아 그렇게 해봤는데요. 그렇게 하면 너무 달았고요 설탕이 아예 녹지도 않았어요. 그리고 일주일이나 전에 만든다면 설탕량에 관계없이 포도알이 너무 쭈그러들거에요. 제가 해보니 시간이 지날수록 너무 작아지더라구요. 껍질도 까지 않았다면 껍질만 남은듯 완전 질겨지고요. 그래서 많은 설탕에 오래 담그는것은 제경우는 별로였어요. 참고하시길 바랍니다 ^^
You need it as a structural device when making cakes with cream and mousse fillings such as the Bavarois. It's not just Jaconde, most classic French pastries like this use it. As the layers increase, it won't hold up on its own, even with creme patisserie. American style cakes get around that by using cake layers and heavy buttercream frostings.
