovahs witness for twenty years now, I can still say that most are like this, even in their private lives. Of course there are exceptions, but generally a nice bunch of people! Just sad that they are misguided by their leaders.
Durbin can get very condescending when things don't go his way. He'll come out with sexist names and labels, particularly of women when they don't believe what he teaches. Sad, because he seems a really nice guy on the outside.
The Greatest Man in history is Jesus. He had no servants, yet they called Him Master. He had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. He had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today, He had no wife, yet He's the Bridegroom, I love you Jesus with all my heart, mind, strength and soul..
This is a beautiful and humble conversation. No confrontation. No arguing. It is two men sharing their beliefs in a very civil and kind manner. What an example for others. Amazingly respectful discussion.

We must seek truth through Scripture and prayers and not that of men. Through scripture many infer that Jesus is God and God is Jesus however, they NEVER stated such. That’s what God says to study to show YOURSELVES approved, otherwise we will believe anything. Yah is the Father, He has His Holly Spirit and the Son Yeshua. Same as a King hands His authority over to his son, the prince. Yeshua/ Jesus is Lord and Master but never started that he was God. Who spoke from Heaven when he was baptized by John. Was he being a ventriloquist? No, see although the Apologetics gentleman is very knowledgeable, he is preaching a doctrine of man.
I don't agree with you. I've had conversations with Mormans and they always try to convince you you're wrong. They are civil, but they work very hard at proving their RELIGION is right and all other people are going to hell. A man of the TRUE god like pastor isn't trying to tell this guy he's wrong. The Morman Bible has added "scripture" and they call it God's word. They added it. Revelation says if any man adds to the Word of God, He will ad unto him the plagues of the earth. So....
oriasj it is a shame that Christians can’t share the true gospel with these cults. We have to study who Jesus is . If you download on youtube The real Jesus and listen carefully then this will be a great help to all true Christians. We need to be like Jeff and be able to share the real Jesus. When God brings people to your door then you need to be able to share the true Jesus. JohnBee Jeff is an apostate. He’s filming because he’s seeking fame. He wants followers and be praised. But what he teaches people are nothing but lies. He’s the clear example of Satan making things “appear” as truth when they are not. The Bible does not support the trinity doctrine. This teachings derives from ancient Babylon where they worshipped triads of trinities. But the Bible is firm in what it teaches about one God.
your argument is flawed... whosoever regardeth a day let him regard it unto the Lord. daniel hartness in this video there is no verbal condemnation but the belief of Calvinism is that this Jehovah’s Witness no matter how good a man he is will not be saved and is doomed to hell... that is what Calvinism believes... so sad- Calvinism is not Christlike love
@@kylebraby2357 Do you understand the basis of the Christian faith? Regardless of how “good” (None is good but the Father in Heaven) this man is it doesnt change the fact we have sin unaccounted for. This is not based on a certain belief like Calvinism but a fact of life in light of Gods Law that is just & holy. To deny Christs divinity is to deny His worthy sacrifice to atone for our sin, it is to deny Christs own words that He & the Father are one, that when you look upon Jesus you look upon the Father, that He is the visible image of the invisible God. Jesus stated multiple times taht if you reject Him you in turn reject the Father, when the Pharisees rebuked Jesus in the name of God Jesus said if they knew God the Father they would know Him but they didnt, same with Jehovahs witness, same with Muslims. I see the same verses used from each to discredit Jesus’ divinity deducing Him to be seen as just man, but then how can He be our redeemer if He has sin like the rest of us? Their faith is filled with contradiction stemmed from a misunderstanding of the being of God & the necessity of the payment of sin, the just retribution according to Gods Law.

@@thymendeelstra8858 The Jews have always taught that Holy Spirit is God's active force and not a person belonging to a Tri( for the Latin 3 ) nity. They view the Trinity as Polytheistic and pinpoint, it to the Roman Emperor Constantine 325AD, who wanted to unify his Empire. This was after the Romans slaughtered the early Christians in the Roman arenas, when the oppressives wolves entered in among them. ( Acts 20: 9 )
The JW dont have the truth. They are demonstrably false teachers and prophets and this is easily illustrated one by one. On the false prophet side, their record is published and such false prophecies are in print. There are 150 year of false predictions and flip flopping doctrines. To submit that they have a brotherhood is also a demonstrable falsehood. They have elites and strata that belie that claim. Elders on down to rank and file unbaptized publishers. Its structured like the soviet system. Top down authoritarianism is in no way equal to the relationship among brothers/sisters. Try writing a letter critical about an elder and sending it to the ones who appointed him at JW headquarters. You will see soon enough who is in charge and what the price is to be paid one brother talking to another. As to the idea the holy spirit is not a person. One argument used by JW is the holy spirit was poured out at pentecost....a person cant be poured out. Yet they dont make the same argument about Jesus who is said to have been emptied out his heavenly vessel to become flesh Phi 2:7. Paul also used the analogy of a drink offering and that he would soon be poured out like one. Phi 2:17 and 1 Tim 4:6
Who is The One who glorified and resurrected Jesus? ACTS 3:13 The God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob, the God of our forefathers, has glorified his Servant, Jesus, whom you handed over and disowned before Pilate, even though he had decided to release him. 14 Yes, you disowned that holy and righteous one, and you asked for a man who was a murderer to be given to you, 15 whereas you killed the Chief Agent of life. But God RAISED HIM UP from the dead, of which fact we are witnesses.
Who is the God and Father of Jesus? JOHN 20:17 Jesus said to her: “Stop clinging to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.’
@@felipemartinez-qs5sh John 2: 19Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21But he spake of the temple of his body. 22When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said He could have easily said his father would raise him up and there would have been no murmuring or seeking to kill him. But rather the text is plain and is no contradiction to your verses, while the opposite is not the case. Since you are possibly well schooled by the false prophets at Watch Tower can you explain these 2 things. In John Jesus clearly says to his disciples that they can not have eternal life unless they drink his blood and eat his flesh. Yet at annual memorial of JW, millions who profess to follow Jesus are intimidated by false leaders to not partake of the symbols of his flesh and blood at what amounts to be a black mass. Next in 1 Cor 15 what sorts of beliefs does the context surrounding vs 33 show is the “bad association” for Christians to avoid? Its often used by JW to keep young witnesses from joining sports teams and others from getting good jobs. Paul isnt dealing with corporal issues, but rather beliefs that JW hold that was subverting his teachings to the contrary about resurrection....go read it I dare you. Lastly a 3rd for desert. When approached by Jews who had heard of his miracles, they ask him to perform a “sign” for them and they would believe. You know what Jesus said to them if you are familiar with scripture or a JW (pun intended)...he called them a wicked and adulterous generation “that keeps seeking a sign”....so then what does that say about Jesus if 2000 years later when he “invisibly returns” and selects as his one and only “true followers” a group of people who only believe on him due to the appearance of so called “sign seeking” that his return in power is imminent. How does that make sense? And yet you know in your heart that if the Watchtower removed their emphasis on world events as signaling his “coming” most witnesses would beg off in a heart beat. Not all, but most. Now aside from making Jesus a hypocrite what does that belief say about the motive of most JWs?
@@lukehumphrey7517 sorry Luke for your experience. I am not apologizing on behalf of another human being, but how we perceive the world in different parts of the world even at same grocery shop will never be the same. He asks where the Bible says that Jesus would resurrect Himself. John 10:17-18, "For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.” "I have authority to take it up again!"
@LSmoove 79 You're right about God giving Jesus the power. I'd like to make a distinction here. I think we should be careful not to pit the Son rising by His own authority against the Father raising Him by His power. As the Word of God, who does not lie, Scripture cannot contradict itself. Therefore, it seems to me that John 10:17-18, Acts 5:30, Acts 10:38-40, and Ephesians 1:20 all affirm that while Christ had the authority to rise, the power came from God working in Him His great might. The Son having the authority and the Father supplying Him the power are not contrary ideas. Resurrection power to counteract death in His body clearly comes from the Father. But the Son has authority because He, as God, is perfectly righteous and holy. The wages of sin is death, but He had no sin, so it was impossible for death to hold Him (Acts 2:24). His holiness and His righteousness make Him worthy of life because He is the Author of Life, and only sinners deserve death.
What of Acts 2:32. "God resurrected this Jesus". Verse 24. "God resurrected him by releasing him from the pnags of death". And many more.. There is lots to believe that Trinity is actually a mystery not directly supported in the Bible no matter how much meaning you read into some statements.
@@A-Academy-1 And there are lots that support the Trinity. God referred to himself many times in plural pronouns. And in Hebrews 1:8 Jesus is referred to as God. 1 John 5:20 also calls the Son God. 1 Corinthians 3:16 refers to the Spirit as God so does Acts 5:3-4. What this shows is subordination. The Holy Spirit is subordinate to Jesus and God. And Jesus is subordinate to God. Take for example a manager and an employee. The employee is subordinate to the manager but does that mean you’re suddenly not human because you are subordinate? It’s the same with the Trinity. They all have different roles but are still God. Of course it doesn’t make sense to us, as we are human. We will never be able to explain God so we will try to come up with what we can explain. However, the scripture does teach that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are God.
You know the Father is still the only true God. And God knows your struggle in that organization, but I wish you the best. I am a Biblical Unitarian and there are many former JW'S who turn to isolation. But there is a group in the U.S.
Henry Santiago you should look at what kind of man athanasius was. He came up with, or enforced the "the son is of the same essance of the Father". If you search, many scholars, although there are very few who will admit this, will tell you that Athanasius abused, tortured, kidnapped his opponents in Alexandrite Egypt. Now you may say, "yes, but that was in the past. We do not hurt people now". But you believe in a violent man's creed. All christians are forced to believe in this, if a church ever even mentions this. You need to see what does Jesus say. John 20:31 says that the accounts of Jesus' miracles was so"that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God. Amazing. Is the writer forgetting that his account was also written so that we may believe that Jesus is God, God the son? The sputter never mentioned jesus as God. The intention is different. It's the son of God the writer wrote. All of John was written to prove to all that Jesus is the son of God. Not God the son.
So are you saying you are okay with a man like Athanasius? A man who tortured and kidnapped his opponents and came up with this doctrine of Jesus being in the "Same essence"? I would really like to know your take on Athanasius. He is the one whose creed every church member, pastor, minister, future pastor must bow down to. Do you bow down to the doctrine of what Athanasius put foreword?

Snappy Girls Good scripture but no trinity necessary. We must believe Jesus is the Son of the Living God. The Bible never requires us to believe in a triplex God for salvation.
@ H T. II Your ridiculous, if Christ is not the Eternal God then His atonement is insufficient for our sins, our sins are against an Eternal God and a "created being" is not sufficient to cover them, just as a spotless lamb was never fully sufficient to cover the sins of Israel. Also, you cannot explain the characteristics of God if there is only the Father before all things created, you cannot be loving by yourself, you cannot be social by yourself, you cannot be caring by yourself. Give me a break the Bible and God's characteristics fall apart without the doctrine of the Trinity.
H T. II: I read the article from your link. My comment for you is the following: If you cannot say, “Jesus is precious to me,” I do not care to what Church you belong, or what creed you are ready to die for, you do not know the truth of God unless the person of Christ is dear to you.

Otherwise, how could God exalt Jesus to a superior position?

The Hebrew term 'EI' meaning "Mighty one, strong one."(Genesis 14:18)It is used with reference to Jehovah, to other gods, and to men. Some places 'EI' appear with the definate article (ha-'EI' , literally, "the God") with reference to Jehovah, thereby distinguishing him from other gods. - Genesis 46:3; 2 Samuel 22:31. At Isaiah 9:6 Jesus Christ is prophetically called 'EI Gib-bohr', "Mighty God" (not 'EI Shad-Dai [God Almighty], which is applied to Jehovah at Genesis 17:1). The title God is assigned to others also, but we do not say Moses or Paul is God. Where Moses was also called God: Exodus 4:16 He will speak for you to the people, and he will be your spokesman, and you will serve as God to him. No one is saying Moses is God. Where Paul is called a God: Acts 28:3-6;But when Paul collected a bundle of sticks and laid it on the fire, a viper came out... 6 But they were expecting him to swell up or suddenly to drop dead. After they waited for a long time and saw that nothing bad happened to him, they changed their mind and began saying he was a god. No one is saying Paul is God? Even Satan is referred to as God: 2 Corinthians 4:4... God of the system of things.. Surely no one will say Satan is god. Facts to think about: God Almighty can't die 1.Jesus died and was raised 3 days after. For 3 days the universe was without God? 1 Corinthians 15: 3. For among the first things I handed on to you was what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; 4 and that he was buried, yes, that he was raised up on the third day according to the Scriptures. 2.People can't see God,yet they saw Jesus meaning Jesus is not God; John 1:18 ; No man has seen God.. 3. If Jesus is God, he is suppose to know what God knows. Jesus does not know when the end will come: Matthew 24 : 36“Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.(Jehovah God) 4.Jesus was Created first by Jehovah God in heaven ; Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. Like people will say this is my first born son... Meaning he was "created" first. 5.Jesus himself said it is Jehovah your God you must worship : Matthew 4:10 - Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’” Jehovah's Witnesses has placed God's name in its rightful place where it was taken out. You will see a very important name was taken out at : Pslams 84:18 ;May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah,You alone are the Most High over all the earth. Some translation will replace the name Jehovah with Lord, which is not a name its a title like Doctor, Teacher.. Even the our father prayer Jesus himself said in Matthew 6:9-10 Our Father in the heavens, let YOUR Name be sanctified. 10 let YOUR KINGDOM come. Let YOUR WILL TAKE PLACE. Here Jeus is saying let Jehovah's will take place. Please read through the 4 gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and you will see clearly that Jesus always prayed to God when he performed miracles and always gave praise to the God in Heavens Jehovah. In the Bible there is overwhelming evidence that Jehovah is the only Almighty God. Some translations has just taken God's name Jehovah out to fit Church beliefs. You can actually use JW’s bibles contradictions against them. For example in Judges chp 6 vs 13-16 in their bible it says “The Angel of Jehovah appeared to Gideon” then in vs 14 it says “Jehovah turned to Gideon” Obviously Jehovah didn’t send himself as an angel if he then carried a convo with Gideon. John 6:46 clearly says no man has seen the father. Yet Abraham, Moses, Gideon, Manoah and his wife, Joshua have all SEEN God!! It’s obvious the OT Jehovah and Jesus are the same.
Anonymous534 Philip said " show us the Father that might satisfy us." Jesus said " have I been with you this long and still you have not known me Phillip? He that has seen me has seen the Father. so how can you say show us the Father?"
Anonymous534, I know the NWT is translated in a biased mannor (as are a few other versions) but after reading the scriptures you mention in a few different versions (NRSV, NOG, and the Netbible), I do not see a contridiction. Each place where "LORD" is used, the Hebrew uses יהוה, which is in English YHVH, and in the case of the NWT, they use "Jehovah". The Netbible states in verse 14 "Then the Lord himself turned to him and said" So actually it says that God himself spoke to Gideon directly. The Netbible's not/comment on this is: "32 sn Some interpreters equate the Lord and the messenger in this story, but they are more likely distinct. In vv. 22-23 the Lord and Gideon continue to carry on a conversation after the messenger has vanished (v. 21)."
Jake Rojas *Judges ****6:14* Jehovah faced him and said: “Go with the strength you have, and you will save Israel out of Midʹi·an’s hand. Is it not I who send you? If this was just an angel, why did it say “Jehovah faced him and said” Unless you twist this scripture to fit your belief you can clearly see “Jehovah” was present and “he turned to face” Gideon. In ZERO Bible translations does it say “Jehovah’s angel” turned to face him.
Would it not be wrong to worship Jesus, the Lamb of God, if he was not God? In Revelation, it was done without a rebuke. Why did Jesus not rebuke Thomas after the resurrection, when he called him "My God"? Who's name do you call upon for salvation or in time of trouble?
That depends on what is intended by the act of worship. ie, many people today believe that the act worship is specific only to God. Whereas the Bible shows that this isn't the case at all, as we find people worshiping; Kings, angels and men as well as God. And so it's quite obvious that the act of worship throughout Bible history, was not the worship given to the one true God. With that being said, the reason Jesus did not rebuke Thomas following his resurrection was because the statement implied both Jesus(as Lord) and His God(the Father). Just as the lesson given to him by Jesus stated. As for the angels in heaven, here again, the account shows that they worship Jesus as their King, though at no point is this confounded with the worship due to God who is at His side - as that would be idolatry at best. PS. It was quite common for people to worship Jesus who was a man on earth without controversy - though it remains that there is logical way to conclude that they worship Jesus as God when He was made lower than the angels.

Note, giving praise to person is not the same as worshiping them and we must never worship anything created by God or man. Rev 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. 14 And the four beasts said, Amen. James? Don't you mean Thomas, Larry? Jesus didn't rebuke him because he knew Thomas wasn't calling him God almighty. Read John 20:17. There Jesus tells Mary he has a God and Father. The same God and Father as Mary and the apostles.

But why does Jesus rebuke those who accused him of saying he was God in John 10:31-36? If he was God, straight up, why didn't he just agree with the accusation instead of call it a blasphemy and enlighten what he meant by Son of God?
Jeff handled that very delicately. I love it. I notice Jehovah's Witnesses will act very knowledgeable until you begin to go into the Greek text. At that point they just tell you they don't get into all that. I really like it how Jeff customizes his approach instead of sounding like a robot and saying the same thing over and over. Well done and Praise God!!
The important thing is to understand that we're evangelising to an individual. If we only debate against their theology/ideology, we fall into a trap of speaking at them, or speaking past them. If someone is just repeating themselves like a broken record, and not does personalise their evangelism based on who they're speaking to, it indicates that they may not even understand their own theology/ideology and are just blindly indoctrinated.
The words ego eimi formed a phrase that was in very common use by first century Christians and Jews and in New Testament scriptures. It was certainly not understood (by Jews or Christians) as declaring one's Godhood!Notice, for example, how the former blind man (John 9:9) actually identifies himself by saying "ego eimi," but none of the other Jews present, even for a moment, understood him to be claiming to be Jehovah! Looking at the context, the correct phrasing of this sentence should be "I was" instead of "I am" when used after the word "before." Also in verse 57, the question to which Jesus was replying had to do with age, not identity. During the exchange with the Jews leading up to John 8:58, nowhere does Jesus claim to be Almighty God.We know that even his disciples didn't believe Jesus was God simply because he said ego eimi, for he identified himself to them at John 6:20 by saying ego eimi (usually rendered into English as "It is I"), and their reaction was certainly not that of those who had come into the presence of God!So the meaning of that sentence is " "I existed before Abraham was born."AS PLENTY of Bible translations say John 1:1 does not say Jesus is the Almighty God. The Bible does not teach that there is only ONE God but that there is only ONE MOST HIGH God,who mst be worshipped.Jesus is god,Satan is god, angels are gods. READ PSALMS 82. "I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High." (PSalms 82:6) So,the subject is not who is God and who is not. The matter is who is to be worshipped and who is not. And the Bible says that the ONLY ONE who is to be worshipped is the FATHER.
You have misunderstood the scriptures because you obviously do not know the ancient greek language John 20:28 = The context of John 20:24, 25, and 29 shows that Thomas refused to believe that Jesus had been resurrected from the dead. Jesus’ statements before and after Thomas’ exclamation (“my Lord and my God!”) show not only that Jesus wanted Thomas to believe that he had been resurrected to life but that he could not possibly be God.John himself has made it manifestly clear that “no one has ever seen God” - 1 John 4:12. Even if Thomas called Jesus as God,the Bible cannot be contraddicted to that- every being above human nature is god. Mathew 2:11,14:33 =The original greek verb is προσκυνέω which means do obeisance by falling down- it does not mean worship. The verb worship is λατρευω a completely different verb.Abraham did the same to the angels,Lot did the same- it doesn't mean they worshipped them So Revelation 22:7-9 does not contradict the idea that only the Father is to be worshipped. The verb προσκυνέω and λατρεύω are completely different Remember what Jesus said ? "‘Worship *the Lord your God* and serve Him only" (Mat 4:10) Just an advice- try to understand the ORIGINAL greek words and do not base on the KJV - only the greek language is the inspired language of the New Testament
Jeff say that in Colossians 1:15 "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature" That the greek word for first born is prōtotokos and it means "preeminent one over all things" and if that is the case than the word prōtotokos should only be used of Jesus. But that is not the case in Hebrews 11:28 "Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them." The trinity is a lie, God the Father is one and Jesus is the son of the Father.
It’s funny that they believe Jesus was literally the firstborn of the dead but not of creation. Jesus life was granted by his God and Father. That is what Jesus said.
JWs call "jehovah" a "misspelled & mispronounced" name for God, they even call it a "blunder". "Yahweh . .. is admittedly superior to Jehovah. *'The wrong spelling Jehovah* occurs since about 1100' and then it offers its arguments in favor of Yahweh as the correct and original pronunciation." - Let Your Name Be Sanctified, Jehovah's Witnesses, p 16-20 AID TO BIBLE UNDERSTANDING 1971 Watchtower and Bible Tract Society p884-885 - literature elaborates as to its Catholic origin in 1270: By combining the vowel signs of 'Adho.nay and 'Elo.him' with the four consonants of the Tetragrammaton the pronunciations Yeho.wah' and Yehowih' were formed. The first of these provided the basis for the Latinized form "Jehova(h)." The first recorded use of this form dates from the thirteenth century C.E. Raymundus Martini, a Spanish monk of the Dominican Order, used it in his book Pugeo Fidei of the year 1270. *Hebrew scholars generally favor "Yahweh" as the most likely pronunciation.* "jehovah" = misspelled, mispronounced name for God! A false name. The only way to get rid of a false name for God is to quit using it. They have admitted that the use of the name Jehovah was a "blunder." See JWs own Byington Bible in Living English, published by WBTS (1971ish), page 7, on your WT Library CD (this is in the intro so is conveniently been left off the JW dot Org website). (thanks Lee) *"As to the Old Testament name of God, certainly the spelling and pronunciation "Jehovah" were originally a blunder."* God wants his name to be known as a "blunder'? Seriously? Jeremiah Tassinari this is merely Jesus stating he was alive before Abraham, even before the world was created. Read Hebrews 1. Answer me this. If the Father and the Son are one and they are equal upon the Sons return to Heaven, that is, Jesus Christ’s return, how is it in this scripture, the Son subjects himself to the One, the Father? Also, the Father subjected all things to the Son, but when He says “all things” this doesn’t include the Father. How can one be subjected to the other if they are both God? How can one be subjected to the other, if they are equal? 1 Corinthians 15: 25 For he (Jesus) must rule as king until God has put all enemies under his feet. 26 And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. 27 For God “subjected all things under his feet.” But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that this does not include the One (God, the Father) who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to the Father, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.
Broadcast HEAVENLY care to explain my line of questioning above? How about this. The Bible States God is immortal Definition of immortal: living forever; NEVER dying or decaying 1 Timothy 6:15 He is the King of those who rule as kings and Lord of those who rule as lords, 16 the one alone having immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal might. Amen Habakkuk 1:12 Are you not from everlasting, O Jehovah?O my God, my Holy One, you do not die. You are essentially calling God a liar if you say He came down and died for our sins. You are saying God isn’t immortal. The Bible doesn’t say God can only be immoral while in heaven and when he came down in human form then he can die. The Bible says God is immortal, period. Now if you are saying God IS immortal and Jesus is God, you would be calling Jesus a liar and saying there was no resurrection nor did Jesus die for our sins. Wow.

@@alexbakerloo1979 John 1.1 edifies the words spoken in Psalm 33.6-9; _6By Yahweh's word, the heavens were made; all their army by the breath of his mouth... ...9For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm._ - Psalm 33.6-9 With that said, the Hebrew word for "word" in this particular passage(דָבָר) is defined as; a literal word or commandment. Such as when someone says; "you have my word," or "I received word" With that said, here are a few examples of this convention being used in the Bible; *_Yahweh appeared_*_ again in Shiloh; for Yahweh revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by _*_the word of Yahweh._* - 1 Sam 3.21 _After these things _*_the word of Yahweh came to Abram in a vision,_*_ saying, "Don't be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward."_ - Gen 15.1 _so shall _*_my word_*_ be that goes forth out of my mouth: _*_it_*_ shall not return to me void, but _*_it_*_ shall accomplish that which I please, and _*_it_*_ shall prosper in the thing I sent _*_it_*_ to do._ - Isaiah 55.11 In the above cited passages, the word of God is both literal as in a literal word, as well as personified in a person. This is convention is established throughout the Old Testament as humans and angels stand and speak for God - and more importantly, who do so possessing the authority of God Himself The problem with the trinitarian view however, is that it leads people to overlook the use of the word and its purpose in the fulfillment of God's will. ie, when John speaks of the word becoming flesh, the Bible evidence tells us that this was Gods commandment. Coupling this with the title of the word attributed to Jesus in Revelation, and we have all that's required to come to a proper understanding of God's will being done in creation. That is to say; that the tasks carried through Jesus Christ were done with the authority of God Himself. That is why Jesus told His accusers that though the Son can do nothing of Himself, that His works were those of the Father and that they(we) shall honor the Son as we honor the Father. That is to say, that Jesus' word is God's word, and that His works are God's works(see) In continuing on the matter of oversights, the trinitarian interpretation of John 1.1 also leads to misappropriating the source of all things that is YHWH; _Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, and he who formed you from the womb: "I am Yahweh, who makes all things; who _*_alone_*_ stretches out the heavens; who spreads out the earth _*_by myself;_* - Isaiah 44.24 In the above passage, we find YHWH is doing all things "alone" and "by Himself" That is to say, that though the word itself is equal to God, that the word is not literally God, as-in, God Himself - as YHWH is identified as its source. This is why Isaiah 55.11 identifies the word of God as a a thing ("it"), which leaves God and is due back to Him - that is to say, all things are due to the most High God alone. Now I know from experience that the trinitarian response to this is to cite one God rather than three persons. Which is a play on words and definition, as many trinitarians(including Jeff Durben) will appeal to passages such as Gen 1.26, stating the plurality of God as proof for the trinity. Only to turn and cite the opposite in an effort to reconcile with YHWH doing all things along and by Himself. However, and since the wording found in this Isaiah 44.24 is both inescapable and binding, the only recourse for the trinitarians is to appeal to a fourth entity. That is to say that the One God who is doing all things alone and by Himself must therefore be separate from the persons of the triune God otherwise known as; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit - which is highly problematic to say the least. With that being said, let's consider John 1.1 using the information provided in the above cited passages for comparison; In the beginning was the word - commandment and the word was with the God - personified and the word was God - possessing the authority of God Himself Now in the even that you caught the admission of "the" in the (b) portion of the above cited passage, I'd add that this is how the Greek text was written; τὸν Θεόν = ton Theon = the God Needless to say, the consequences derived from trinitarian interpretation of John 1,1 are numerous to say the least. From overlooking the use the word(word) of God, to ignoring its intended meaning and that which is attributed to YHWH alone and by Himself - and all in an effort to realize that which id neither taught nor practiced anywhere in the Bible by anyone. - hope this helps
I didn't follow the thrust of your Isaiah argument. We believe in One God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). And this one God alone is the Creator as revealed in various places. I didn't understand your argument at all about θεον
@@alexbakerloo1979 *RE:* I didn't follow the thrust of your Isaiah argument. *A.* The gist of the argument is that the word of God, which belongs to God. represents God ie, when God commissions His word to do as He commanded, then the work in question was God's will being done. This is why the word of God is identified as God. It has dual meaning, in that it is is God's commandment as well as His will being done. This is why, the prophets of old stood and spoke the word of God, and why people feel dead at there feet for going against God's voice. Similarly, and along these same lines, this is why Jesus explained that we are to honor the Son as we honor the Father - His works are God's works. *RE:* We believe in One God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) *A.* That is correct, therefore, the one God you speak of, cannot be doing all thing "alone" and "by Himself" as that is a contradictory statement. ie, you cannot have co-equality between those persons called God, and a God who is doing all things "alone" and "by Himself" without ending-up with a 4'th entity *RE:* I didn't understand your argument at all about θεον *A.* John 1.1 b) states that the word was with "the God" τὸν Θεόν - which was written for the sake of transparency with the original text.
John 14:28 You heard that I said to you, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I am.
All of your comment does not mean that he is the God almighty. I quite agreed with you that Jehovah God has given him a position higher than any other angel in the heaven but the Bible book of 1 Corinthian 15 :24 - 28 says that "Next, the end, when he (JESUS) hands over the Kingdom to his God and Father (JEHOVAH), when he has brought to nothing all government and all authority and power. 25 For he must rule as king until God (JEHOVAH) has put all enemies under his feet.a 26 And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. 27 For God “subjected all things under his feet.” But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’d it is evident that this does not include the One (JEHOVAH) who subjected all things to him (JESUS). 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him(JESUS), then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone." So Bible still maintains the fact that there is God Jehovah, higher in the Heavens above Jesus Christ who raised Jesus from the dead, and HE is the one that does all thing. Please do not put our HEAVEN FATHER JEHOVAH under Jesus christ our lord. IT is something God does not share with any being.
Quite simply all of Gods will has become yes through Christ. It doesn't make them equal in any way.Jesus was the fulfilment of prophecy.Never did Jesus say he was equal to God only that he existed in heaven before he was on the earth.

Neo Dore a good starting point for me was Dr. James Whites 100 verse memorization system. You can google it, it is on alpha and omega ministries. I have started taking scripture memorization more seriously for the past 6 months now, and I have about 80 verses memorized so far. Once you become familiar with apologetics, and continue to read scripture daily, you will start to learn what verses will come in handy for defending the faith, motivation, encouraging others, bringing people to Christ, ect. Anyways, for scripture memorization I have a small 3x5 notebook that I write about 5 verses in at a time. From there, i work on each of them throughout the week; finding time to recite them 5 times in a row without error, then writing them down until i can go 3-5 times without mistakes. Once you exercise that part of your brain, memorization becomes easier, and memorizing things in general (especially numbers) becomes easier too. Takes practice, but the fruits will come. Godspeed 👊🏽
No one wants to c their loved ones die including the witnesses. But at some point in our lives we will be faced with a choice that tests out loyalty to god or to our own self interests or that if our loved ones… Please consider the example of the prophet Daniel… he was told something simple, stop praying to your god for just one month or you will die…. He could have reasoned: “I’m no good to god if I die, I’ll just pray in my head… I’ll just do it in the middle of the night so that I don’t run the risk of getting caught…” but no, that would show Daniel was willing to compromise his integrity in order to save his own life…. So instead he continued praying his regular three times a day in front of an open window for everyone to see. In the end his loyalty was rewarded…. The Bible mentions a prohibition on taking blood in genesis when he allowed humans to eat animals in Noah’s day, he repeated the prohibition thousands of years later in Moses’ day, and he repeated it again thousands of years later during the time of the apostles…. They actually repeated 3 times for emphasis at acts 15:20, 29 and 21:25 So knowing that god specifically asked you not to put foreign blood in your body… why loose your integrity to him by disobeying a command that was obviously so important to him that he had it recorded in the Bible time and time again for thousands of years? I realize that some might think that this is just a prohibition against “eating” blood… but if an alcoholic was told don’t “drink” alcohol or you will die, will he get any different results if he reasoned: “if I can’t drink it, I’m gonna inject it…” ? Also, When a patient undergoes a stomach type surgery and is unable to digest food normally sometimes doctors will nourish his body through injections… So putting blood in your body through the mouth or an injection is really the same thing… Things to consider, only Jesus blood can save … scripture to consider as well: Luke 17:33 Jesus said those who seek to save their lives (by disobeying the word of god) will in the end lose it…. And those who happen to lose their lives (while keeping their integrity to gods commands) will end up gaining everlasting life….
@@juancarlosjuarez3365 There’s no reason to say transfusions… modern day transfusions are “modern day” they weren’t available back then and people wouldn’t have know about them for several hundreds of years later so it would be weird to mention them if people wouldn’t understand what was meant as an injection or transfusion of blood…. But that’s where principles come in … if a doctor said don’t drink alcohol or else you’d die, would the outcome be any different if you injected it into your body? So if god says don’t “eat” blood, will it make a difference if you inject it? Principles …

Currently, there’s groups of people who consider themselves modern day vampires and they gather in groups where some will volunteer their blood to be drained into cups which are then passed around amongst the “vampires” so that they can drink that fresh blood…. Physically speaking, nothing happens to them the continue to survive… but they are in direct violation against the blood prohibition. There’s many dishes around the world that are made with blood and spices… like moronga or blood sausages… and people eat that blood with no physical harm to their bodies… So no there’s no difference if you eat or drink blood…. There is more potential harm in injecting blood though. There’s compatibility issues and there’s health concerns as well if the donor has a sickness or virus… many people have died or gotten severely sick because of blood transfusions which is why doctors are now starting to lean towards bloodless procedures… Jesus taught his disciples to live based on principles more than a strict adherence to a set of rules… principles are what’s is to be considered especially in modern days because we r dealing with different things that people back then didn’t…. Principles tell you don’t do cocaine even though there’s no mention of cocaine in the Bible… principles tel you not to watch porn on a computer even though the Bible never mentions computers… principles tell you to avoid “transfusion” even though the may word never appears in The Bible… Scriptures to consider would be Leviticus 17:14 which said the life of EVERY sorry of creature (humans included ) is in the blood. Ezekiel 18:4 all lives belong to god… therefore all blood belongs to god… If the blood belongs to god and he asked you to pour it in the floor rather than consuming it…. Do u think he’s be ok with you finding a loophole by injecting it? The principles would tell us no, it’s not ok..

Yet another great example of how we as christians should approach people of other beliefs as well as unbelievers. As Ravi likes to say we are not so much answer the ‘questions’ we are answering the ‘person’. Treat people with respect while standing firmly on our God-centered foundation. If God has given us the truth AND WE CAN ARTICULATE IT IN AN INTELLIGENT FASHION then there is no reason to attack, disrespect, etc. This is why I think it is so important to educate ourselves in apologetics, learning how to defend the truth of God and Christianity. The church today is DESPERATELY in need of learning apologetics, among other things of course. This is why kids are leaving the faith in droves once they leave their home and the church and go off to the secular university, they were never taught how to defend what they believe. Having a “child-like faith” is biblical, but having a “childish faith” is not only unbiblical but foolish and will leave you empty-handed when you enter into the battlefield of ideas. We live in a world where people obviously do not believe what we believe, so for example when talking to an atheist using the Bible will not be an effective tool - depending on the topic - precisely b/c they do not believe God has spoken. With that being said it is important to meet then at their level. If science, logic and reason are the supposed pillars of what most atheists ground their atheism on then science, logic and reason is what I will use to show them the contrary is true. We are to renew our minds. We are to grow spiritually and in knowledge, if we do not we are sitting ducks.
PhDinTheology Yeshua wow. How dare you unless just so uneducated to tell me what my God is if I don't believe in your Santa Claus. Even I know better then to speak so harsh of ye neighbor.... Burn your Bible you Poser. You have been warned from reading this. You're Blasphemy.
I was an atheist for the majority of my life. The key to fighting any world view hostile to Christianity is to learn the common rhetoric and line of arguments they use. Having had so much experience with atheistic arguments, I have no issue debating them. Everything they say, I already said in the past and everything they believe, I once believed and found it wanting. Compare this to Jehovah’s Witnesses. I would come out with little argument against them since I’ve had so little experience with JW’s and their rhetoric. Therefor you must learn your opponents ways before you get into a debate with them. The *most* important thing however is to remember to sanctify Christ in your heart before every debate. Remember not to go in solely for the sake of “winning” or to inflate your own sense of pride and intellectualism. This is arrogance and something was guilty of when I was an atheist who argued with Christians. You argue to represent Christ on earth. Do not lose your temper or stoop to childish tactics but instead - glorify God.
@PhDinTheology “Yeshua “He never tried to reason with logic or facts or beliefs” That’s not only complete nonsense, it’s unbiblical. Jesus convicted through the heart and mind. We are fearfully and wonderfully made with a *mind* for a reason. 2 Corinthians 10:5 “We *DESTROY* *ARGUMENTS* and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of god, and TAKE EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE to obey Christ,” Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.” 1 Peter 3:15 “But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to MAKE A DEFENSE to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,” 2 Timothy 4:1-22 "I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry…” 1 Peter 2:15 “For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.” Acts 17 1:34 “Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews. And Paul went in, as was his custom, and on three Sabbath days he *REASONED* *WITH* *THEM* *FROM* *THE* *SCRIPTURES*, explaining and proving that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead, and saying, “This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you, is the Christ.” And some of them were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a great many of the devout Greeks and not a few of the leading women. But the Jews were jealous, and taking some wicked men of the rabble, they formed a mob, set the city in an uproar, and attacked the house of Jason, seeking to bring them out to the crowd.”
I am still not getting any answers. If the trinity is true, why did Jesus call his disciples *"brothers"* and then *"say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.'"* *PLEASE EXPLAIN.*
The reason why my frnd is because the terminology Jesus the Father is a man made term tht appears NOWHERE in Scripture. Furthermore, the actual Trinity doctrine of Jesus, Almighty God (YHWH, Yahweh, Jehovah), and the Holy Spirit it's actually not only a doctrine tht was never taught in the true early century congregation of Christianity, thts spoken of in the New Testament, but also the reason ths was is BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF did not teach ths to his followers. Tlk to one of JW's to get the truth, not an agenda tht had been passed down they the centuries when paganism, apostasy, and falsehood infiltrated the congregation. But the real truth NEVER died, Jehovah saw to tht. So ask questions and continue thirsting and searching for knowledge, and while u do tht, start having a discussion w/one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Why. Cause they will lead u to the truth. Trust me on ths. But dnt take my word, see for urself. The official website is jw.org. It'll evn show u how to contact and have a study w/one. Also google kingdom hall and it'll hook u up w/a kingdom hall in ur area and u can cll the # for more info. Spoiler alert b4 I go, for UNDENIABLE PROOF tht the Trinity is in fact, in actuality a false, pagan doctrine, it actually admits it if u get sold of a Catholic Bible encyclopedia, probably in a city library maybe. Religious error - In the latter part of the first century, Christians were warned about a coming apostasy. The apostle Paul prophesied at Acts 20:29, 30, "For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock...speaking perverse things..." At 1 Cor. 1:10 he encouraged Christians to remain united. But just as he warned, after the first century religious 'wolves' promoted false teachings among Christians, distorting what was handed down by the apostles. The result is what we observe today in various denominations: pagan beliefs such as the 'immortal soul' and 'burning hell'; demonstrably pagan 'Christian' holidays; and the disunity among nominal Christian religions. I respectfully submit that such is not the case with Jehovah's Witnesses.
If Jesus is Jehovah, as you say, then who is Jesus' GOD in heaven? At whose right hand is He seated? Needless to say, we don't have to look very hard to see the folly in such reasoning - the Bible tells us that YHWH sent forth His word and that His word obeyed Him...
@@smalltimer4370 You don’t need much reasoning to demonstrate that Jesus is Jehovah. *Yahweh* _“Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. Jehovah’s witnesses assume that God only has one name and that name has no meaning other than the personal name of God. One of God’s name is I Am, because He just is.

Luke 1:35
Before Jesus' birth, the angel Gabriel tells Mary that her child will be called the Son of God.

He could have easily said his father would raise him up and there would have been no murmuring or seeking to kill him.

He asks where the Bible says that Jesus would resurrect Himself. John 10:17-18, "For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
"I have authority to take it up again!"

The meaning of John 10:18
www.bibleref.com/John/10/John-10-18.html
I was raised JW and by God's grace I have been saved through faith in Jesus Christ alone!
Jesus + nothing = everything!
xmarxdspot glory be to our risen Lord Jesus Christ.
God bless you, my brother through Christ.

It's too bad all those scriptures he is so easily quoting were forged by Emperor Titus Flavius in order to subjugate the rebellious Jews to Rome. ua-cam.com/video/HS0WSEuousE/v-deo.html
Jesus is just a fabrication used by Titus and Flavius Josephus to trick the Jews into Emperor worship since they refused to worship him directly.

I noticed that Bible memory verse is very crucial.

H T. II:
Is Jesus then a true god or a false god?
H T. II:
Oh I see. So would you consider yourself a monotheist?
H T. II:
I read the article from your link. My comment for you is the following:
If you cannot say, “Jesus is precious to me,” I do not care to what Church you belong, or what creed you are ready to die for, you do not know the truth of God unless the person of Christ is dear to you.
Mr. Cedric here is a nice and respectable man. I appreciate his candor and honesty.

And God is the God of the living, and Satan that of the dead. Serve, therefore, the living God, that the eternal movement of life may sustain you, and that you may escape the eternal stillness of death. Work, therefore, without ceasing, to build the kingdom of God, lest you be cast into the kingdom of Satan. For eternal joy abounds in the living kingdom of God, but still sorrow darkens the kingdom of death of Satan. Be, therefore, true Sons of your Earthly Mother and of your Heavenly Father, that you fall not as slaves of Satan.
Where Moses was also called God:
Exodus 4:16 He will speak for you to the people, and he will be your spokesman, and you will serve as God to him.
No one is saying Moses is God.
Where Paul is called a God:
Acts 28:3-6;But when Paul collected a bundle of sticks and laid it on the fire, a viper came out... 6 But they were expecting him to swell up or suddenly to drop dead. After they waited for a long time and saw that nothing bad happened to him, they changed their mind and began saying he was a god.
No one is saying Paul is God?
Even Satan is referred to as God:
2 Corinthians 4:4... God of the system of things..
Surely no one will say Satan is god.
Facts to think about:
God Almighty can't die
1.Jesus died and was raised 3 days after. For 3 days the universe was without God?
1 Corinthians 15: 3. For among the first things I handed on to you was what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; 4 and that he was buried, yes, that he was raised up on the third day according to the Scriptures.
2.People can't see God,yet they saw Jesus meaning Jesus is not God;
John 1:18 ; No man has seen God..
3. If Jesus is God, he is suppose to know what God knows. Jesus does not know when the end will come:
Matthew 24 : 36“Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.(Jehovah God)
4.Jesus was Created first by Jehovah God in heaven ;
Colossians 1:15
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
Like people will say this is my first born son... Meaning he was "created" first.
5.Jesus himself said it is Jehovah your God you must worship :
Matthew 4:10 - Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’”
Jehovah's Witnesses has placed God's name in its rightful place where it was taken out.
You will see a very important name was taken out at :
Pslams 84:18 ;May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah,You alone are the Most High over all the earth.

For example in Judges chp 6 vs 13-16 in their bible it says “The Angel of Jehovah appeared to Gideon” then in vs 14 it says “Jehovah turned to Gideon”
Obviously Jehovah didn’t send himself as an angel if he then carried a convo with Gideon.
Or you can use those contradictions to show that the bible is internally inconsistent
The Netbible states in verse 14
"Then the Lord himself turned to him and said"
So actually it says that God himself spoke to Gideon directly. The Netbible's not/comment on this is:
"32 sn Some interpreters equate the Lord and the messenger in this story, but they are more likely distinct. In vv. 22-23 the Lord and Gideon continue to carry on a conversation after the messenger has vanished (v. 21)."
seedy3 CD3 yea i know there’s a lot of translations out there but again John 6:46 is pretty clear in any translation.
Jake Rojas
*Judges ****6:14* Jehovah faced him and said: “Go with the strength you have, and you will save Israel out of Midʹi·an’s hand. Is it not I who send you?
If this was just an angel, why did it say “Jehovah faced him and said”
Unless you twist this scripture to fit your belief you can clearly see “Jehovah” was present and “he turned to face” Gideon.
In ZERO Bible translations does it say “Jehovah’s angel” turned to face him.
Great witnessing my brother, Jehovah & Jesus proud of you ❤
This pastor is so knowledgeable!
@@johnbee1069 Deut 8:19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, 11:16 Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; All the 75+ biblical examples of righteous worship is worshiping the Lord God alone.
And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
Do you worship Jesus?
James? Don't you mean Thomas, Larry? Jesus didn't rebuke him because he knew Thomas wasn't calling him God almighty. Read John 20:17. There Jesus tells Mary he has a God and Father. The same God and Father as Mary and the apostles.

Definition of Trinity: Three devine persons each said to be eternal, each said to be Almighty, non greater or less than another, each said to be God, and yet being one God,statements of this dogma emphasize that these three persons are not separate or distinct individuals but are three modes in which the devine essence exist.
YHWH is in the original texts such as the dead see scroll over 7000 times, more than any other name in the Bible so the name is very important, just because we don't now how the original Hebrew pronounced his name we now what the meaning is ( he who causes to become).we don't now how to pronounce any Hebrew names but it doesn't stop us from using are vocabulary to get there meanings,Adam ,Noa, Abraham, Isaac, David,Jesus. What ever makes you feel better i guess use it .
Triune gods date back to babylonians and egiptions they have satanic origns do some research on them you may be surprised.
Other than that may Jesus are lord and Jehovah his God and ours come soon
to bring his kingdom on earth as it is in heaven
But why does Jesus rebuke those who accused him of saying he was God in John 10:31-36? If he was God, straight up, why didn't he just agree with the accusation instead of call it a blasphemy and enlighten what he meant by Son of God?
Good point
I'm a Greek Jw and teach ancient greek in Greece
Would you like to test our knowledge in greek?
trewmuzik bring out a scripture and let's analyse it then (:
During the exchange with the Jews leading up to John 8:58, nowhere does Jesus claim to be Almighty God.We know that even his disciples didn't believe Jesus was God simply because he said ego eimi, for he identified himself to them at John 6:20 by saying ego eimi (usually rendered into English as "It is I"), and their reaction was certainly not that of those who had come into the presence of God!So the meaning of that sentence is
" "I existed before Abraham was born."AS PLENTY of Bible translations say
John 1:1 does not say Jesus is the Almighty God. The Bible does not teach that there is only ONE God but that there is only ONE MOST HIGH God,who mst be worshipped.Jesus is god,Satan is god, angels are gods. READ PSALMS 82.
"I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High."
(PSalms 82:6)
So,the subject is not who is God and who is not. The matter is who is to be worshipped and who is not. And the Bible says that the ONLY ONE who is to be worshipped is the FATHER.
You have misunderstood the scriptures because you obviously do not know the ancient greek language
John 20:28 =
The context of John 20:24, 25, and 29 shows that Thomas refused to believe that Jesus had been resurrected from the dead.
The verb worship is λατρευω a completely different verb.Abraham did the same to the angels,Lot did the same- it doesn't mean they worshipped them
So Revelation 22:7-9 does not contradict the idea that only the Father is to be worshipped. The verb προσκυνέω and λατρεύω are completely different
Remember what Jesus said ? "‘Worship *the Lord your God* and serve Him only" (Mat 4:10)
Just an advice- try to understand the ORIGINAL greek words and do not base on the KJV - only the greek language is the inspired language of the New Testament
Jeff say that in Colossians 1:15 "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature"
That the greek word for first born is prōtotokos and it means "preeminent one over all things" and if that is the case than the word prōtotokos should only be used of Jesus.
But that is not the case in Hebrews 11:28 "Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them."
The trinity is a lie, God the Father is one and Jesus is the son of the Father.
Mīkhāʼēl Cruz two different words could be translated into the same word though. Just saying.
It’s funny that they believe Jesus was literally the firstborn of the dead but not of creation. Jesus life was granted by his God and Father. That is what Jesus said.
Jehovah loves you. He is the one and only true God. Repent of your sins and Jehovah will forgive you. The time is near.
JWs call "jehovah" a "misspelled & mispronounced" name for God, they even call it a "blunder". "Yahweh . .. is admittedly superior to Jehovah. *'The wrong spelling Jehovah* occurs since about 1100' and then it offers its arguments in favor of Yahweh as the correct and original pronunciation." - Let Your Name Be Sanctified, Jehovah's Witnesses, p 16-20
AID TO BIBLE UNDERSTANDING 1971 Watchtower and Bible Tract Society p884-885 - literature elaborates as to its Catholic origin in 1270:
By combining the vowel signs of 'Adho.nay and 'Elo.him' with the four consonants of the Tetragrammaton the pronunciations Yeho.wah' and Yehowih' were formed. The first of these provided the basis for the Latinized form "Jehova(h)." The first recorded use of this form dates from the thirteenth century C.E. Raymundus Martini, a Spanish monk of the Dominican Order, used it in his book Pugeo Fidei of the year 1270. *Hebrew scholars generally favor "Yahweh" as the most likely pronunciation.*
"jehovah" = misspelled, mispronounced name for God!
(thanks Lee)
*"As to the Old Testament name of God, certainly the spelling and pronunciation "Jehovah" were originally a blunder."*
God wants his name to be known as a "blunder'? Seriously?
JW produced literature calls it wrong, misspelled, mispronounced and a blunder, seriously a "blunder"!!!

When Christians pray to God, they say Jesus name, who is God to them.
When Jehovah's Witnesses pray, they pray to who they say is God, Jehovah AND Jesus who they say is a prophet or Gods son.
So it is not Christians who pray to 2 Gods, since the Trinity is still 1 God.... but rather JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES WHO PRAY TO JEHOVAH- God AND JESUS- a god.

Tanner Smith I can help you out with that. Have an encounter personally. What question do you have good sir? Thanks.
28 But when all things will have been subjected to the Father, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.
tim spangler if it is “crud” maybe you can answer my previous post. Thanks. God Bless.
J B Wow
Broadcast HEAVENLY care to explain my line of questioning above? How about this. The Bible States God is immortal
Definition of immortal: living forever; NEVER dying or decaying
1 Timothy 6:15 He is the King of those who rule as kings and Lord of those who rule as lords, 16 the one alone having immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal might. Amen
Habakkuk 1:12 Are you not from everlasting, O Jehovah?O my God, my Holy One, you do not die.
Wow.
Pastor Jeff you are well studied, both biblically and historically. I pray the Lord will continue to bless your ministry. You set such a great example of being able to respond with gentleness. @@SmalltimR John 1:1. Care to explain how He is wrong in his interpretation of it?
@@alexbakerloo1979
John 1.1 edifies the words spoken in Psalm 33.6-9;
_6By Yahweh's word, the heavens were made; all their army by the breath of his mouth... ...9For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm._ - Psalm 33.6-9
With that said, the Hebrew word for "word" in this particular passage(דָבָר) is defined as; a literal word or commandment.
Such as when someone says; "you have my word," or "I received word"
With that said, here are a few examples of this convention being used in the Bible;
*_Yahweh appeared_*_ again in Shiloh; for Yahweh revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by _*_the word of Yahweh._* - 1 Sam 3.21
_After these things _*_the word of Yahweh came to Abram in a vision,_*_ saying, "Don't be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward."_ - Gen 15.1
_so shall _*_my word_*_ be that goes forth out of my mouth: _*_it_*_ shall not return to me void, but _*_it_*_ shall accomplish that which I please, and _*_it_*_ shall prosper in the thing I sent _*_it_*_ to do._ - Isaiah 55.11
In the above cited passages, the word of God is both literal as in a literal word, as well as personified in a person.
This is convention is established throughout the Old Testament as humans and angels stand and speak for God - and more importantly, who do so possessing the authority of God Himself
The problem with the trinitarian view however, is that it leads people to overlook the use of the word and its purpose in the fulfillment of God's will.
ie, when John speaks of the word becoming flesh, the Bible evidence tells us that this was Gods commandment.
That is to say, that Jesus' word is God's word, and that His works are God's works(see)
In continuing on the matter of oversights, the trinitarian interpretation of John 1.1 also leads to misappropriating the source of all things that is YHWH;
_Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, and he who formed you from the womb: "I am Yahweh, who makes all things; who _*_alone_*_ stretches out the heavens; who spreads out the earth _*_by myself;_* - Isaiah 44.24
In the above passage, we find YHWH is doing all things "alone" and "by Himself"
That is to say, that though the word itself is equal to God, that the word is not literally God, as-in, God Himself - as YHWH is identified as its source.
With that being said, let's consider John 1.1 using the information provided in the above cited passages for comparison;
In the beginning was the word - commandment
and the word was with the God - personified
and the word was God - possessing the authority of God Himself
Now in the even that you caught the admission of "the" in the (b) portion of the above cited passage, I'd add that this is how the Greek text was written; τὸν Θεόν = ton Theon = the God
Needless to say, the consequences derived from trinitarian interpretation of John 1,1 are numerous to say the least.
@@alexbakerloo1979
*RE:* I didn't follow the thrust of your Isaiah argument.
*A.* The gist of the argument is that the word of God, which belongs to God. represents God
ie, when God commissions His word to do as He commanded, then the work in question was God's will being done.
*RE:* We believe in One God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit)
*A.* That is correct, therefore, the one God you speak of, cannot be doing all thing "alone" and "by Himself" as that is a contradictory statement.
ie, you cannot have co-equality between those persons called God, and a God who is doing all things "alone" and "by Himself" without ending-up with a 4'th entity
*RE:* I didn't understand your argument at all about θεον
*A.* John 1.1 b) states that the word was with "the God" τὸν Θεόν - which was written for the sake of transparency with the original text.
John 14:28
You heard that I said to you, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I am.
28 But when all things will have been subjected to him(JESUS), then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone."
So Bible still maintains the fact that there is God Jehovah, higher in the Heavens above Jesus Christ who raised Jesus from the dead, and HE is the one that does all thing. Please do not put our HEAVEN FATHER JEHOVAH under Jesus christ our lord. IT is something God does not share with any being.
LoL you mention one BIBLE verse and that people disagree with and people are after you.

Godspeed 👊🏽
I want you guys to talk about blood transfusion with them. Because i see rejecting it to save a love one so wrong.
No one wants to c their loved ones die including the witnesses. But at some point in our lives we will be faced with a choice that tests out loyalty to god or to our own self interests or that if our loved ones…
Please consider the example of the prophet Daniel… he was told something simple, stop praying to your god for just one month or you will die….
They actually repeated 3 times for emphasis at acts 15:20, 29 and 21:25
So knowing that god specifically asked you not to put foreign blood in your body… why loose your integrity to him by disobeying a command that was obviously so important to him that he had it recorded in the Bible time and time again for thousands of years?
I realize that some might think that this is just a prohibition against “eating” blood… but if an alcoholic was told don’t “drink” alcohol or you will die, will he get any different results if he reasoned: “if I can’t drink it, I’m gonna inject it…” ?
Also,
When a patient undergoes a stomach type surgery and is unable to digest food normally sometimes doctors will nourish his body through injections…
So putting blood in your body through the mouth or an injection is really the same thing…
Things to consider, only Jesus blood can save …
scripture to consider as well:
Luke 17:33 Jesus said those who seek to save their lives (by disobeying the word of god) will in the end lose it…. And those who happen to lose their lives (while keeping their integrity to gods commands) will end up gaining everlasting life….
@@rcruzz5 it says do not eat blood. It does not say anything about blood transfusions.

There’s no reason to say transfusions… modern day transfusions are “modern day” they weren’t available back then and people wouldn’t have know about them for several hundreds of years later so it would be weird to mention them if people wouldn’t understand what was meant as an injection or transfusion of blood…. But that’s where principles come in …
if a doctor said don’t drink alcohol or else you’d die, would the outcome be any different if you injected it into your body?
So if god says don’t “eat” blood, will it make a difference if you inject it?
Principles …
@@rcruzz5 many people have taken blood throughout the years . The bible says do not eat blood it is not the same. Eat human blood and see if you can survive lie someone who had. A blood transfusion. See not the same. I bet you don't even follow most of the commandments. U only pick witch ones to follow i bet.
@@juancarlosjuarez3365 many people have done many things for many years… it doesn’t mean the longer you do it the more acceptable it becomes to god… that’s why he kept repeating throughout the entire Bible not to consume blood.
There’s many dishes around the world that are made with blood and spices… like moronga or blood sausages… and people eat that blood with no physical harm to their bodies…
So no there’s no difference if you eat or drink blood….
There is more potential harm in injecting blood though. There’s compatibility issues and there’s health concerns as well if the donor has a sickness or virus… many people have died or gotten severely sick because of blood transfusions which is why doctors are now starting to lean towards bloodless procedures…
Jesus taught his disciples to live based on principles more than a strict adherence to a set of rules… principles are what’s is to be considered especially in modern days because we r dealing with different things that people back then didn’t….
Principles tell you don’t do cocaine even though there’s no mention of cocaine in the Bible… principles tel you not to watch porn on a computer even though the Bible never mentions computers… principles tell you to avoid “transfusion” even though the may word never appears in The Bible…
Scriptures to consider would be Leviticus 17:14 which said the life of EVERY sorry of creature (humans included ) is in the blood.
Ezekiel 18:4 all lives belong to god… therefore all blood belongs to god…
If the blood belongs to god and he asked you to pour it in the floor rather than consuming it….

@PhDinTheology “Yeshua
“He never tried to reason with logic or facts or beliefs” That’s not only complete nonsense, it’s unbiblical. Jesus convicted through the heart and mind. We are fearfully and wonderfully made with a *mind* for a reason. 2 Corinthians 10:5 “We *DESTROY* *ARGUMENTS* and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of god, and TAKE EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE to obey Christ,”
Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
1 Peter 3:15 “But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to MAKE A DEFENSE to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,”
2 Timothy 4:1-22 "I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry…”
1 Peter 2:15 “For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.”
Acts 17 1:34 “Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews.
Good stuff pastor Jeff, witnessing with respect, and intelligence, big thumbs up.
I am still not getting any answers. If the trinity is true, why did Jesus call his disciples *"brothers"* and then *"say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.'"*
*PLEASE EXPLAIN.*
Where do you see a contradiction?
Jesus Father is not the Father for jws
He didn't say our God
@@reflexionesdelabiblia6711 very good point
Take Care
I really wish you guys would do more of these videos. It would help a lot.
I Trust Jehovah.

Jesus is Jehovah, (YAHWEH)
@@jesuschristsaves9067 Jehovah ( YAHWEH) IS THE FATHER AND JESUS IS THE SON
If Jesus is Jehovah, as you say, then who is Jesus' GOD in heaven? At whose right hand is He seated?
Needless to say, we don't have to look very hard to see the folly in such reasoning - the Bible tells us that YHWH sent forth His word and that His word obeyed Him...

You don’t need much reasoning to demonstrate that Jesus is Jehovah.

Hebrews 1:10-12 KJV
Possessing titles that can only be applied to God(alpha and omega, beginning and end, first and the last..) and even claiming to be the I AM, and even having the work of creation ascribed to Him only makes it painfully obvious.
Jehovah’s witnesses assume that God only has one name and that name has no meaning other than the personal name of God. One of God’s name is I Am, because He just is.

Holy Spirit is Jehovahs Active Force Gen. 1:2
So simple Sister!👍
So much Love (God) in this conversation. Praise Him & thank Him. We as Christians need to be more active in the world & put on the whole armour of God & bring the Word to all ends of the Earth. Very moved by watching the Holy Spirit in this video. Amen
John 14:28 John 20:17 Jehovah God almighty..One true God..
In Genesis the word 'Ru'ach", which means Spirit/wind/breath, is used to describe the Holy Spirit. The word for force in Hebrew is "Ko'ach" (Ps: the 'ch" in both words sounds like the ch in Bach). Both words have different roots and can not in anyway be mistaken for another.
Your Hebrew 101 for the day... You're welcome! :)
Great point my M.Div. focus was OT, and Hebrew. I love studying the original languages.
I saw Jesus the holy spirit and what God the father has. Look at my testimony video.

1 Corinthians 15:27,28
27 For God “subjected all things under his feet.” But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that this does not include the One who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.”

“For he hath put all things under his feet. 4 Now concerning the eating of food offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world and that there is no God but one. 5 For even though there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many “gods” and many “lords,” 6 there is actually to us one God, the Father, from whom all things are and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are and we through him.

Wow, The camera is doing some crazy work!
YES camera person giving me a headache, seriously needs a tripod
Cameraman was hiding behind cars because JW's are notorious for refusing to talk if they know they are being filmed. Can't bring out a tripod and rig it's to obvious. Have hold a very heavy long lens very discretely. Enjoy the voyeuristic style.
Always enjoyed discreet filming lol God bless! I enjoy all of your videos! Keep fighting the good fight, brother!
I was just about to comment on how it seems like you're filming without letting him know. I suppose that's alright seeing as how JWs are severely mistaken in their theology, and it needs to be exposed. Good work.
E.E. W we have a very strong leg to stand on he addressed Col 1. You deny the deity of Holy Spirit which is a major offense let scripture define and interpret itself.
