Glenda, you and Cody are a hoot! Thanks for not cutting out the end segment when you got the giggles! Much love, MaryAnne in New Mexico USA 🌶 BTW, I was in hospital 9 days and am following your advice about my heart failure. It means so much to me that you mentioned in the Live that I was in the hospital and in the next Live that you called out to me again. Thanks, Glenda ❤
Wow thank you so much ❤ we really appreciate the extra support on these videos it’s a labor of love but we think it’s important to show people what they can expect with different yarns.
Glenda it so nice of Cody to be your side kick he truly fits your channel but the sweetest part is that you are spending time with your grandson. Don't beat yourself up about live chats they can get crazy with how quickly the chats can go by! I don't like to go into the huge live chats it is to hard to talk to anyone....you two keep doing what you are doing and people will stay interested. Love the colors of that yarn.....I can see a Ripple stitch blanket with a solid color as an accent .
My favorite before and after stayed the same which is Tapestry…..such gorgeous color combination in the skein…..worked up is very stunning!! Thanks Cody & Glenda! You did great Cody on your samples!! 😊🧶🦋💜
10% senior, 15% military, we even have a teachers discount. I work at Michael’s and have been smitten with this yarn for ages but worried about what it would look like. Love the samples. My fave has always been blue raspberry and salt water taffy and I love them even more now. And now I want to learn that new stitch you learned. It looks super pretty! I myself am into infinity granny square blankets and would love to learn new stitches. I’ve also been interested in learning C2C.
My favorite is amethyst. I don't think the granny square is awful, just not the right pattern. But on that one, you learned how much blue is in there in a row, so you'll know how it would be in a different project. On all of these, it just shows how it all changes with the stitches. My favorite is the amethyst. I never asked for a discount, but the cashier did it and has everytime since.
I like Olive or the blue raspberry. Thanks I was just looking at getting some a few days ago. Now I will! You all are hard on my bank account 😂. Love you guys.
Okay, believe it or not , I like tapestry the best. I think it would make a beautiful blanket. I guess it takes all kinds of people to make the world go round. Great video.
I love that your grandson, Cody is there beside you helping and being a prat of your channel. It's nice he is crocheting. I loved all of the colors. Even the unique cranberry one is a good fall color. But, I agree the olive, blue raspberry and the last one are the best !!!!
I appreciate it when you do the yarn swatches. It helps me, not only know about the new yarns, but also what they look like when worked up. That is a lot of extra work. Thank you 😊
Good afternoon Glenda and Cody I cannot wait to see what loops and thread impression Yarns you Swatch for today's Swatch video? Sorry I missed your live stream.❤ congratulations on making 150 channel members!🎉🧶🧡 ! Tree with I think the tapestry would be my favorite color and then the green green would be my second favorite color way! But I will know more when I see this watch is made up if my two favorites are still my two favorites😂? I think the colorway Olive is really beautiful! But it's still not my favorite! I think that the colorway tapestry is still my favorite and I would think it would look really good in the closed granny Stitch who are the clothes granny hexagon cardigan! Wow what age is senior citizen considered in Michael's cuz girl I'm for it! The loops & Threads saltwater taffy is very pretty! But I still think the tapestry is my favorite and then the green would be my second favorite !
Beautiful yarn swatches…I like the colorful last swatch…Cody’s favorite. Congrats on your 150 channel members. I wanted to be there for your “Live,” but was only able to pop in for about 5 minutes because of a previous commitment, but watched the replay…what fun! ❤. Today’s video was fun too…love to see Glenda laughing, and the back and forth chatter between you two.
Love the swatch videos and you and Cody together. When watching your videos for the past several years, I often think of my mother because yours and mine were about the same age. I envied you living close rather than 2000 miles like me. Go give your mom a hug from me. Mine passed away last Sunday at the age of 91 and the last thing she said, to my niece, was I want a hug. Blessedly, her passing was very peaceful and all her kids (even as old as we are, we are still her kids) and grandkids got to tell her how loved she was.
Fun video! And yes Michael’s has a senior discount. I have set it up on my account (i don’t remember how i did it though) and then I sign in on the website or in store and it comes up for me. Enjoy! And thank you for this great review!
The best part of the video is when Cody got you laughing. I am not sure which is my favorite , it depends on what I would be making. Probably the green since it is the able to use for the most projects in my stash. You both are a hoot to watch.
While watching this, I am working on a blanket in the impression blue raspberry! It's working up nice! I've also used the salt water Taffy & pink grapefruit. I'm a fan of this yarn.
I love the earthy colors of the olive. As I sit here healing from the injuries I received in my house fire, I already have a sweater project in mind. Thanks for the beauty yarn seatches
Yes! I just discovered the senior citizen discount at Michael’s! You sign into your account and there is a spot for “discounts” and you check it and when you order it has your info saved so it takes the SC discount at checkout!! Easy peasy!!
Thanks Glenda & Cody for the 5 Loops & Threads Impressions yarn colorways. I picked out the Salt water Taffy color when it was shown in part 1, w/ tapestry as the 2 favorite color. I did not change my mind when seeing the yarn swatches done. Salt water Taffy, hands down, is my favorite. ❤️
No disservice done Cody. It proved what yall been saying about choosing the stitches and stuff. So you done what these sampler videos are intended. Well done
My favorite was, of course, Salt Water Toffee! Perfect name for a perfect yarn! Runner up is the Olive. My aunt lives in Santa Fe NM, but she has a cabin in Chama. Her favorite color is that pine tree green. It took me forever to find just the right green to make her an Afghan. Now I’m going to have to make her a cardigan using the Olive! Thank you both so much for taking the time to show us the yarn and swatches. I value your opinion on yarn and how it feels and how it works up. Glenda, you had me laughing along with you at the end. Cody’s “Oh brother”! got me going and then you finished me off! I would give anything to hear what you guys edited out. Glenda, your face was beet red! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️
Good work Cody! I like the green. Funny because I grew up in the 70s and we had green everything in our house and I hated it for years. 😂 Now I like it.
I loved the last one I did not catch the name very nice. Thank you Glenda and Cody I appreciate both of you very much. I love watching you guys. I love the live it was fun. Until next time happy crocheting!!!!
Love all that laughter at the end!! ❤ Just hearing it made me start laughing, too. 😂 As for favorites, they’re all beautiful, to be honest. Too hard to choose just one … though maybe that green sings to me a little more loudly. Cody, your swatches are SO helpful. Anyway, thanks so much for another fun and inspiring video
I love the way you two interact and I don't think I have ever seen Glenda laugh that hard! I my have missed it, but did you mention what stitch you used on the last sample? That was my favorite too.
Hi Glenda and Cody👋 Thank you Cody for telling me which color was my favourite!! Lol😂🤣 Seriously, how can it not? Saltwater Taffy wins for all the feels, including my favourite name!!😍 Second choice is Blue Raspberry. 100% agree that using the right stitch can really make a color way shine or put it at the bottom of the pile. I love the colors in Amethyst and I think that using a different stitch in a back and forth blanket pattern might have had it running a closer second to Blue Raspberry. Using the Moss Stitch would have been interesting to see. In an order from Michael’s previously, they had accidentally given me Tapestry, instead of what I had ordered. I didn’t really like it but the colors were interesting enough to make me want to try it. I used it in one of Crystal’s Beanie designs. I think it was the Off The Rails Beanie. It showed off the different stitches quite well with the Tapestry color way. I chose where to start the colors. Still prefer brighter though. Next time, I will use a solid red to match for a highlight, I think. Thanks for the smiles and laughs, always!🥰😂😘😘🇨🇦

Great video, y’all keep me smiling. My favorite was the Tapestry I love all those colors, it looks beautiful worked up.
I LOVE the spontaneous laughter. YOU cannot FAkE that. It shows YOU are REALLY having a GOOD TIME CODY. ❤😊

Olive + Tapestry = Christmas beauty
Row by row granny swatch and yarn color is my favorite ❤

Love these yarn swatches. Thank you for doing them. My favorite is your favorite. Love those cheerful colors. Do live the olive too❤❤
Love all that laughter at the end!! ❤ Just hearing it made me start laughing, too. 😂
As for favorites, they’re all beautiful, to be honest.

Good morning Glenda and Cody.
Hi Glenda and Cody👋 Thank you Cody for telling me which color was my favourite!! Lol😂🤣
Seriously, how can it not? Saltwater Taffy wins for all the feels, including my favourite name!!😍 Second choice is Blue Raspberry. 100% agree that using the right stitch can really make a color way shine or put it at the bottom of the pile. I love the colors in Amethyst and I think that using a different stitch in a back and forth blanket pattern might have had it running a closer second to Blue Raspberry. Hi Glenda and Cody Beautiful colors My favorite was the salt water taffy and olive Thanks for sharing Have a great day ❤️
Cody got good taste lol loved em all
You are so right 👍 I like the last one the best. Very pretty colors 😌
I really loved the "tapestry" color way. I'm always drawn to the darker colors, however the "salt water taffy" is gorgeous.
Love the Olive🥰
The blue was my favorite until I saw the granny square😂. I love the blue raspberry. My son likes the olive. You are spoiking us with all the videos.
I like the Oliver hooks and loop yarn
I love the Olive the best. It's gorgeous 💚
