Long post alert: I lost 26 pounds in 4 months with Sydney’s workouts and have been able to maintain it. Even though I have another 15 pounds to go, I am in the best health of my life. It is a matter of great pride for me. Also my achievement is very apparent to the people around me. But today I got body shamed by a senior colleague. I didn’t respond but it did make me feel humiliated. I was so perturbed I didn’t even want to do my workouts. But after a while of self pity I decided to do this workout, just to feel the strength that I have built up in myself. (I also wanted to smash his head with my 10 kg dumbbell but I will have to settle without it). Anyway I knew working out will make me feel better and it does. Thank you Sydney and this community 💕
It was a "he" that had the nerve to comment on your body? What gives him the right?! Don't give him anymore space in your mind, he doesn't deserve it! Be proud of your accomplishment because this is not an easy journey. Keep going and keep fighting to get to where you want to be. You deserve to be healthy and happy!!

I am always working in nutrition, I’m gluten free, and sensitive to legumes and many vegetables. My energy is a 10, however, I need to work on my sleep. I do not know what else to do to sleep at least 5 hours straight through. Help! My strength has improved thanks to you, Sydney! I will be for ever thank you to you!

I just wish someone like you was around when I was younger. Starting at an early age (i'd say 5th grade) and onwards I was always told to eat less. Being told this from mentors, my parents, it made me feel ashamed every time I ate, and I would eventually start binging when others weren't around. If someone just told me, just eat more of these fruits or vegetables...what I difference that would make....and finally is making in my mid-twenties. It's been so helpful for a fitness trainer to remind me the full circle that is health, and that restriction is not the answer.

You are doing great Sydney. I couldn't work out like you have when I was pregnant. I had horrible low back pain late in my pregnancies but you are an inspiration to many.
a couple weeks ago i commented about how my last leg workout i was able to use my heavest dumbbells but TODAY i beat that PR and used a 30lb dumbbell for the split squats! i love getting stronger and pushing my PRs higher and higher. its such an amazing feeling. thank you sydney for showing me what i am capable of!
I am going to work on more sleep and nutrition. I eat pretty good but could do better. Being aware of what I eat is half the battle. This was a good woroutt today. Kept us movin and kept us sweaty!! I worked on sleep. I didn't get up early to workout Friday because I needed the rest. I slept in today, but then picked up the Friday workout. I'll do Saturday on Sunday... unless I need more rest! Still continuing to work on those split squats. Can't believe I try them now every time. Thanks Syd!

Sydney you are absolutely amazing. Thank you for continuing to PUSH, you motivate me everyday! I need to adjust my sleep and nutrition. I eat right 80% of the time but that 20% could be whats keeping me from getting where I want to be, Then the late nights and early mornings🥲, I need to adjust!
Definitely have to work on my hydration. I find over winter I always let my water intake dwindle. I like the tip of starting drinking my water earlier in the day. Congrats on hitting 1.36 subscribers, I love that the channel is still growing!!!
WOOOO I felt myself coasting a bit in the middle of the workout but I'm so glad I showed up strong for those squats at the end!! My quads were on 🔥 Definitely want to focus more on nutrition this week and getting more protein in to help build that muscle! 💪

I’m going to be relentless with getting adequate sleep. I’ve been struggling with sleep during my continuing recovery to allow my body to adjust to not being on pain medication since I’m getting better. I’m proud of myself for doing this workout today after taking a nap. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.

I know! I remember not being able to touch my toes because of the baby belly. Of course, I wasn't even close to being in shape like she is, lol!
