I was thinking of a different game. We don't know when exactly but we know that No Man's Sky will release before 22nd March

I’d like to agree but unfortunately the VR2 is underperforming and they slashed production. I can’t wait for mine but many believe Sony will abandon VR if this doesn’t do bigger numbers than the original, at it’s current price (which is totally fair for what you’re getting) it probably won’t.

i wanna see more current games get ported to VR2. games like gta 5, sniper elite 5, deep rock galactic, fallout 4 or 76, dead by daylight, alien isolation. i'd also like to see capcom make a vr2 exclusive, like maybe a dead rising game, in a huge mall, in VR, with co op ability. i can only imagine roaming a huge realistic mall in VR with thousands of zombies every where!
there's like 5 day one games that wern't already psvr 1. A lot of the coming soon on this list have been coming soon to vr for years and there's a decent amount of vaporware too.

I really hope I'll be able to grow some VR legs when spending more time with it. Right now any VR game beyond beat saber is just a trainride to barf-city for me.
I sure do hope Beat Saber is actually a free upgrade or at least you get to carry all your songs over if they charge an upgrade fee. I've spent quite a few pesos on all these songs!
This is such an upgrade from "oop, your hands decided to go to a different time zone, oop your headset needs to be completely recalibrated for this one single movement, OOP, YOUR HANDS DON'T EXIST ANYMORE AND EVERYONE'S LOOKING AT YOU LIKE YOU'RE CRAZY AS YOU SHAKE FRANTICALLY TRYING TO GET THEM BACK. That last one was a personal experience, and no I don't want to talk about it.
I'm going to go broke buying all these damn games. I'm excited for horror in VR with Tempest 3D but I can't even play on a 2D screen! Not sure if I can do it lol
I was holding back for a long time to plunge into VR, didnt ever have console either. Got PS5 few months ago and eagerly awaiting postman today :)) Expectations are high, my kids are also asking about it every day but daddy is going to have whole afternoon for himself first :)

@@jdrukman Keep an eye out on the upcoming Cosmic Smash VR game. It's got a similar visual style, though I don't think music is as big in it as Rez. Still a blast though.
Kayak "Pavlov "Project Wing man "Crossfire and "Gran Turismo look fun. So mostly all these shooters and the golf. This is really good I guess I will be picking up way more games than thought. I'm pretty blown away.
These games look great but I just think they need at least one first party game that really highlights the PSVR2 features. Like Astro's playroom to the dualsense or Wii Sports to the Wii. There's a lot of good showcase titles like Horizon, but I think at least one title should appeal to a broader audience.
I dont understand what everything has to be first person. Two of my favorite games back on the OG Rift were Luckey’s Tale and Rez Infinite, both third person. I wish there were more.
Moss isn't first person and it's great. But yeah I'm with you, I like the 3rd person VR games as much if not more. Astrobot Rescue Mission was game of the year for many people!

I read somewhere that the main guy behind To The Top joined Skydance Interactive to work on Behemoth so the sequel is either cancelled or on dev hiatus
There's still no full experience here. It feels like the 90's where 80% of games were 20 mins worth of fun because they were extremely shallow platformers or side scrolling action. VR still doesn't know how to justify its existence as a mainstay rather than "oh that's kinda neat". Unless something changes, I don't see anything that I'd ever sink more than 5 or so hours into and especially when the cost of this thing is basically buying a second PS5.
A lot of games pretend like disabled people don't play any games sadly, it's so easy to add customisable controls (and controller support for a lot of these)
100 games, and maybe 5 use the horsepower of a PS5. Game devs don’t care about raising the bar anymore. It’s clear they are just making games that will run fine on a Oculus quest.
Psvr2 have best launch games for new gamers and for those who played some old the old VR games in pc quest xos on psvr2 u will have new way to play it cos of haptics and feel the VR world unlike before

This has actually helped me realise that there’s a lot more coming day one to the psvr2 than the 3 games I planned to play day one.

I’m physically disabled so i won’t be able to play some of these games until they add dualsense support if at all.
