    Nice...
    But I won't add the flax seeds whole since it won't be digested.
    I've seen a lot of demos on multi -grain bread.
    Telling not to add the seeds whole.
    I will grind them course to get the full nutrients and benefit offered.

      Buns usually cook faster because of small sizes. They will take 15-20 min.

      Generally it's 5 - 7 days if, you want to store it for longer than it's better to wrap it in plastic and keep in freezer for up to a month.

      Leave it on the countertop for 15 min so the gluten strands loosen, then it becomes easy to knead, and the final outcome will be better.😊

      I did not add oil, but you can add 3 tbsp at the end when the dough starts coming together.

    Why not the other way around, in the sense that brown flour should be 300 and white should be 120 to be healthier? Or is there another reason?

      Yes of course, I used all purpose flour in this video. In fact multigrain bread tastes better with AP flour.

    I followed the exact weight and measurements of the ingredients, the dough turned out sticky and very wet. Added more flour, but remained wet couldn't form it into a ball.
