Thank you for your video. I just have one question. Why Physical therapists don't recommend forward flexion with rotation and we teach "the saw" in Pilates?? I'm just curious to know what do you think? I thank you very much for your kind help ❤️
I don't think all PTs recommend that - at least not the ones I know, unless there is some underlying issue where that movement would be contraindicated. Hope that helps. :)
@@JohnGareyTV I am very grateful for your quick response. I always thought that maybe the reason Why, it might not be good is... because people do not know how to brace/use the core to support/ protect the spine. I believed that's what the PT's maybe defending is that the spine is most vulnerable in forward flexion for a disk to slip... Maybe? But thank you very much for your kind help. Blessings your way
