Prison reform urgently needs to address and update the parole system. Its always been neglected. This isn't a problem that just popped up. Saying "they should have thought about that when they committed crime" etc etc etc doesn't fix the issue that many are turned out with either no place to go, or back into the same environment that landed them in prison in the first place.
