This was my first routine with John and I liked it a lot. I appreciated his precise instruction - slow but tough. ETA: the bridging also makes it a good lower body warm-up routine!
Tried again - wow, felt more advanced the 2nd time even though the moves are basic!

Great to exercise with you again. Miss seeing your gentle fur babies though.
