I enjoy the channel but have one suggestion. You show a picture of the car you are looking at for about 5 seconds. It's difficult to follow along the discussion concerning that car if we only see it briefly and you talk about it for another 7 minutes or so. If you want the focus to be the 2 of you and the car is secondary at least give us a picture within the picture of the car. Thanks! Again, enjoy the channel and this is just a suggestion.
@@thatdave86 They could easily add in the pics with available space. The flash show of the cars is super annoying. Have to keep pausing to look at them.
My guess on the reasons of this flaw is worry over getting copyright hits by YT. We live in a world where publishing a picture of art or building in a public space can be illegal. Reruns of SNL never have their musical guest segments. Marketing pictures have copyright so fair use laws only allow a few seconds display as reference on commentary.
The Verne is from Rimac (and parent group Bugatti-Rimac which VW still owns a piece of) so it’s less likely to be vaporware than implied. And the Verne debuted their single-row taxi concept a year before Tesla revealed theirs. Apparently 9 out of 10 taxi rides are for one or two passengers, hence the single row to save weight and increase range.
@ yes. His channel is Euroasian Bob. Have watched this channel for years and his recently popped up. Surprised it has only 30k or so subs. Wizard and hoovie need to give him a shout out. Could get to 100k easy.
Tyler, you need to show April the STNG episode where Lieutenant Yar asks Mr Data if he's fully functional if she hasn't seen it - the correct comeback would have been "Then call me Mr Data !"
I do like the idea of an electric WITH a gas generator so you never run out of juice, even (especially) offroad. Emission reqs have basically killed the V8 for any new car company that can't compensate with other vehicles that have 1/3 the emissions of that V8.
Right! I'm thinking he is thinking about tax time here soon. Based on history and the new Bugatti purchase ..just a guess He was a tough customer on this one
When you need a law to protect your business model (auto dealerships) because consumers and car makers both hate you so much, it's time to call it a day.
I’d love to see Tylers and Aprils dream concept car. Maybe two each, one never mind technology, go for it, the other what could be built in the next 3 years.
Very smart April! Only way youre going to grow is to do daily, or every couple of days up loads. Youll get there, your personality is good for this. Don't you keave Tyler though, that will kill it. Unless its for me lol
Everyone trying to get into the EV arena is going to regret their choices. We are not set up to deal with the numbers that are being pitched. Gas or petroleum dealers are a dime a dozen whereas charging stations aren’t out there in the numbers needed and depending where you live and how you have to park the vehicle also limits you. Are you parked on a street or sidewalk well no charging allowed.
This is what happens in the electric motorcycle world. New companies come online every few months, promising a revolution, collecting tons of pre-order money and never deliver or only deliver something that just vaguely resembles what was initially announced and completely under delivers.
It seems like these companies just hired a bunch of recent art school grads and told them to create something. I'd love to be in the meeting when they hand it over to the engineers and tell them to build it (not to mention the mechanics who have to fix it later on).
April, it's a concept car. There is no way the travertine is going to make it into any production vehicle for the reasons you stated. It's just a design exercise to get people excited and talking about it.
Jaguar has announced a new E-type that is really cool. Looks like a slightly updated XKE. As for self-driving cars, God help us. Too many accidents with self-driving cars. I have been a pilot for over 45 years, and I know that autopilots cannot be trusted to work 100% of the time.
Reminds me of the three wheeled thing you would see in the malls all the time. Oh they love taking deposits. Tesla did that for the 20K model 3. Remember that one? Yea how did that work out. Funny no one is demanding he build it today.
The Cadillac is interesting, but that color is a deal killer, and the wood interior is ridiculous. The Citroen is intriguing, but will never see the US if built.
The rear of the Renault resembles the rear of an AMC AMX, which is a good car design from which to copy. The rear quarter when viewed from the front resembles an AMC Gremlin. Which reminds me that AMC and Renault had a partnership. I wonder if Renault obtained some of the rights to AMC cars during that period.
I still don't mind the Jag concept. I do worry they're going to focus more on the Lifestyle aspect of the brand (and potentially go overboard on the "inclusiveness" aspect of that Brand) than the actual car, but we'll see. Let's hope they remember they're trying to sell cars to as many people as they can rather than targeting identity nonsense.
Imagine riding in a vehicle where you can't see where it's going and you can't take control! I have and I do, as has anybody who has ever flown on an airline. Those planes also fly themselves, 90% of the time. The same is true if you rode the shuttle at the airport.
Hey, I love you guys, but here's my take. If we're not physically driving the vehicle ourselves then isn't it simply privately owned public transportation that we have to purchase ourselves?

YES. Or just a small picture of the car on the corner of the screen.
The blank space behind April needs a big screen to show the cars as you talk about them ,the current set is so so
@@thatdave86 They could easily add in the pics with available space. The flash show of the cars is super annoying. Have to keep pausing to look at them.
@@thatdave86this is the answer!

Jaguar is just slowly working up to the announcement that they are OFFICIALLY OUT OF BUSINESS.
The Cadillac is gorgeous! The return of the full size convertible. Love it!
April is awesome Tyler you are very lucky to have her in your life
When your car is vaporware, you can put anything in it you like.
Tesla is the only company that has made what it has shown and always nearly identical. All other car companies do is hype and vaporware.
The Jag concept looks like you asked some kids in the 80s to draw what a car would look like in 40 years.
The Verne is from Rimac (and parent group Bugatti-Rimac which VW still owns a piece of) so it’s less likely to be vaporware than implied. Wallpapers is the Pinnacle of automotive journalism.
😅😂🤣😂😉
Elio! The perfect example of millions raised and only prototypes built.
Enjoying your channel and the fact that you got Tyler to drop the F-💣 just made it even better.
You need to give a shout out to Bob’s channel on your main channel and this channel. Tales of the Trip is a good series he’s doing.
Urination Bob? I'll have to check it out.
@ yes. His channel is Euroasian Bob. Have watched this channel for years and his recently popped up. Surprised it has only 30k or so subs. Wizard and hoovie need to give him a shout out. Could get to 100k easy.
The best show on UA-cam you guys are awesome together. Keep up the great work.
The AMC Pacer would be a perfect fit for these concepts !
Tyler, you need to show April the STNG episode where Lieutenant Yar asks Mr Data if he's fully functional if she hasn't seen it - the correct comeback would have been "Then call me Mr Data !"
I would be 100% on board for a new Scout if it had a big V8!
I do like the idea of an electric WITH a gas generator so you never run out of juice, even (especially) offroad. Emission reqs have basically killed the V8 for any new car company that can't compensate with other vehicles that have 1/3 the emissions of that V8.
The Renault R17 concept car does have an actual physical model. Presumably going to do the rounds at car shows.
Cool Vid. Like seeing all of these cool crazy and goofy concepts. It is a bummer that the clay model 3d versions aren't really a thing anymore
My grandfather worked for G.M. concept car division from the 50s-80s , he used to take me to work until I was too old to see the cars .
April really needs some LED lights behind her. The lighting behind Tyler looks great.
Post the Tucker debacle I believe all deposits on cars have to go into an escrow account and are refundable and untouchable.
Love this channel
Tyler is turning into the ole guy. " You kids get off my lawn!" As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇
In my day…..
@tomfurie2996 Exactly!
As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇
People just do not realize how complex a task driving is.
The Scout may be the salvation of VW
6:11 dude is spot on. the company was started by a son from a crime family.
Hoovie seems a little spicy today. Lol
Right!
I'm thinking he is thinking about tax time here soon. Based on history and the new Bugatti purchase
..just a guess
He was a tough customer on this one

Great show, you to crazy kids
April broke it! Great job April! More videos from April please
I've never heard Tyler swear before
I think tyler is kind of forgetting that electric car from Croatia is another company run my mate rimac and he delivers
Tyler is not the smartest man in the world unless the subject is about crappy American cars from the 90s. I bet he can’t even spec Rimac.
Thanks for sharing guys !
Tyler is definitely showing his advanced years.
So…Jaguar is looking for the “Modern Audience”? 🤔
That Lyriq concept convertible is a nice looking car. I really like the electric concept version of the Scout as well.
Shout out to April with the Borg Queen reference... Resistance is futile!
Hoovies influence is apparent
I’d love to see Tylers and Aprils dream concept car. Maybe two each, one never mind technology, go for it, the other what could be built in the next 3 years.
citroen is dope!
Haha Tyler is worried about being replaced by a robot for April. 😂
Cadillac Sollei kind of reminds me of their Ciel concept car in the 2000s, apart from that having suicide doors.
Just realised... the Jag looks like my new slippers! Mind you, my slippers are beige.
I appreciate your brutal honesty Tyler, with the "hypothetical" come-on cars, completely agree. Solyndra anyone?
Hoovie. You know what a concept car is, man. The Jag, I think, is pretty cool. The AI El Comino wasn't that bad.
Wallpaper is a design magazine based out of England.
Very smart April! Only way youre going to grow is to do daily, or every couple of days up loads. Youll get there, your personality is good for this. Don't you keave Tyler though, that will kill it. Unless its for me lol
The Scout Traveler is the only one I'm even semi interested in.
The Renault looks like an AMC Gremlin
The robotaxi looks like a weirdly designed Porsche

Guys that vern taxi looks like a 2025 AMC Gremlin!!
This is what happens in the electric motorcycle world. New companies come online every few months, promising a revolution, collecting tons of pre-order money and never deliver or only deliver something that just vaguely resembles what was initially announced and completely under delivers.
Hoovie is going to build the Star Trek Enterprise on wheels and blow that guy who put Elvis' jet on wheels outta' the water.
Flashing on the concept of a robo-Hoovie. But even an AI couldn't make the bad choices that he does.
It seems like these companies just hired a bunch of recent art school grads and told them to create something. I'd love to be in the meeting when they hand it over to the engineers and tell them to build it (not to mention the mechanics who have to fix it later on).
Ta Ta Motors might surprise us all.....
They will eventually put a steering wheel in the robotaxi.
Hoovie's Chrysler convertible would be critical in case of EMP
"It's so repetitive, " No, what it is is expensive. Three hundred miles range, seats five 25-30K. So, I guess not then.
Pink Iridescent leather is a rock band that exclusively plays the Lilith Fair...
19:23 It is Latin (for with).
e.g., magna cum laude
I’m excited for Scouts.
DS Automobiles is legit, they basically make the "higher end" Citroëns nowadays. It's a sibling company to Peugeot and Citroën.
That screen on the BMW is laid back so that anytime in the late afternoon, you won't be able to see anything on it.
I'd call that Citroen the 2000CV
Hoovie's homework...explore the difference between skeptic and cynic ---
Charge in 20 minutes for $200 and only at the 1 charger in the country that can do it! 🤣
Looks like April is waiting for her own "Sherman" from the old scifi book "Millennium ". Watch out, Tyler.
April, it's a concept car. There is no way the travertine is going to make it into any production vehicle for the reasons you stated. It's just a design exercise to get people excited and talking about it.
I find myself actually liking the design of Cadillac electric cars, but would only consider one if they had a powerful gas engine like their heritage.
I love that frenchy frenchness
The Renault concept looks like a vintage Saab Sonnet
The E53 remains one of BMW's best looking vehicles ever,

I want a Scout with a V6.
Reminds me of the three wheeled thing you would see in the malls all the time. Oh they love taking deposits. Tesla did that for the 20K model 3. Remember that one? Yea how did that work out. Funny no one is demanding he build it today.
I've been watching Hoovie for years. When did he have an Alpine??? I'm sure I would remember if it had been featured.
The Robo taxi looks like a lizards head, which lizard, i havent identified it yet, but one of the lizards.🦎
If they reduce the number of concept cars produced, maybe the one hoovie has will increase in value?
Of course she prefers robots...😂
Maybe Tyler can show her a movie called Heavy Metal...
The Cadillac is interesting, but that color is a deal killer, and the wood interior is ridiculous. The Citroen is intriguing, but will never see the US if built.

The BMW Buc-ee...

I blame all this robotics on the first, original robot replacement for human interaction……the PERSONAL VIBRATOR.
How is it any different than sitting in the back of a LIMO and noticing the driver is going to hit something?
The new Renault looks like a Scirrocco
Imagine riding in a vehicle where you can't see where it's going and you can't take control! I have and I do, as has anybody who has ever flown on an airline. Those planes also fly themselves, 90% of the time. The same is true if you rode the shuttle at the airport.
Re the “Scouts” if everyone loved them they would still be around.
That Renault is really cool. It would be better if it was rwd and an i4 or 6 cylinder
I saw a VW I.D Buzz today, in Tulsa! I wasn't impressed.
You're building a TARDIS?
They're not concept cars, they are renderings of concept cars, not the same thing. If you can't see it in person it's of no interest.
Where are all the new steam powered concept cars? Looks like an untapped genre to me. ;>)
Hey, I love you guys, but here's my take. If we're not physically driving the vehicle ourselves then isn't it simply privately owned public transportation that we have to purchase ourselves?
In a driverless car shouldn't the seats be facing the rear to make survivability higher?
If you're a car maker but you're NOT marketing towards car people, what the hell are you going for? Bankruptcy???
Fun show!
The Jaguar makes me want to 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
And what happens when said sensor goes bad or fails?
i like the kia honda element
