Robin's voice is sublime. It has no explanation in music theory. It is simply divine. Barry is a great singer. There are many great singers. But, Robin's voice is transcendent. I wish he sang more. You could compare Karen Carpenter I suppose - I love them both - but some people might love one but not the other. I am just grateful that such talent has been recorded for posterity.

I am completely bewildered. This sounds almost identical to the studio version. I’m blown away by how amazing their voices/harmonising was. Robin’s voice is so beautiful.

That's what talent does. I've seen heaps of artists live before auto-tune and they all sounded as great live as their records.
All of them are great vocalisit, songwriters and musicians. Amazing how many hit songs they wrote for other people.

Wow Robin! Barry's voice is brilliant there's no doubt about it, but Robin probably has my favourite voice of all time. Very disappointed that I'll never get to see him live, the world will certainly miss him and Maurice too.

I can’t think of any other group that actually sounded better live than on the original recording. They improved on many of their early songs in concert. Amazing.

Damn! What a band. There isn't one song from them that I can't say that I didn't like. These guys knew how to write lyrics, and then arrange the music around them. Just love these brothers.
I listen and watch their videos everyday. The Bee Gees was and still is fantastic 👌 they are the best group in my book. I been listening 🎶 😌 to them ever since the late fifties I was just a kid then. It's my favourite Bee Gee's record, but funnily enough, Barry Gibb tells the story that this song was actually a hit before it hit the record stores. In those days demand exceed supply in the record industry, and so after the massive success of their first release of "Spicks and Specks", people would order (and pay for) the band's next record which of course was "I Gotta Get A Message To You".
I love watching the videos cause they never missed a word their music was from their heart and right on key .their voices were beautiful .

I LOVED THE Bee Gees the first time I herd them, Then Saturday Night Fever came along and I never forgot them after that. I am 85 and still enjoy listening to them, and to think they are all gone is verry heart braking and I find it hard to believe.
Barry Gibb is the only brother left, and he's the oldest. The Bee Gees are the best in my book😊 i love all of their songs. So incredibly talented The brother Gibbs were.
The stories that Barry passed away were all lies with terribly done photo shopped photos just to get clicks. He is very much alive and living his life with his wife, family and friends. I am sure he savors every day, but only after 11 A.M.! 8-)

So underrated and stuck in the disco debacle - they were such a talented, creative threesome. Wrote over a 1,000 songs, 20 number ones. The HBO documentary celebrates their brilliant history. So sad that Maurice and Robin are gone, leaving Barry to solo on.
