I am going to be charitable here: he may be using different prices because he doesn't know how to explain it: 1) the auction price, 2) the price after markup (e.g. sales tax and commission), 3) the price that includes his mechanic's work and new parts, 4) the price which includes the advertising expense in trying to sell it...
15:10 THAT NOISE is NOT as horrible as it sounds. I'm pretty certain it's your intermediate shaft bearing support that has gone bad. The symptom is it will make a loud thunking noise under the center armrest on hard acceleration, which is what you were doing. It's a SUPER easy fix. There are a number of videos on UA-cam explaining how to fix it with heater hose for less than $5 and some zip ties. Worked great on mine Cayenne.
But you don't fix a car that way if you are a stand up dealer, only if it's your car that you don't mind taking a few liberties with.
Hate to tell you this Craig but the videos where you are super stressed out over your car buying decisions are my favorites.

Top don top scan... I've got the same car. Mine is a 2004 turbo cayenne with 118k. If you get the master brake booster warning, you need to replace the two brake booster lines cause they are plastic and they crack then leak vacuum. I'm in the midst of changing mine now. Love your channel!

I have a 2011. Its a little rough around the edges, but its amazing. I have so far been able to do my own maintenance. Good luck with this one.
When I had my 2016 Subaru STI around town these twin turbo Porsches were the only rigs I was worried about racing from red lights, these are so fast! My client had one and it was 550hp, he was getting tickets each month. The Porsche he had actually was quite reliable, he had over 200,000 miles and said it was a great runner, the big issue was he was putting on all those miles visiting his girlfriends which made his wife upset.

Craig, the 957 (08+) gen was still 4.5 liter & (4.8TT) still but added direct injection... then the next gen 958 was 4.8TT - it wasn't until 17+ when the 4.0t was introduced

Hey Craig, I think one thing we would probably all love to see. Is you buy a project car such as the Porsche and do it right. Not give up on it, not half assed the repairs in your shop. I think that if you were to pay to get that thing sorted out completely, and then actually follow through on, putting some all-terrain tires on it and some really cool over landing gear. I really think your viewers would love to see a video like that. Most of the time your videos just show projects that you bought and never did anything with. I can’t speak for everybody, but I for one and a person who, if I had access to the UA-cam fund, I would buy cars that nobody ever fixes up just because there’s people like me that would love to see videos like that but don’t have the money to do it ourselves. Just my .02, but great content keep it up!

In the mid-2000s, I saw a pre-owned Cayenne Turbo in a dealership for $70,000, which was pricy for an SUV back in the day. I told salesmen that one day this would be worth a couple of thousands of dollars!

Top Don Top Scan!! Cool idea with the Porsche, i have seen newer a one (2013ish) with a lift and off road tires. Weirdly it did ok at Moab but things like to overheat and turn off to cool down which can really leave you stuck.
