Beautiful harmonies
Very few pop bands have achieved those perfect harmonies. The Everly Brothers come to mind who were brilliant as well and were an influence on the Bee Gees.

My first husband just died of cancer a few days ago. This was one of the 8 tracks we'd listen to when would drive around in his little, lime green Vauxall. The years were in the early 60's- 70's. We were in high school. Will never forget him and those times.

Now listening to all these beautiful songs again during lockdown I just can't help crying. They reminded me a bygone era when we were innocent, happy, optimistic and dreamy. Barry was the oldest and the prettiest, he was the leader, but Robin had the voice of an angel and was the very best singer in the Bee Gees. Maurice was the funniest.

Loved the Bee Gees from the first time I heard "Massachusetts" back in 1967 and I still love to listen to them now in 2022. Wish they were all still here. Would give anything to see the three of them on stage again
It is my favorite song I have it on my play list and I just have the warmest feeling every time I hear it. I'm bad I play it at least 5 times a night I can hear and relaxation is there in his voice. I also like the silly Maurice or as mo he was called. He is the comedy relief of the group. I love them all. Each one brings it to the stage in their own way.

It brings warmth to my heart and when I'm sad it feeds my soul. With the world we now live in, with it's deaths from this sickness, it's "black lives matters" when we should be only thinking that "life's matters" no matter your color of skin. Our government that need fresh blood, with someone we all can get behind. It seems in the last few years it has not been safe for everyone, no matter life styles, skin color, it is not black or white but what a person does that brings the world together. I was raised to look at a person from the inside not what is on the outside. But most importantly what they are saying. This is what the music does for me, it reminds me of what the world was like and how we each should look around us to see kindness and caring about others not being selfish.
One of my friend has passed away 2 days ago and we celebrate his life today. He was a local musician and one of his favorit song is this song so we sing it in group with tears on our eyes.😢
